The entire villa “the MELLOW HOUSE Tateyama” can accommodate up to 20 guests (12 adults and 8 children). It’s a 90-minute drive from central Tokyo and 30 minutes from Tomiura IC. With an unbeatable oceanfront location, this Facility has everything you could want for the whole family to enjoy, including a pool, sauna, semi-open-air bath, karaoke, and gym. Newly opened in April 2023! Hououkan is a modern Japanese-style building featuring a semi-open-air large cypress bath and a stone sauna. The three buildings are connected by corridors, with two courtyards designed within the premises. The first floor (160 square meters) includes two 8-tatami mat Japanese-style Rooms, and the small second floor offers direct access to the courtyard from the Rooms, with space for double futons. Additionally, there is a dining kitchen and a terrace garden accessible from the living room, where BBQs are possible. Local chefs can prepare meals in an open kitchen on-site, allowing you to enjoy seasonal seafood from Minamiboso or Boso sushi. The illuminated exterior and courtyards, sophisticated interior facilities, large cypress bath, and stone sauna were all designed to provide relaxation for both mind and body.
