Grand Opening on March 1, 2023! A Fisherman's Accommodation Embracing the Blessings of Lake Biwa ― The First Fisherman Ryokan in Shiga Prefecture Operated by Two Generations ― Run by a fisherman and chef, we offer a unique experience where only the freshest fish personally selected and prepared by the owner is served. Enjoy the exquisite taste of natural lake fish such as Biwa trout and eel caught in Lake Biwa. We provide an unforgettable experience with ingredients full of nature's charm unique to Omi, creating memorable moments for your journey.
The owner's deep passion for fishing led him to become a fisherman in this area, drawn by the natural beauty of Lake Biwa and Makino Town, while also running this accommodation. The space features handmade interiors crafted from driftwood from Lake Biwa, creating a sophisticated design that harmonizes with nature. From the second-floor living room and the bath made of cypress and granite, you can enjoy stunning views of tree-lined scenery that changes with each season. For dinner, savor dishes from a long-established restaurant in a calm, hotel-like atmosphere. We offer a serene and refined stay designed for adults seeking tranquility and quality.
Just a little over a one-minute walk to the Metasequoia Avenue, this is the closest Property to the site.
