Yokokawa Station (Gunma Prefecture) × Popular Stays for Travel with BabyHighly rated Hotel·Ryokan for Onsen and bath

It was an absolutely stunning villa hotel. All appliances were BALMUDA and Vermicular, cutlery was Cutipol, and the accommodation featured luxurious amenities such as a wine cellar, sauna, fireplace, and washer-dryer. The interior design was impeccable and truly inspiring.

The restaurant was amazing. We enjoyed a full bottle of champagne, delicious dishes like lobster and Shinshu premium beef, all while admiring the magnificent view of Mount Asama. The bouquet included in the Plan was stunning and tailored to our taste, which made us very happy. It

Our family of four stayed for two nights. From check-in onward, the Hotel staff were wonderfully welcoming, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. What impressed us most was the outstanding hospitality of everyone on the team. Not only the person who assisted us at check-in, but also the staff during meals were consistently courteous and attentive. It never felt like formal or scripted service—just genuine care that made dining as a family truly enjoyable. The Onsen was also fantastic, and we were able to relax and unwind at a leisurely pace. Spending two nights together as a family made for a truly wonderful trip. There are many reasons to choose a Hotel—Facilities, location, and more—but what really makes you want to come back is the warmth of the people who work there. We were all very satisfied. When we visit Karuizawa again, we would love to stay here again. Thank you for such a lovely time.

We enjoyed dinner via room service while watching the WBC, and it was wonderful to gather around the table on the tatami together as a family. The food was delicious and we were very satisfied. We also received a celebratory cake, and our surprise went perfectly. It became a trip

There were plenty of staff, all kind and attentive, and everything felt spotless; the amenities were excellent as well. We took our time enjoying dinner (the creative dishes were wonderful and delicious), and had a leisurely breakfast too (a great selection of soups and sweets,

It was a very comfortable space, and there were bathrooms with a sauna and jet bath on both the 1st and 2nd floors, so two families could use them without hesitation. There were also thoughtful provisions that made it possible to cook for ourselves, allowing us to enjoy a very fulfilling stay. Thank you very much.

The complimentary drinks in the lobby lounge, the Room, the Onsen, the parking service, and access to the shopping mall were all excellent.

Here are the good points and areas for improvement I noticed during this stay: 【Good Points】 ① High-quality buffet (especially dinner) ② Excellent public bath ③ Surrounded by nature, perfect for refreshing 【Areas for Improvement】 ① Being repeatedly asked, "Is this y

Thank you for all the assistance, from luggage storage to bicycle rentals. The breakfast was very delicious. The scent of the Hotel was also pleasant. I will use your services again if I have the opportunity to visit Karuizawa.

It was a rainy day, so it was helpful that the Hotel was close to the station. All of the Hotel staff were pleasant and welcoming. For breakfast, I had salad, bread, and soup, and everything was delicious and satisfying. There were board games in the free drinks area, which we enjoyed. It was a great Hotel that I would like to stay at again.

I stayed with my wife and had a wonderful experience. The breeze and greenery felt from the balcony chair were very soothing and relaxing. The front desk, premises, Room, and large public bath were all impeccably clean. The window-side seat we had for breakfast was comforta

I chose this hotel because my daughter and I wanted to enjoy lots of delicious food together. We were very satisfied with the shabu-shabu and sushi (there were three types). There was also a good selection of alcohol, including beer, sours, wine, and several kinds of sake. The view from the room was amazing, and the open-air bath had an incredible view as well—it felt wonderful. This is a hotel I would love to visit again.

The room was clean and well maintained. It was a bit disappointing that we had to take a bus to the hot springs, but since check-out is at 12:00, we were able to go after breakfast and relax. I didn’t know you could play the golf course at such reasonable rates, so I’d like to use it next time.

I stayed here because of its convenient location for enjoying a concert at Ohga Hall. This Hotel has a quiet atmosphere that lets you feel Karuizawa’s history. Thanks to the kind and attentive service from the staff, I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. Thank you very much. However, I felt that seniors should be careful of the step in the bathroom.

Affordable and clean rooms, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful! I’d stay again as long as the trip isn’t centered around the hotel!

We arrived early, but they kindly let us park, so we were able to explore the area, which was great. The hotel was modern, simple, and lovely. Everything we needed was provided in just the right amount, and we were very satisfied. In particular, since it is located in Old Karuizawa, it was easy to get around. Thank you very much. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

The location was convenient and I had a great time. It was reasonably priced and I would like to use it again. Thank you very much.

After a whirlwind stretch of busy days, I chose this place for a long-awaited day off—and it was absolutely the right decision. The most outstanding feature was the breathtaking view from the Room. Simply taking in the scenery, I could feel my built-up fatigue Clear away. The entire Facility was also impeccably clean, and it was clear that everything is carefully maintained down to the smallest details. What helped me personally was having a spacious layout with a kitchen included. Despite the high-quality setting, I could do simple cooking and eat whenever I wanted, allowing me to relax as if I were living there. This is a wonderful Accommodation where you can truly recharge your energy.

Not only the Room but also the bath area was very clean, making it very pleasant to use. I have stayed here repeatedly, and the staff have always been very helpful, making my trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

We stayed with four adults and were able to relax comfortably. Outside the window, we could see trees and the waterfront, surrounded by nature. The Room facilities and location were excellent, and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. There are no dining options on-site, so we ate freely at our favorite restaurants, but for breakfast we bought ingredients at a supermarket and cooked for ourselves. If I had to mention one drawback, there was a persistent cigarette smell—perhaps because outside air is brought in—which was unpleasant; otherwise it felt perfect.
