The bamboo-planted courtyard with high ceilings is a unique feature ideal for larger groups. (3) Tsuki to Taiyo HANABI (Bedrooms: 2, Beds: 5; Capacity: 6 guests) Equipped with a Finnish sauna, jacuzzi bath, Onsen bath, and workspace area. Opening in October 2025 A small-scale private villa with only 3 rooms, exclusively for 1 to 2 adults. *Please note this is a semi-detached type and not a whole-building rental. Located in Atami, near Yugawara at the southwestern tip of Kanagawa Prefecture, this accommodation spans a spacious area of 1,861m² (543 tsubo). It accommodates up to 3 groups or a maximum of 6 guests per day, making it ideal for those seeking privacy. Each room is built using traditional construction methods and features an open-air bath with natural Onsen reclining bath, sauna, cold bath, and heated pool (available except from December to April). Enjoy your own special time away from the hustle and bustle of daily life in this private villa that prioritizes harmony with nature without any disturbances from the surroundings. - Accommodation is not available for high school students or younger guests. - In accordance with the revised Health Promotion Act, smoking is prohibited throughout the premises including guest rooms. - Pets are not allowed on-site.

The Room is a simple Western-style room of the Business Hotel type, and it is available for single occupancy. There is no large public bath within the Property, but you can enjoy the large public bath at the main building (Hotel Sun Valley Izu Nagaoka), which is about a 3-minute drive away. (You can use it freely during your stay.) A shuttle bus service is also available. (Operates from 15:30 to 21:20 and 7:00 to 10:00 at regular intervals.) The lobby is equipped with a microwave and a toaster oven. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. You can also use the manga library at the main building, which has approximately 30,000 books.

The Rooms come in two types: a 16-tatami mat Japanese-style Room and a newly opened Japanese-Western style Room, where you can enjoy mealtime with your dog.
