Sumiyoshi Station (JR · Rokkō) × Highly rated for customer service and hospitality at Hotel·Ryokan

I really like this Hotel and stay here several times a year. It is more comfortable to spend time at Chikuzono Hotel than at my parents’ home, and I am always grateful for your hospitality. With the large public bath, complimentary cocktail service, breakfast buffet, complimentary croquettes, and many other thoughtful touches, I can relax and enjoy my stay. The view of Mt. Rokko from the Room is also very beautiful and soothing. I’m looking forward to my next stay.

We were fortunate to have great weather, and we were soothed by the view from the window in our high-floor Room with a wonderful outlook. The Room was clean, the amenities were well stocked, and the staff were kind, so we had a very comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the projection mapping displayed on the Hotel’s exterior.

This was my first stay at Kobe Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers. As I booked a Plan with Club Lounge access, I could enjoy coffee, juice, snacks, and more at any time, which made the stay very comfortable. The lounge had a calm atmosphere, and I especially appreciated being able to relax there. The guest room had a bathtub and a separate shower booth, but there was no washing area, so I used the Rokko Onsen on the 3rd floor. The Facility selection was excellent, including a large public bath, an open-air bath, waterfall-style jets, and reclining baths. I was able to unwind in the Onsen and felt very satisfied. I had breakfast at the Garden Café. There was a wide variety of dishes, and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast in a bright and open setting. On the other hand, it was disappointing that Diamond member benefits were not explained at check-in. As a result, I couldn’t use my member discount when purchasing souvenirs at Bay Leaf. With prior guidance, I believe the stay would have been even more enjoyable. Overall, I was highly satisfied with the Club Lounge access, the Onsen facilities, and breakfast—it was a very comfortable stay. If I have another chance to visit Kobe again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

A guesthouse near Oji Zoo. As it is located next to an elevated railway track, earplugs are available for guests who may be sensitive to noise. In fact, we did not find the train noise bothersome.

I stayed in the top-floor dormitory. The Room with the beds is spacious. There is a shared space in the basement. You can walk here from Oishi Station.

We were able to relax in a spacious Room, and the bathroom had a jet bath, making for a wonderful Hotel stay. However, adjusting the water temperature was quite difficult. The staff were an excellent team.
