The staff provided excellent service, and the amenities were well stocked. The bathroom also had a separate washing area, so we could relax and enjoy a comfortable soak. After watching Disney’s nighttime show, Maihama Station was extremely crowded, so staying at this Hotel near Maihama Station was very convenient.

This was our second stay with children. Last time, we stayed after visiting Disney. Located inside Kasai Rinkai Park, it’s perfect for letting kids play. This Plan included breakfast, and the food was excellent—no surprise given it’s part of the Okura group. Dinner wasn’t included in the Plan, but we used the restaurant and it was delicious as well. The large public bath was clean and spacious. There aren’t many Hotels in Tokyo with such a large bath, so it was very relaxing. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially to our child. They also stored our luggage on both check-in and check-out days, and we could rest in the lobby and reorganize our bags, which was a big help while spending time in the park with our child. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I stayed here to visit Keisei Rose Garden. It’s not right next to the station, but it’s only a few minutes on foot, so the location is fine. It’s a stylish Hotel. The TV in my Room was 50 inches—very large. They set up a DVD player for me, so I watched Mozart’s opera “Mitridate, King of Pontus.” You can also watch YouTube on the TV. The TV is excellent and easy to watch from the bed, which was great. Come to think of it, this Hotel is part of the same group as Keyaki Gate Fuchu. I use Keyaki Gate often and will be staying there again next week; both Keyaki Gate and Lumiere Kasai are highly satisfying Hotels. Comfortable, clean, good-quality food, reasonable rates—and the TV is top-tier. It’s rated 5 out of 5, but honestly it deserves even more than that. One thing to note: there is an inner courtyard with an open atrium design that looks stylish, but if you’re afraid of heights it can be difficult when staying on higher floors. Because it’s open through multiple levels, walking along the corridors can feel scary. I stayed on the second floor and was fine, but if you don’t like heights you should book a Room on a lower floor. Checkout time is early, so I requested an extension at check-in. A two-hour extension cost 3,000 yen. Breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety of items, but it was tasty and I was satisfied with it.

I stayed here after enjoying Disney late into the night with my grandchild. Being able to stretch out and soak in the bathtub was truly appreciated—it helped me recover from the day’s fatigue. The foot massage also relieved tiredness and swelling in my legs. If you’re simply looking for a place to sleep, it’s more than sufficient. In the morning, there was hot coffee available at the welcome drink area, which was perfect for me since I have a daily coffee habit. I’d love to stay again.

The three of us stayed in the Aladdin Room. It was spacious enough for three people, and with the high ceiling it felt very open and airy. The color scheme was stylish and beautiful. Since we came back from Disney, it felt like a waste to use such a lovely room just for sleeping—the interior was wonderful. We were exhausted from walking in the heat, but staying here refreshed us. Thank you very much.

From the moment we arrived at the Hotel, we were impressed by the outstanding hospitality of the staff. The doorman who welcomed us was wonderful, and since we were traveling with a baby, they took great care of us—carrying our luggage to our Room and preparing a baby crib for us. We also used the bus to go to the park, and while we were waiting in the lobby, staff came over as soon as it arrived. Throughout our stay, we felt that everyone was extremely well trained and attentive. Our Room was spacious and comfortable, and we truly appreciated it. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options; the freshly baked bread, French toast, and beef ochazuke were especially delicious. They also guided us to seating with our child in a stroller in mind, which was very helpful. There was also a nursing room right outside the restaurant area, which made things much easier. We didn’t expect such a comfortable stay for this price point, so we felt it was an excellent Hotel. It seems there are many spacious Rooms available as well, making it a reassuring choice even for families with small children. To repeat once more, every staff member who assisted us provided warm and pleasant service. Thank you very much—we would definitely love to stay again.

The food quality is exceptional—everything we tried was truly delicious. The breakfast buffet is not only tasty, but the staff also keep it clean and well organized at all times, so you can enjoy it comfortably. The Room facilities are not brand-new, but everything—including the bathrooms—is thoroughly cleaned, making for a comfortable stay. From the doorman onward, many of the staff are incredibly kind and greet you with warm smiles, which makes you feel welcome. Rather than staying just to visit a theme park, this is a Hotel that makes you want to stay simply because you want to stay at Hotel Okura—a place full of heartfelt hospitality.

