This exclusive hideaway villa is located in a stunning setting where you can enjoy the clear blue Seto Inland Sea and the vibrant colors of all four seasons. We have designed a space where you can spend mealtime together with your beloved dog. Our Facility consists of only two villas, allowing you to relax and unwind while watching the sunset without any distractions. If you book both villas, your dogs can freely run around in an approximately 250-square-meter private dog run.

"Kutsurogi Terrace Tsukikago" provides a serene Room with a traditional Japanese-style interior, lighting, and an irori hearth, perfect for enjoying a refined adult time. "Tsunagaru Terrace Soraniwa" is designed with the concept of "connection," featuring a 200-tsubo private garden with a dog run, allowing you to comfortably spend time with your pets.

On the 1st floor, the café restaurant "ESTUDIO" offers a breakfast buffet with a variety of dishes, including specialty egg-over-rice made with carefully selected ingredients from Hyogo Prefecture and the Property's original soup curry. From 11:00 to 14:00, we serve special hamburgers made with 100% domestic beef patties and lunch plates. Hamburgers and drinks are also available for takeout.
