Torahime Station × Accommodation With Private Hot Spring SourceRecommended Hotel·Ryokan

A spa resort where nature and the city meet, overlooking Lake Biwa—the largest lake in Japan. Conveniently located with easy access from central Osaka, Kyoto, and the Tokaido area, it also makes an ideal base for sightseeing in Nagahama, including Nagahama Castle, Kurokabe Square, and Hikone Castle Ruins. All guest rooms include lounge access with alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and light snacks. We recommend an all-inclusive stay that includes dinner and breakfast, drinks and snacks in the lounge, the large public bath, and various activities. In addition to Nagahama-only experiences such as a Sengoku-era mystery-solving game themed around the Toyotomi clan, we also offer classic activities like a summer-only garden pool, table tennis, and board games. Enjoy a resort stay where you can fully indulge in sightseeing, Onsen hot springs, and local cuisine.

A secluded Accommodation in the mountains, featuring an iron-rich bicarbonate Onsen with a reddish-brown hue. Enjoy a large communal bath and an open-air bath, along with kaiseki cuisine and hot pot dishes that highlight seasonal flavors throughout the year. Choose from rooms with a private open-air bath, rooms with a jacuzzi, and Japanese-style rooms—so you can unwind at your leisure in a soothing space. The free-flowing natural spring water is said to have been used by Sengoku-era warriors to heal their wounds, and its benefits are well regarded. Savor kaiseki dishes that combine the best of each season with local specialties from this area.
