I stayed one night at Seito in Tateyama and was able to truly relax both physically and mentally. The Accommodation had a calm, clean atmosphere, and the staff were courteous and attentive, which made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. From my room, I could see Tateyama’s gentle sea, and at sunset I found myself sitting by the window for quite a while just taking in the view. The meals featured plenty of local ingredients; in particular, the fish dishes were fresh and full of flavor, making the trip even more enjoyable. The semi-open-air bath was also perfect—the water temperature was just right, and it felt like my everyday fatigue slowly melted away. Overall, I felt this is an Accommodation with exceptionally high satisfaction for anyone who wants to spend time quietly. It was a stay that made me want to return in a different season.

We stayed to celebrate our sons’ school entrance and to unwind after the hectic start of our new routine. The ocean was right in front of us, the property was spotless, and above all, the food was delicious—we were truly satisfied! I haven’t often found really good sashimi in Boso, but dinner here was excellent!! It was my first time experiencing anything like it—stylish atmosphere, a kind bartender, and a wonderful time overall. Since I slept with the curtains open, I woke up during sunrise (it was a cloudy day), and an amazing view spread out beyond the window! Stepping onto the balcony

The front desk and staff welcomed us with warm smiles. The building is old, but it was very clean, with no unpleasant odors, so we had a comfortable stay. Best of all, even though it seemed like guests were staying next door, we didn’t hear any noise at all. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious with light seasoning. The all-you-can-drink option was included as well, making it an excellent value. We grilled turban shells and shrimp on the tabletop stove, and in the morning we grilled horse mackerel. We’d definitely like to come again!

Thank you for your hospitality the other day. When I told you I can’t eat raw fish, thank you for preparing alternative dishes. The food looked great and tasted wonderful, and we also enjoyed the complimentary extra dish. The bath warmed me up so well that I stayed warm for a long time afterward. The detox water after the bath was also delicious. It was great to be offered a draft beer as a welcome drink at check-in—it was the perfect refreshing drink after a long drive. I would love to stay with you again.

I have stayed here several times before, but this time I stayed for two nights with No Meals Included to take astrophotography. The sea-facing side faces west, and by setting up a smart telescope on the balcony, you can capture celestial objects from south to north-northwest. W

From check-in until our car left the Ryokan, the staff naturally came outside to welcome and see us off. I think there are very few Ryokan or Hotels that do this. The preparation of the futon bedding and in-Room dining was pleasant, and it made for a wonderful stay. Every dish was delicious, and the portions were very satisfying. If I had one request, I would be happy if there were a bit more local vegetables—especially for guests in their 50s like us. This may be a matter of preference, but I felt the miso soup would have been even better if it were served a little hotter. Similarly, I would have preferred the water in the large public bath to be slightly hotter. What impressed me most was how thoroughly everything was cleaned. Even at expensive Hotels or Ryokan, you often notice dust in hidden areas or peeling wallpaper and small flaws here and there, but everything visible was very clean. Precisely because it isn’t brand-new, it felt especially comfortable. It was my first stay here, but I feel like I got great value. My only concern is that many of the staff seemed to be around my age or a bit older, so I hope this Ryokan will continue for many years and be passed on to the next generation so guests can keep enjoying it. The Room is a bit old, but it is well cleaned and kept very tidy. The view of Nojimazaki Lighthouse is wonderful. The food was great, especially the event kushikatsu. It’s not quite restaurant-level dining, but there is an excellent selection of alcoholic drinks and snacks to enjoy with them. It’s easy to see why so many middle-aged and older groups stay here. You can really feel that the staff’s hard work helps maintain great value and quality. I know it must be tough, but I hope you keep up the good work. Of course, I’d like to stay again with my elderly parents.

I’d been curious about this place for a while, and this was my first stay. The atmosphere felt like a condominium in Hawaii or Australia. There’s no kitchen, but the space and layout have that kind of feel. It has underfloor heating, so it seems like it will be warm in the coming season as well. The meals were delicious, and the portions were just right. Also, I logged into YouTube to watch something and forgot to log out. When I called, they kindly said they would log out for me—thank you so much. Thank you as well for all your help regarding the bath. I’d love to visit again!

The beach is right in front of the hotel and easy to access, and the food was unbelievably delicious—absolutely amazing! Many buffet restaurants start running low as closing time approaches, but here it felt like everything was replenished right up until the end. There was sushi, meat dishes, noodles, desserts, and curry—and every single one of them was incredibly good! The open-air bath also had a great view—everything about this stay was wonderful.

Dinner was served buffet-style, and we were able to enjoy freshly grilled seafood at the table (scallops, clams, and turban shells). The buffet offered a great variety, so I think it’s something guests of all ages—from children to seniors—will enjoy. Breakfast was also buffet-style, with both rice and bread available. There were many side dishes as well, making it fun to choose. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Thank you very much.

Thank you for picking us up at the station—it was very helpful. The seafood dinner and kamameshi were incredibly delicious, and we ate a lot! The bath was wonderful, and the Room was spacious and very comfortable. The front desk staff were also kind and helpful.

We enjoyed so many delicious dishes. The large fish collar was something I had never seen before, and the sashimi boat platter was gorgeous. Everything was tasty, but we couldn’t finish it all, and I felt sorry about that. If I could do it over, I would skip the hot pot and switch to nigiri sushi. We went with our two teenage sons with big appetites, so we thought we could manage it, but we still gave up… The baths were always available whenever we wanted to go, so we could bathe smoothly in the evening, at night, and in the morning. This is an Accommodation I would recommend. Thank you very much.

Following last year’s stay, I loved the large public bath, the meals, and the Room here, so I came back again. The Onsen temperature is gentle on sunburned skin and feels incredibly relaxing—I ended up soaking four times this trip! And the dinner portions—everything was delicious, with a very generous serving per person, so I was completely satisfied. The Room has been renovated and is beautifully clean. I also personally love the view from the Room. The seaside in front of the Hotel is a great place for a morning walk.
