Our Property is a small, cozy inn (a minshuku with six rooms) run by a couple in their 40s, located in front of Tateyama Port. We offer warm hospitality with unpretentious, homemade countryside seafood dinners and a private-use Onsen medicinal bath, "Maru-no-Yu." As a Property, we boast the closest access to Tateyama's scenic spots, including the walkable uninhabited island "Okinoshima" and the famous fishing spot "Tateyama Port" (just a 30-second walk), making it the perfect location to enjoy marine leisure activities! Our Property features an attached "Rental Fishing Rod Shop," where you can enjoy a hands-free [Sea Fishing Experience], a service that has been highly praised! Choose your favorite fishing spot and Let’s Fishing! All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, an electric kettle, and a personal-use mini fridge to ensure a comfortable stay. It takes about 12-15 minutes on foot to reach the Nojimazaki Lighthouse, the southernmost point of Chiba Prefecture. Additionally, at the far end of the walking path around the lighthouse, there is a spot where the starry sky is exceptionally beautiful, which has recently become very popular among people of all ages. Conveniently located between Tateyama and Kamogawa, it is ideal for attending events in Tateyama or visiting Kamogawa Sea World. Although the Facility is old, we have set up Plans to ensure you can use it comfortably.

Our Property is divided into a main building and an annex, making it suitable for tourism, business, training camps, and more. There is a vending machine for beverages and light snacks (such as sweets and cup noodles) in the passageway connecting to the annex, which you are welcome to use. Shared facilities include a refrigerator, microwave, and T-fal. Additionally, for those staying for business purposes, there are over 100 dining options (sushi, ramen, Italian, yakiniku, izakaya, snacks, and more) within a 200m radius, including convenience stores and family restaurants.
