The front desk and staff welcomed us with warm smiles. The building is old, but it was very clean, with no unpleasant odors, so we had a comfortable stay. Best of all, even though it seemed like guests were staying next door, we didn’t hear any noise at all. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious with light seasoning. The all-you-can-drink option was included as well, making it an excellent value. We grilled turban shells and shrimp on the tabletop stove, and in the morning we grilled horse mackerel. We’d definitely like to come again!

From check-in until our car left the Ryokan, the staff naturally came outside to welcome and see us off. I think there are very few Ryokan or Hotels that do this. The preparation of the futon bedding and in-Room dining was pleasant, and it made for a wonderful stay. Every dish was delicious, and the portions were very satisfying. If I had one request, I would be happy if there were a bit more local vegetables—especially for guests in their 50s like us. This may be a matter of preference, but I felt the miso soup would have been even better if it were served a little hotter. Similarly, I would have preferred the water in the large public bath to be slightly hotter. What impressed me most was how thoroughly everything was cleaned. Even at expensive Hotels or Ryokan, you often notice dust in hidden areas or peeling wallpaper and small flaws here and there, but everything visible was very clean. Precisely because it isn’t brand-new, it felt especially comfortable. It was my first stay here, but I feel like I got great value. My only concern is that many of the staff seemed to be around my age or a bit older, so I hope this Ryokan will continue for many years and be passed on to the next generation so guests can keep enjoying it. Our family trip with seven people was very relaxing. We also brought two dogs, and they had plenty of space to run around. Since we weren’t sure about the local garbage disposal rules, we did basic sorting and left the rest to the host. We’d love to stay again next time.

We stayed for one night as a large group to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The moment we entered, we were greeted by an incredible ocean view and perfect weather—an absolutely stunning location! The accommodation featured a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a Japanese-style room, sauna, gym & karaoke room, pool, and rooftop. The furniture and decor were stylishly chosen, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The gym facilities were excellent, the karaoke room was spacious, and the pool was clean and so much fun! From the water dispenser to adorable tableware and amenities—everything was perfectly prepared! Even men's swimwear in the bathroom—it was such a thoughtful touch! Before our stay, they kindly provided information about nearby supermarkets and recommended shops. At checkout time, the staff personally came to greet us—they were truly wonderful. It turned out to be an amazing trip with absolutely no complaints at all. Thank you so much! Next time we hope to enjoy a multiple night stay!

It was a wonderful building and a clean Room. We could feel the thoughtful attention in everything, including the kitchenware and bathroom amenities. The view was amazing, and the sunset was beautiful. We were slightly bothered at times by people fishing passing in front of the house, but otherwise it was perfect. We would like to stay again.

We stayed here last year with our dog and loved it so much that we came back again this year. Our dog had the freedom to play in the garden dog run, and the BBQ while listening to the sound of the waves was amazing. The sunset was beautiful, and from the back door you can reach the beach in no time. We even received a souvenir when we checked out. We’ll definitely be back!

The Facility was impeccably clean, and a wonderful fragrance filled the entire Room. The location was excellent, and during the evening BBQ, we were moved by the sunset sinking behind the sea with Mt. Fuji in the background—it truly helped us unwind from everyday fatigue. Despite being along the coast, the private feel of the location is outstanding. We would love to visit again in summer.

The hospitality was exceptional. The warm personalities of the owner couple made this accommodation incredibly comfortable. Of course, the food was delicious, especially the seafood personally caught by the owner, which was unmatched in freshness. You can really feel the attention to detail in the wonderful furniture throughout. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and toilet were all spotless. Even the faucets are unbelievably stylish. The lawn in the garden was well maintained and pleasantly soft. There are hedges, so privacy is mostly ensured. A single corridor runs from one end to the other along the garden side of the building, and it was so atmospheric that it really lifted our spirits. A single-story vacation rental located close to Hojo Beach, just a block away from Seven-Eleven. The Facility is clean, and the staff were kind and very helpful. Toiletries like toothbrushes and bath towels are well-provided, making it comparable to a Hotel—only missing items are yukata or pajamas. Meals are not included, but for our family who loves exploring local restaurants during trips, this was no issue at all. In one word: Perfect! If I may add a suggestion—it would be amazing if the air conditioner could be cleaned before summer (haha).

The facility was excellent, but there were issues with missing supplies and lack of management. - Despite being informed in advance that outdoor sandals would not be provided, they were available upon arrival after purchasing and bringing our own. - Water leakage from the air conditioner vent above the living room entrance. - Burnt-out light bulb in the living room floor lamp. - Poor drainage in the 2nd-floor bathroom, making it difficult to drain water smoothly. - No toilet paper or spare rolls in the 2nd-floor toilet. - Malfunctioning massage chair on the 2nd floor. - Complimentary water was stated as 500ml per person + one 2L bottle; however, for a group of four staying two nights, only eight 500ml bottles and one 2L bottle were provided. - No spare paper towels in the kitchen. - Insufficient towels provided overall. - Only a small amount of used olive oil available in the kitchen supplies. Attempts to contact via listed numbers resulted only in being told that confirmation with responsible staff would be needed without immediate answers—likely due to outsourcing management responsibilities—but stricter oversight is necessary as these issues inconvenience guests significantly.

A wonderful space where I could experience an extraordinary time. Upon entering the Room, I was greeted by a pleasant fruity scent. It was a lovely Room, clean and decorated with stylish accessories. I was feeling a bit peckish, so having cute donuts prepared was a thoughtful touch. In the evening, I enjoyed a barbecue using the barbecue kit set up on the outdoor balcony, with seafood I bought as the main dish! The view of the sea from the balcony was absolutely stunning, and I was able to spend a relaxing time watching the sunset. I definitely want to use it again!

We brought shampoo supplies from home just in case we needed to use the dog shower, but everything was so well provided that we didn’t need them at all. Our dog isn’t very comfortable going out, but before our baby is born, we wanted to make some memories with our beloved dog—this is the place we chose after searching carefully.
