We stayed here for a birthday trip for my mother and our dog. The Facility and the food were excellent, but even more than that, every staff member we met was wonderful, and we were able to spend a truly comfortable time. What impressed us most was that all the staff remembered our dog’s name and greeted us using it. We will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed for one night and two days in May, when the fresh greenery was beautiful. All the staff—at the front desk, in the restaurant, and housekeeping—were very pleasant, and we had a comfortable stay. The Room was spacious, and the view from the window was outstanding. The Italian course meal was also delicious. After check-out, we enjoyed a trip to Chikubu Island from Nagahama Port right in front of the Accommodation. We plan to visit Shiga again and would definitely like to stay here again.

My spouse and I stayed for one night starting July 19. From the pickup at the station to sightseeing guidance after checkout, your attentive hospitality and thoughtful care made our stay truly comfortable. Thank you very much. The teppanyaki dinner course delighted both our eyes and our taste buds, and the chef’s enjoyable conversation made the evening even better—we left feeling full and in great spirits. I stayed here on a business trip. There were various comments in the Reviews, but overall I was very satisfied. There wasn’t any one standout feature, but everything was good overall. Next time, I’d like to stay here for a family trip!!

Arriving in Nagahama after sightseeing at Ishiyamadera past 5:30 PM and leaving the Hotel at 8 AM the next morning for the Chikubushima Cruise, we couldn't relax as much as we wanted. However, the Room was a beautifully renovated storehouse, providing a cozy and comfortable stay. Although we didn't have time to use the sauna, the large bathtub in the Room allowed us to unwind and recover from our travels. The Spanish bar recommended to us offered delicious wine and food, leaving us very satisfied. We wish we could have stayed longer!
