Daidoro Station × Highly rated Hotel·Ryokan

We used this Hotel for a family trip. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Fukui Station, which is a convenient distance. The Onsen on the top floor had soft water and helped relieve our fatigue. The complimentary after-bath ice cream service was also nice. The twin Room is of standard size, but I would have liked a luggage rack for our suitcase. The Japanese breakfast selection was extensive, and overall satisfaction was very high. I was happy they also had melon. Personally, I wish there were a few more types of bread. Among Dormy Inn properties, this Hotel feels like an upper-class option, and I thought it offered excellent value for money.

The building is still quite new, and everything was spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. At Habutae Saryo, it was great to have a selection of alcoholic drinks, light snacks, and soft drinks. On the evening of our second night we were a bit tired and didn’t feel like going out for dinner, but we were able to have a light bite at Habutae Saryo, relax for a while, and then finish with the late-night soba—very helpful. The snacks were also high quality. I hope other Nono properties will offer similar restaurant service as well. If I had to mention one thing, the washing area in the large public bath seemed limited, so it often felt crowded.

The amenities, lobby coffee, and Room were all great, and I had a comfortable stay. At the large public bath, I sometimes had to wait in line for a washing station, which was inconvenient.

I had a very comfortable stay. If I have the chance to stay in Sabae again, I’d love to come back! The staff’s service was cheerful and uplifting, which I really appreciated. The ladies working in the restaurant were especially bright and attentive to guests, and it left a strong impression on me. It was a wonderful Hotel!

Everything was great! Although it was a smoking Room, there was no odor and the Room was clean. The large public bath was excellent as well. We stayed during the Obon holiday so it was crowded, but the staff were very helpful. The only downside was that we couldn’t get a mobile signal in the Room, but Wi‑Fi was available so it wasn’t a problem.

I stayed for two nights, and the front desk staff were very polite and kind. Breakfast was also excellent, and I enjoyed freshly baked waffles. I would like to stay here again when I visit Fukui.

The staff were wonderful, with thoughtful attention to detail, prompt service, and courteous hospitality. Thanks to the smooth check-in, I was able to stay comfortable throughout my visit. The location and Facility were also excellent. I would love to stay again.

This was my first stay, and the rates were affordable. There was a large public bath, and the Room was spacious, so I could relax and unwind. I signed up for membership right away. I will definitely stay again.

The Japanese-style Room on the 3rd floor where we stayed doesn’t have a private bath, but it feels more spacious since there are no beds. The bath on the 2nd floor was not crowded, and since it’s available from 6:00 a.m., it was great to rinse off after a morning run. Perhaps because it was during the Obon holiday period, there were families with small children. It’s fine for a father to take two children to the bath, but one child needed to urinate and ended up doing so in the bathing area. Even though he rinsed it away thoroughly with the shower, it didn’t make for a pleasant bathing experience. The father also looked embarrassed. Another family had small children enter first by themselves, and it also seemed like they may have urinated as well... How about placing a signboard in front of the bathing area (even if somewhat noticeable) asking guests with small children to use the restroom beforehand?

This Hotel is located on a mountain slightly outside the city. I was able to stay at a reasonable price by using a coupon. It feels a bit old, but it is clean, so there were no issues. There is also a large public bath, and since it is an Onsen, my skin felt smooth and it was very relaxing. For a late-night snack, they served tantanmen noodles, which were delicious. Breakfast included the crab legs I had been looking forward to, and I was able to eat plenty—overall, I was satisfied with this Accommodation.

I stayed in a Twin Room. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was convenient to check the crowd status of the large public bath and breakfast venue on the room's TV. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, which were plentiful and satisfying. Since I expect to visit Fukui frequently for business trips in the future, I would like to stay here again.

Used this Hotel to attend a concert at SUNDOME Fukui. It was just a short walk from Fukui Castle Ruins Daimyomachi Station. The Hotel is close to the station, but SUNDOME is quite far from Sundome-Nishi Station... The Room had a large bathtub, so I could fill it up and soak properly, which was great. If I go to Fukui again, I’d like to stay here again—excellent value for money and a very clean, well-maintained Hotel.

Good value for money. Close to the station and very convenient. This was my third stay, and it was as good as expected.

Although the building shows some age, there were no particular issues. I only expected a light breakfast, but I was very satisfied with the buffet selection! Everything tasted great, so we went back for seconds, and my child was very happy too! I’d like to stay here again the next time I visit Fukui!

It was very quiet and relaxing as it is a bit away from the station. The bathroom and toilet were extremely clean and bright, which alone made it worthwhile! The breakfast was delicious, and the front desk staff provided excellent service at this wonderful accommodation. If I visit Fukui again, I will definitely make a reservation at this hotel.

I stayed for business. The building itself feels a bit dated with age, but it was very well cleaned, and above all the breakfast was truly delicious, so I was extremely satisfied. I’ve stayed at many business hotels, and this had the best breakfast! There was a great selection unique to Fukui Prefecture: Fukui-grown Koshihikari rice, Fukui-grown pickled plums, miso-braised mackerel, sauce katsudon-style cutlet, Echizen soba, and more. Even the shredded cabbage in the salad tasted noticeably fresh. It’s on the top floor with a great panoramic view. Air conditioning: It’s centrally controlled so I initially worried it might be warm, but it cooled properly—no issues. Amenities: If you need them, you can pick them up in the lobby. Refrigerator: Cools well. It was already turned on when I arrived. Parking: Not very large, but I was able to park.

There were a few inconveniences, such as the air conditioning, windows that didn’t close properly, and a cramped changing area by the bath, but for this price it offered a large public bath and sauna, well-stocked amenities, and a great location.

The reception staff were friendly, and I was satisfied.
