Kita-Ōmachi Station × Highly rated Hotel·Ryokan

This is a small Hotel with a warm, homey atmosphere. We were impressed by the thoughtfully prepared dinner and breakfast, creatively made with local mountain ingredients. Thank you very much.

The Facility was clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. There were convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, which was great. The staff were also courteous and helpful.

Because we live a vegan lifestyle, we really appreciated that the shop sold vegan noodles. The bath and the service were excellent, and we would love to stay again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

It was a very attentive Hotel. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and felt very clean, and the meals were delicious, which made my family very happy. Above all, the staff always greeted us with a smile, and I’m glad we chose this Hotel.

I made a Reservation because I wanted to go snowboarding. The free Shuttle Service to several ski resorts was very convenient. The Onsen and Room were clean, and the meals were luxurious with all-you-can-drink alcohol. The price of around 10,000 yen is an incredible deal. It truly turned into an enjoyable trip. Staying at this Hotel makes you not want to stay at any other Hotel. Thank you very much!

I stayed during the lovely summer season.\nBecause it was a weekday, they upgraded my Room, and I was able to enjoy a very spacious Japanese-style room.\nThe town itself has a calm, homey feel and hasn’t been overly commercialized for tourism; being surrounded 360 degrees by nature—green and blue—was truly refreshing for both body and mind.\nThe building has been renovated, so it didn’t feel old and everything was kept clean. However, from the entrance to the lobby there were everyday items that felt a bit cluttered, which was a slight downside for anyone looking for an escape from daily life.\nThat said, the gentleman at the front desk was very kind and warm-hearted, the meals (both dinner and breakfast) were delicious, and the staff’s thoughtful hospitality made me feel like “it’s like coming back to Grandpa’s house,” so overall I’m glad I chose this Accommodation.\nThere is an open-air bath, but it felt slightly exposed as if someone might be able to look in from outside, so in the morning I used only the indoor bath.

We stayed for two nights. We didn’t include meals, but the Room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, so we had a comfortable stay. We were able to relax in the bath as it was private during our use. The front desk staff were very friendly, and we enjoyed chatting with them. We would love to stay again when we visit Omachi. We stayed here on the day we visited Kurobe Dam. It was conveniently close to the Ogizawa parking lot. Check-in was a little busy, but after that it never felt crowded, and we were able to take a relaxing bath and enjoy our meal at an unhurried pace, which helped us recover from sightseeing fatigue. The staff member who assisted us during dinner appeared to be from overseas, and their explanations and service were perfectly timed and very pleasant.

I stayed with a breakfast-included plan. The lovely hostess warmly welcomed me and showed me to a clean and charming room, though it was a bit old. Walking through the entrance, I passed a hallway adorned with various antique furnishings, which were truly impressive. The bath was great, but it was a bit disappointing that the open-air bath was unavailable during the morning. Breakfast was carefully prepared dish by dish, with plenty of rice and mushrooms, and it was absolutely delicious. I was also delighted by the warm send-off at the end. This is an accommodation I would love to visit again.

We stayed as a family and were very satisfied. All ratings are based on the premise of "for this price." The smoking room is excellent! There’s a large supermarket and a 100-yen shop within a 10-minute walk, which is very convenient. Plus, Hakuba is just a casual 30-minute drive away, making the location perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

During the snow season in Hakuba, accommodation costs tend to rise, so we chose to stay here. The room was clean and well-maintained, and everything we needed was available within the facility, making it a very affordable option. The bath is a bit small for more than three people but being accessible 24 hours was convenient. It’s also close to the Hakuba area, so I’d love to stay here again if the timing works out.

I stayed here with No Meals Included before a mountain climbing trip and had a very comfortable experience. Despite arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning, the high level of hospitality and cozy atmosphere made for a highly satisfying stay.

Not only the Room, but also the table area in front of the house was arranged so we could spend our time comfortably, and we had a very pleasant stay. Our whole family loved the lodge for its cleanliness and the warmth of wood, so we would be happy to stay again if we have another opportunity. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy fireworks at night, as well as the Onsen in Omachi Onsenkyo and sightseeing in Tateyama Kurobe—making wonderful summer memories! Thank you very much!
