The location with a panoramic ocean view was absolutely amazing! The Facility was very clean, and we were able to relax in a stylish space. The staff were courteous and attentive to every detail, making our stay truly pleasant. The BBQ facilities, sauna, jacuzzi, and pool were all well equipped, letting you fully enjoy an extraordinary getaway. This is a wonderful Accommodation I can confidently recommend to anyone—families, friends, or couples alike. I would definitely love to stay here again!

We stayed to celebrate our sons’ school entrance and to unwind after the hectic start of our new routine. The ocean was right in front of us, the property was spotless, and above all, the food was delicious—we were truly satisfied! I haven’t often found really good sashimi in Boso, but dinner here was excellent!! Thank you for your hospitality the other day. When I told you I can’t eat raw fish, thank you for preparing alternative dishes. The food looked great and tasted wonderful, and we also enjoyed the complimentary extra dish. The bath warmed me up so well that I stayed warm for a long time afterward. The detox water after the bath was also delicious. It was great to be offered a draft beer as a welcome drink at check-in—it was the perfect refreshing drink after a long drive. It was an absolutely amazing stay. I was truly impressed by the outstanding, well-equipped Facility that anticipated every need. The staff were very considerate with the luggage we sent in advance, prepared a pool for the children, and even when an accident happened, their first words were to check on us. Talking with friends around the barbecue, setting off fireworks with the kids under the sunset sky, and looking up at the stars late at night—every moment became a wonderful memory. My only regret is that because it was so hot, we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor facilities outside the cottage, such as basketball and the trampoline. We will definitely visit again next year. The beach is right in front of the hotel and easy to access, and the food was unbelievably delicious—absolutely amazing! Many buffet restaurants start running low as closing time approaches, but here it felt like everything was replenished right up until the end. There was sushi, meat dishes, noodles, desserts, and curry—and every single one of them was incredibly good! The open-air bath also had a great view—everything about this stay was wonderful.

The meals were absolutely delicious. This was by far the best pension we have ever stayed at! We were also surprised by the very reasonable prices for alcoholic drinks. We first stayed here last year, and this was our second visit. The Facility is as comfortable as ever—an outstanding cottage. The BBQ terrace is also clean and more than spacious enough even for two families. This time we weren’t lucky with the weather, so we couldn’t see the sunset (lol). The private beach was just as amazing! The stairs down to it had been nicely repaired, so we could use them with peace of mind. We all agreed we’d like to make this an annual stay (lol). We’d love to come back again!

I’d been curious about this place for a while, and this was my first stay. The atmosphere felt like a condominium in Hawaii or Australia. There’s no kitchen, but the space and layout have that kind of feel. It has underfloor heating, so it seems like it will be warm in the coming season as well. The meals were delicious, and the portions were just right. Also, I logged into YouTube to watch something and forgot to log out. Our family trip with seven people was very relaxing. We also brought two dogs, and they had plenty of space to run around. Since we weren’t sure about the local garbage disposal rules, we did basic sorting and left the rest to the host. We’d love to stay again next time.

I stayed with a two-meal plan, and not only dinner but also breakfast was delicious and generously portioned—I was completely full. The minestrone soup at breakfast left a particularly strong impression. Thank you for the wonderful meal! Also, the Accommodation was kept very clean, so I could spend my time comfortably. I could see the sunset from my Room, and even view Diamond Fuji from the dining room. It’s a truly lovely pension. It’s very reasonably priced for these days, and the value for money is excellent.

The moment we stepped inside, the ocean view beyond the lawn garden burst into sight through the large living room windows. We had the breathtaking sea view from the hilltop all to ourselves. We enjoyed a BBQ while watching the sunset, and after dark we had drinks on the spacious terrace under a sky full of stars. We could hear the sound of the waves all night long. The next morning, as soon as we entered the living room again, we were moved by that ocean view once more—truly one of a kind. Our dog was in great spirits too, running around happily both in the garden and in our Room. The location was also very convenient—we couldn’t believe such an amazing place existed. It was an unforgettable stay. We did have some rainy weather, but it was great that we could still enjoy a BBQ even in the rain. The Accommodation’s Facilities and amenities were perfect; even arriving empty-handed, we lacked nothing at all. Everything was spotless, and we were able to relax comfortably. At checkout, the staff kindly saw us off with warm hospitality. If we have time, we’d love to return again soon.

We were looking for accommodation for our family of five and one dog, and we found this place. Since we live in an area without the sea, both our family and dog were thrilled with the ocean right in front of us. The absence of a TV actually increased family conversations, and we felt closer through activities like Othello, card games, soccer, and badminton. Recently, I stayed at GIFTHOUSE Sunomiya with my beloved dog. The Room was a private villa, offering an exceptional sense of privacy. We could relax without worrying about others and truly felt rejuvenated. The highlight was the wood-burning barrel sauna in the villa's courtyard. My partner and I took turns enjoying the sauna, followed by resting in the outdoor space surrounded by nature. The feeling of unwinding amidst greenery was incredibly refreshing. At night, we relaxed under a starry sky—a luxury you can't experience in everyday life. There was also a dog run where our dog could run freely and seemed to have so much fun. It was great to let our pet play in a completely private space. The villa itself was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and appliances, making it easy to cook meals. We enjoyed BBQs and leisurely breakfasts on the terrace while taking in the view of greenery through the large living room windows—such a lovely touch! Access from the city center wasn't too far either; it took about 90 minutes by car, which added to its appeal. The cost per person was around 30,000 yen, but considering this level of luxury, it felt worth every penny. I’d love to visit again for special occasions or relaxing weekend trips with my pet! I stayed for one night with No Meals Included during the January holiday. The pension is located in a scenic area, and the interior has a bright atmosphere with sunlight streaming in. The room was spacious, and I spent a relaxing time watching the Izu Islands up close and the setting sun from the window. Since it is a little off the main road, the sound of passing cars is distant, allowing for a quiet time. Although there is a bath in the room, this time I enjoyed the soft water of the handmade open-air bath in a corner of the large garden while gazing at the sky. This time, I was also looking forward to dinner at a nearby sushi restaurant known for its delicious local fish, and I was provided with Shuttle Service from the pension, allowing me to enjoy local sake without worry, making it a great holiday. Thanks to the hospitality of the lovely madam and the friendly owner of the pension, I had a wonderful holiday. It is a property I would like to visit again.
