Our Property is a hidden retreat located in the village of Azumino, Shinshu, surrounded by natural forests. While the exterior features a rustic design reminiscent of traditional Japanese houses, stepping inside reveals a fusion of Western-style interiors inspired by the Meiji era and traditional Japanese Room designs, including features like an irori hearth. The main building, a three-story wooden structure originally built in 1928, underwent renovation along with the construction of a new bathhouse wing over the course of a year, and reopened in April 2020.