We stayed here for our first fan trip, and both the exterior and the interior were wonderful. We were very happy that our Room was upgraded for four guests. The staff were professional and courteous, which made our stay very comfortable. I was personally pleased to find bath salts among the amenities. For breakfast, we could make a Reservation via QR code at our preferred time, so we weren’t tied to a schedule and could head to the buffet at a relaxed pace. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, all well-seasoned and delicious. With early-bird discounts and campaigns, the price was great value, making this an extremely satisfying fan trip. My friends were also very happy, and we’re already talking about staying here again. We look forward to seeing you next time as well. Thank you very much!!

This was my first stay with my 4th-grade daughter. Not only the Room, but also the floor and elevators had a ship theme. We had just come back from DisneySea, so we felt a little sad to leave it behind, but once we entered the Hotel, we could immerse ourselves in that atmosphere again, which was wonderful. The Room and beds were small, but for two women it was not a problem at all. The bathroom is also small, so if you are staying with a man, I think a different type of Room would be better. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of staples, main dishes, side dishes, and drinks, and everything was replenished quickly—it made for an enjoyable morning. The food was delicious and we could eat at a relaxed pace, so I’m glad we chose the plan with breakfast included.

I was very satisfied and felt refreshed! I would like to stay again!

This was my second stay since the renovation, and I was very satisfied with both the baths and the meals. I really appreciated having towels provided in the bath area. I hope there will be some measures to ease the crowding at the breakfast buffet.

We stayed one night before visiting Disneyland and one night after visiting DisneySea. I traveled with my daughter, but the day before we left, our hair curling iron broke—so we had to go to an electronics store near Shin-Urayasu Station! On the way there, we used the Resort Line and JR, but my daughter looked it up and we were able to return on a single bus that stopped right in front of the Hotel. So convenient! It was raining, and being able to get around cheaply without transfers was really helpful. Shin-Urayasu has supermarkets and other shops, which made things easy—and I was able to buy what I wanted as well. We spent less time at DisneySea, but a pinch turned into an opportunity. Disney Hotels are convenient in many ways, but they can be inconvenient for sudden shopping trips. Having this Hotel in a location where you can handle situations like that without stress is “the best!” We’ll stay here again next time.

Two families from Osaka and Tokyo stayed together and enjoyed the night garden pool and Disney. We were a large group with children aged 10, 8, 5, and 2 (two of them were 2 years old). The garden pool was great—safe even for small children—and they had so much fun that they kept saying they wanted to play more. There were plenty of lifeguards on duty, and they spoke to us right away and helped whenever needed, which made us feel very reassured. We wanted to dine at the garden restaurant, but it was fully booked with Reservations, so we ate poolside instead. However, the tables were small and there wasn’t much lighting, so it wasn’t ideal for a meal. That was our only disappointment. We chose the Family Happy Magic Room, and the kids were completely satisfied just spending time in the Room as well. We weren’t sure how things would go with such a big group, but all the staff were always smiling and made our stay truly enjoyable. Thank you very much. We would love to stay again.

We visited as a family, and since only “MONday” was displayed prominently, we weren’t sure if we were at the right place. When we asked the staff, they responded politely and helpfully. Also, having separate entrances for the Onsen and the dining area was convenient and made it easy to switch between settings. The food was delicious as well.

With prices rising everywhere, I think this Hotel offers excellent value near Disney! The Room is clean and cute, and it’s spacious enough for two people. There isn’t a direct bus to DisneySea, but you can take the bus to Maihama, so it didn’t feel inconvenient at all. I’d love to stay again!

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay to visit Disney. Since you take off your shoes before entering the Room, it was very comfortable, and the Room was clean. Because it was a Multiple Night Stay, they provided towels for the second day at check-in, so we didn’t need to stop by the front desk after returning from the park. It’s also close to the park, so we’d like to stay again if we have the chance.

The complimentary drinks were a great touch. There’s no terrestrial TV, but it wasn’t an issue at all! I’d love to stay here again. The staff were also very polite and helpful.
