Enjoy creative kaiseki cuisine featuring mountain delicacies personally foraged by our head chef and seasonal ingredients from Azumino. Our Japanese-modern guest rooms, renovated in March 2020, come in three types inspired by signature Shinshu colors. Relax in our soft-feeling alkaline simple Onsen, available in a stone-lined open-air bath and a spacious large public bath.
