Shin-Narashino Station × Highly rated for rooms and amenities at Hotel·Ryokan

On a midsummer night, I arrived exhausted from the heat and work. As soon as I stepped into the new, sophisticated entrance, it was cool, pleasantly scented, and calming—I felt relieved. After check-in, a staff member explained the Facility and amenities. Their gentle service was perfect for guests who just want to sleep. There were several types of bath salts available, and the basic skincare set was Sekkisei. When I entered the Room, I could clearly see the well-maintained lawn in front of the station and the trains through the window. Watching the nighttime scene outside from a clean, cool Room made me sleepy little by little. I was also happy to find Chill Out and chocolate in the refrigerator. The shower head was ReFa, and the hair dryer was Dyson. It was comfortable and I slept very well. This is a new, clean, modern Hotel where you can sleep comfortably in an urban setting. The staff were calm, gentle, and wonderful as well. I will stay here again.

Upon entering the lobby, we were welcomed by a large aquarium and a spacious lobby, which felt wonderful. I stayed in a universal room with my mother, who has difficulty walking, and she was happy that she could relax and bathe comfortably. The staff were also courteous and attentive, making our stay very pleasant.

It was a wonderfully relaxing stay—enjoying donuts in the lounge, working up a sweat at the gym, then heading back to the lounge for some snacks. The bathroom was comfortable, with a separate washing area. The staff were also very courteous. I’d love to visit again.

I stay here about once a month. The staff and everyone I meet at the Hotel are very kind, and I always enjoy a comfortable stay in the Room.

I stayed here while reuniting with an old friend. As soon as I entered the Room, fireworks at Marine Stadium went off, making it feel like a warm welcome. The check-in and guidance were very courteous, and breakfast the next morning was truly delicious. My friend who traveled from far away was also very happy. I will stay here again. I stayed one night at Hotel New Otani for the first time in a while, and once again I was impressed by their outstanding hospitality. From the doorman and bell staff to the dining attendants, everyone was truly professional. There was none of that “new staff” or “part-time” feel you sometimes find at other hotels—every team member delivered refined, high-end service, and I was very satisfied. Breakfast was also relaxed and elegant. Especially during the buffet, I admired how professionally the service staff managed the floor. Everything was truly delicious. Thank you for a wonderful meal.

It was a clean and relaxing Business Hotel single room, with both a spacious bed and a large desk. The staff were kind and helpful, making my stay very comfortable. The sauna and large public bath also helped me unwind. The Accommodation Fee was reasonable, offering excellent value for money.

Although it was the day before a typhoon, we had a very comfortable stay. The cute duck in the bathroom was very soothing. We would love to stay again.

It was perfect—close to the station and with a large public bath. However, when using the hair dryer in the bath’s changing room, there was one spot without an outlet, so I had to move seats to use it. Why is there no outlet nearby even though there’s a hair dryer? For breakfast, I thought the cutlet and fried shrimp might feel heavy in the morning, but they were lightly fried and crispy on the outside and tender inside—so good that even I, who usually don’t eat fried food, enjoyed them. It looked a bit tough for one staff member to handle everything alone, but when I left, they greeted me with a wonderful smile. Even if I’m not staying at the Hotel next time, it’s a place I’d like to visit again.

We stayed on a Plan with breakfast included. There were children’s toys, and the dog characters seemed fun for our child to look at. It’s very close to the outlet mall, and the view from the breakfast venue was wonderful with the ocean in sight. This is a Hotel we would definitely like to visit again.

Free unlimited drinks. The amenities are well stocked. The Hotel is quiet, so it’s great for a solo stay! Men are on the 8th floor and women are on the 9th floor. Both floors require a wrist key to enter, so it’s safe even for women traveling alone. There is also a smoking area on the 7th floor where the front desk is located. The capsule area is quiet and dark, so I slept well. I’d like to stay here again.

This is my usual Accommodation, and it feels very comfortable. Both the bed and the Room are great. I even did some laundry. I’ll stay here again in the future.

