The location with a panoramic ocean view was absolutely amazing! The Facility was very clean, and we were able to relax in a stylish space. The staff were courteous and attentive to every detail, making our stay truly pleasant. The BBQ facilities, sauna, jacuzzi, and pool were all well equipped, letting you fully enjoy an extraordinary getaway. This is a wonderful Accommodation I can confidently recommend to anyone—families, friends, or couples alike. I would definitely love to stay here again!

It was an absolutely amazing stay. I was truly impressed by the outstanding, well-equipped Facility that anticipated every need. The staff were very considerate with the luggage we sent in advance, prepared a pool for the children, and even when an accident happened, their first words were to check on us. Talking with friends around the barbecue, setting off fireworks with the kids under the sunset sky, and looking up at the stars late at night—every moment became a wonderful memory. My only regret is that because it was so hot, we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor facilities outside the cottage, such as basketball and the trampoline. We will definitely visit again next year. We first stayed here last year, and this was our second visit. The Facility is as comfortable as ever—an outstanding cottage. The BBQ terrace is also clean and more than spacious enough even for two families. This time we weren’t lucky with the weather, so we couldn’t see the sunset (lol). The private beach was just as amazing! The stairs down to it had been nicely repaired, so we could use them with peace of mind. We all agreed we’d like to make this an annual stay (lol). We’d love to come back again!

Thank you for your hospitality the other day. When I told you I can’t eat raw fish, thank you for preparing alternative dishes. The food looked great and tasted wonderful, and we also enjoyed the complimentary extra dish. The bath warmed me up so well that I stayed warm for a long time afterward. The detox water after the bath was also delicious. It was great to be offered a draft beer as a welcome drink at check-in—it was the perfect refreshing drink after a long drive. I would love to stay with you again.

We stayed to celebrate our sons’ school entrance and to unwind after the hectic start of our new routine. The ocean was right in front of us, the property was spotless, and above all, the food was delicious—we were truly satisfied! I haven’t often found really good sashimi in Boso, but dinner here was excellent!! Thank you as well for your thoughtful kindness toward our children at dinner—they were delighted and finished everything…! We would love to visit again.

A luxurious, unhurried escape right in front of the sea. The private pool, sauna, and relaxation area were fantastic—an ideal space to enjoy without worrying about anyone around you. Spending time at a leisurely pace while taking in the ocean view was truly soothing, making it easy to forget everyday life and fully unwind. Rather than packing your schedule with sightseeing, this villa is perfect for those who want to slow down and simply enjoy being here. The beach is right in front of the hotel and easy to access, and the food was unbelievably delicious—absolutely amazing! Many buffet restaurants start running low as closing time approaches, but here it felt like everything was replenished right up until the end. There was sushi, meat dishes, noodles, desserts, and curry—and every single one of them was incredibly good! The open-air bath also had a great view—everything about this stay was wonderful.

I’d been curious about this place for a while, and this was my first stay. The atmosphere felt like a condominium in Hawaii or Australia. There’s no kitchen, but the space and layout have that kind of feel. It has underfloor heating, so it seems like it will be warm in the coming season as well. The meals were delicious, and the portions were just right. Also, I logged into YouTube to watch something and forgot to log out. When I called, they kindly said they would log out for me—thank you so much. Thank you as well for all your help regarding the bath. I’d love to visit again!

Our family trip with seven people was very relaxing. We also brought two dogs, and they had plenty of space to run around. Since we weren’t sure about the local garbage disposal rules, we did basic sorting and left the rest to the host. We’d love to stay again next time.

We stayed for one night as a large group to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The moment we entered, we were greeted by an incredible ocean view and perfect weather—an absolutely stunning location! The accommodation featured a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a Japanese-style room, sauna, gym & karaoke room, pool, and rooftop. The furniture and decor were stylishly chosen, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The gym facilities were excellent, the karaoke room was spacious, and the pool was clean and so much fun! From the water dispenser to adorable tableware and amenities—everything was perfectly prepared! Even men's swimwear in the bathroom—it was such a thoughtful touch! Before our stay, they kindly provided information about nearby supermarkets and recommended shops. At checkout time, the staff personally came to greet us—they were truly wonderful. It turned out to be an amazing trip with absolutely no complaints at all. Thank you so much! Next time we hope to enjoy a multiple night stay!

The Facility was impeccably clean, and a wonderful fragrance filled the entire Room. The location was excellent, and during the evening BBQ, we were moved by the sunset sinking behind the sea with Mt. Fuji in the background—it truly helped us unwind from everyday fatigue. Despite being along the coast, the private feel of the location is outstanding. We would love to visit again in summer.

We stayed for two nights during summer vacation as a family of four. The Room is incredibly stylish, and every angle looks picture-perfect. You can really feel the attention to detail in the wonderful furniture throughout. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and toilet were all spotless. Even the faucets are unbelievably stylish. The lawn in the garden was well maintained and pleasantly soft. There are hedges, so privacy is mostly ensured. A single corridor runs from one end to the other along the garden side of the building, and it was so atmospheric that it really lifted our spirits. It was a Room that made us want to live here forever. We can’t thank the owner enough. Thank you for an amazing two-night stay.

A single-story vacation rental located close to Hojo Beach, just a block away from Seven-Eleven. The Facility is clean, and the staff were kind and very helpful. Toiletries like toothbrushes and bath towels are well-provided, making it comparable to a Hotel—only missing items are yukata or pajamas. Meals are not included, but for our family who loves exploring local restaurants during trips, this was no issue at all. In one word: Perfect! If I may add a suggestion—it would be amazing if the air conditioner could be cleaned before summer (haha).

The facility was excellent, but there were issues with missing supplies and lack of management. - Despite being informed in advance that outdoor sandals would not be provided, they were available upon arrival after purchasing and bringing our own. - Water leakage from the air conditioner vent above the living room entrance. - Burnt-out light bulb in the living room floor lamp. - Poor drainage in the 2nd-floor bathroom, making it difficult to drain water smoothly. - No toilet paper or spare rolls in the 2nd-floor toilet. - Malfunctioning massage chair on the 2nd floor. - Complimentary water was stated as 500ml per person + one 2L bottle; however, for a group of four staying two nights, only eight 500ml bottles and one 2L bottle were provided. - No spare paper towels in the kitchen. - Insufficient towels provided overall. - Only a small amount of used olive oil available in the kitchen supplies. Attempts to contact via listed numbers resulted only in being told that confirmation with responsible staff would be needed without immediate answers—likely due to outsourcing management responsibilities—but stricter oversight is necessary as these issues inconvenience guests significantly.
