Our Property features five brand-new cottages with private dog runs, opened in 2023, as well as ten cottages facing a spacious natural grass dog run. All 15 cottages are equipped with Wi-Fi, offering excellent connectivity for a comfortable stay! We take special care to maintain cleanliness in every cottage to ensure our guests have a pleasant experience. In July 2024, our annex will OPEN! Located about a 5-minute drive from our Property, we have purchased an additional 60-tsubo plot of land next to the annex building. This space will include an expanded dog run and a gazebo where you can enjoy BBQs at your leisure without worrying about time. The artificial grass dog run also allows for up to two tents to be set up, making it easy to enjoy an outdoor atmosphere—already a big hit! There is one slightly spacious independent log house and one compact cottage, separated from each other, along with three buildings and four Rooms located on the second floor of the restaurant building, all situated on a 500-tsubo property. It is conveniently located near the bypass, and being private land, there is minimal vehicle traffic, making it a quiet area. Guests can enjoy bringing their own barbecue, campfires, and fireworks. Within a 5-8 minute drive, you can reach JR Omi-Imazu Station, convenience stores, discount shops (DS), Heiwado, Komeri, Nishimatsuya, McDonald's, Autobacs, and other stores, making it a very convenient and pleasant environment. Hakodateyama Ski Resort is visible across the way, and it takes about 5 minutes by car to the gondola lift. In winter, it is popular for skiing, while from spring to autumn, many visitors come to enjoy the terrace with a panoramic view of Lake Biwa. About a 10-minute drive away, you can find the Metasequoia tree-lined road leading to Makino Highland, which stretches 2.4 kilometers with 500 trees and attracts tourists year-round. Makino Highland also features the Onsen Facility "Sarasa," which is available for day-use visitors. The Imazu Beach on Lake Biwa is nearby, where guests can enjoy fishing and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). From Imazu Port, cruises to Chikubu Island and Nagahama are available, and during cherry blossom season, special cruises to Kaizu-Osaki for cherry blossom viewing are also offered. Additionally, the freshly caught seafood market in Obama and the Nihonkai Sakana Machi in Tsuruga are both about 40 minutes away. During the high season, staff are stationed on-site, so you can consult with us anytime if you have any concerns, and we will respond flexibly to your needs.

BY THE BIWAKO is a private villa with a sauna, limited to one group per day, in an exceptional location—just 4 minutes by car from Omi-Imazu Station and a 1-minute walk to Lake Biwa. Along with an airy living room with soaring ceilings and exposed beams and three bedrooms, the villa offers three bathroom areas indoors and outdoors, ensuring a high-quality space and a comfortable, stress-free stay even for larger groups. A sister Property "Fukudaya" is just a 2-3 minute walk away. Located on the northern side of Lake Biwa along the old road of Imazu, "Usagiya" is a lakeside house available for exclusive rental to one group per day. The first floor of the two-story building features a wooden deck overlooking Lake Biwa, a semi-open-air bath, a dining table, a kitchen, a sofa, and two twin beds. The tatami Room on the second floor is equipped with a table, floor chairs, a hinoki bath, and a bedroom with futons. The layout is designed to provide a comfortable stay for families or friends. During your stay, you are free to use the kitchen.

"Fukudaya" was born by inheriting the traditional inn "Fukudaya," which has welcomed many travelers in the past, and renovating a building over 140 years old while preserving its original charm. The dining area and guest rooms facing Lake Biwa offer stunning views of the lake. For breakfast and dinner, we serve course meals featuring fresh lake fish and local vegetables carefully selected by the host of the accommodation. Please relax as if you were visiting your grandmother's home.

It features a 2LDK layout with a spacious garden and can accommodate up to 8 guests. - You can enjoy barbecues, garden parties, and camping in the garden.
