Everything was smooth, including the Reservation process, the pre-arrival email confirmation, check-in, and the follow-up email after check-in. The simple (in a good way) style made for a comfortable two-night stay. The only thing that concerned me was the checkout time. When I made the Reservation, I confirmed that checkout was at 10:00, but the post-check-in confirmation email said 11:00. I should have checked at the time, but it seems it really was 10:00—I ended up checking out late and was reminded about it. I’m sorry for causing inconvenience. There were no cleaning issues like some others mentioned; everything was well cleaned and nothing bothered me. I would like to stay again if I have another opportunity.
