Hida Miyata Station × Accommodation With Premium Shower HeadRecommended Hotel·Ryokan

A total of 16 accommodations, including 4 detached rooms with open-air baths and 9 guest rooms with open-air baths. Our focus is on harmony with nature and vitality. In today's overly protective society, we are losing opportunities to feel the changing seasons through the natural wind, sounds, and presence of nature. We aim to be an accommodation where guests can experience the warmth of humanity and the transitions of the seasons through innate human vitality and morality. Understanding the laws of nature, harmonizing with people, and coexisting with nature—this is what we believe represents true sophistication and charm for adults.

A Property proud of its cuisine served in Rooms or private spaces. Offers a variety of Rooms with open-air baths.

Relax and enjoy the Gero Onsen while taking in the views of the mountains of Southern Hida and the streetscape of Gero.

Gero Onsen Yamagataya was established in the late Edo period, during the Tenpo era. Since its founding, the desire for "visitors to Yamagataya to feel more relaxed than at home and return rejuvenated" and the relaxing spaces cultivated over time have been Yamagataya's greatest attractions. Enjoy seasonal handmade dishes featuring Hida beef, local ingredients, and fresh seafood directly sourced from the market, along with the abundant hot spring waters in the large communal bath and open-air baths.