I’ve stayed here several times during the peak of the summer holidays, and each time I was tired of the long check-in lines. This time, the check-in start time had been moved earlier, and it felt like the waiting time was significantly shorter. That alone was a huge help since I was already exhausted. Given the location and overlapping events, I really appreciate being able to check in smoothly even with so many guests. I understand there are a lot of guests, but could something be done about the breakfast buffet? Even after going to the venue, trays—along with glasses, spoons, etc.—and even food refills couldn’t keep up. The staff were running around nonstop, so I can imagine how hard they were working, but it seems like there simply isn’t enough manpower. I honestly felt sorry for staff members who were being individually confronted by guests with complaints. On top of that, from 8:30 a.m. it became “Reservation priority,” a rule we weren’t told about at check-in, leaving many people waiting. And although breakfast is supposed to be served until 10:00 a.m., starting cleanup around 9:30 a.m. doesn’t seem right. I hope you will reconsider the balance between the number of guests and the capacity of the venue.

Although it was booked at short notice, the semi-double bed was spacious and comfortable for relaxing. Due to the Room layout, the TV is very close to the desk, so it is not suitable for working at the desk while watching TV. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I stayed for one night during an event at Makuhari Messe. While it isn’t the newest, it felt relaxing and comfortable, and stepping outside I could immediately enjoy the greenery of a nearby park. The Room was very clean, and I was completely satisfied. The shower had great water pressure, making my stay even more pleasant. Thank you very much!

Thanks to a last-minute price drop, I was able to stay here. I wanted to go to Makuhari Messe early in the morning, so the location was perfect. The Hotel staff were very courteous, and the twin room was more spacious than expected, making for a very comfortable stay. Thank you. The meals also looked delicious, so if I have the chance, I’d like to enjoy them next time as well.

It was wonderful. It’s close to Shin-Narashino Station, and Makuhari Messe is just two stops away. It also seemed like many guests were visiting TDR. Despite that, it was very affordable, and I was able to stay in a clean Room. After a standing concert, it was such a pleasure to soak in the warm large public bath. Since space is limited it does get crowded, but even back in the Room there wasn’t a weak hair dryer—there was the same type as in the large public bath. Even though I washed my hair quickly to free up the washing area sooner, it dried smooth and silky right away. The front desk staff were kind, and although I’m sure it was simply because availability allowed, I really appreciated being assigned a Room on the same floor as the large public bath—such thoughtful attention to detail. Having separate floors for men’s and women’s baths also made me feel safe. This is a Hotel I would definitely stay at again if I visit Makuhari Messe.

My husband stayed here with a last-minute same-day Reservation just before midnight. The price was surprisingly good, so we wondered what it would be like, but it was very clean and comfortable. It also had a washlet (often not available at this price range), which he really appreciated. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

The rooftop restaurant at Hotel Fammy Inn Makuhari was delicious and surprisingly affordable!! Their “quick drink set” came with 5–6 appetizers plus a beer for an unbelievable 1,300 yen!! I was amazed when they served things like gyoza, simmered konjac balls, and fried items. Such a great deal!! I also tried some rice bowls—the chashu pork bowl and the teriyaki chicken bowl were both really tasty. And the owner is incredibly handsome!! Since this handsome owner prepares everything one after another by himself, it can take a little time, but I was very satisfied with both the taste and the price. It seems you can use the restaurant even if you’re not staying overnight, as long as you visit for day-use bathing at the large public bath on the rooftop floor. The large public bath is also fantastic—you get a great view over Makuhari from up high. I didn’t try it myself, but I heard their sashimi set meal is also rich and delicious!! And the Japanese breakfast on the first floor is great too. The grandmothers work hard to cook and warmly take care of guests. The front desk staff are kind, and it looks like they also offer Shuttle Service by bus. It’s a bit old in places, but they take great care of you overall—I’d like to stay again.

I stayed here for a live event. Several staff members assisted me, and everyone was consistently friendly, polite, and helpful with everything—from storing my luggage before check-in (they even took it to my Room), lending amenities, check-in, and check-out. With more Hotels moving to automated check-in, I was impressed by how attentive the staff were at this Business Hotel. The Room was also clean, and I had a very comfortable stay for two days.
