Our Property is a hidden retreat located in the village of Azumino, Shinshu, surrounded by natural forests. The area is home to artistic buildings such as museums that harmonize with nature, creating a serene environment. While the exterior features a rustic design reminiscent of traditional Japanese houses, stepping inside reveals a fusion of Western-style interiors inspired by the Meiji era and traditional Japanese Room designs, including features like an irori hearth. In this simple yet nostalgic space filled with the warmth of wood, we believe you will fully experience a sense of comfort and relaxation.

On April 1, 2026, our guest rooms, Onsen, and front desk will be renovated and reborn as a space designed for exceptional comfort. At this mountain resort embraced by the great nature of the Northern Alps, enjoy a getaway from everyday life while taking in the magnificent ridgelines.

In a villa area harmonized with nature and the idyllic countryside, log houses for rent are lined up. Each Property is rented out entirely, allowing you to maintain privacy and stay without worrying about other guests. From spring to autumn, enjoy private barbecues in the cottage garden, and in winter, experience a wood stove in the living room—offering a year-round villa lifestyle.The cottages range in size from 1 to 6 bedrooms, accommodating the number of guests. They are popular for couples, family trips, group trips, and three-generation family vacations. Some cottages can accommodate up to 18 people, making them suitable for family reunions, training camps, workshops, or social gatherings.All Properties are equipped with furniture, appliances, kitchens, cooking utensils, and tableware, making them suitable for stays from one night to mid-to-long-term. There are also cottages where you can stay with pets and cottages with natural Onsen. Grocery shopping is within a 10-minute drive, and cars can be parked right next to the cottage garden, making luggage transport easy.For BBQs, renting a BBQ set is recommended. With a full set of BBQ equipment available for rent, all you need to bring are ingredients, drinks, and seasonings to enjoy a hassle-free BBQ. For the winter wood stove experience, we ensure even first-timers can enjoy it safely by setting it up so that it lights easily with just one match.As for sightseeing in the surrounding area, we recommend visiting Kamikochi, Kurobe Dam, the Hakuba area, Matsumoto Castle, and hiking in the Northern Alps.

Our Japanese-modern guest rooms, renovated in March 2020, come in three types inspired by signature Shinshu colors. Relax in our soft-feeling alkaline simple Onsen, available in a stone-lined open-air bath and a spacious large public bath. Soak while taking in the changing seasons, and at night, enjoy the moon and stars as you unwind in the Onsen.
