Pinon, a Western-style Ryokan, was inspired by my two-and-a-half-year study abroad experience in the UK during my twenties.Since childhood, I dreamed of becoming the proprietress of my family's Ryokan and was preparing for that goal during this time.In Ikaho Onsen, known for its healing waters, there were no accommodations where women could feel safe traveling alone, enjoy a hotel-like relaxing stay, or savor freshly made delicious Western cuisine.If I were to start an accommodation business myself, I wanted to create a place where I would personally love to stay—an accommodation unlike any other.With these thoughts in mind, this Hotel opened its doors in 1997.Since then, we have consistently provided a space where solo travelers or small groups can fully enjoy a private hotel experience,a unique "French-style Kaiseki" meal that can be enjoyed with chopsticks,and complimentary access to private Onsen baths available 24 hours—a hospitality unique to hot spring resorts.This is the perfect Accommodation for women looking to escape daily life and relax at their own pace. "Akagi Accommodation," produced by the traditional Japanese house accommodation brand Ruuf, which operates in Yamanashi and Chiba, has opened in the Akagi Mountain area of Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture. Named "Shurai" after a plum blossom poem in Chinese poetry, it symbolizes plum blossoms that bloom despite enduring Akagi's cold snow and wind. The two spacious rooms, "Hana no Ma" and "Tsubomi no Ma," can each accommodate up to 6 guests. By reserving both rooms exclusively, up to 12 guests can stay together—an ideal space for creating special moments with family or friends. "Akagi Accommodation," produced by Kominka Accommodation Ruuf, has opened in the Akagi Mountain area of Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture. Seiho Sanso, surrounded by a spacious property and beautiful garden, is an accommodation where you can stay in cultural heritage buildings: a 111-year-old main building and two storehouses that are 147 years old. The main building, originally the villa of a former Deputy Governor of the Bank of Japan, is a historic structure featuring a spacious 40-tatami living room and a private sauna for your relaxation.
