Thank you very much for letting us stay in a non-smoking Room this time. The Room was spacious and the view was wonderful—everything was perfect. I also thought it was rare to have a foot bath, and it felt great. Everyone who assisted us made a great impression, and whenever we had questions, they kindly helped us, which we really appreciated. It’s close to the station and also near sightseeing spots, so the location was excellent. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity. We had a very comfortable stay—thank you so much!

I stayed here for a live show at Zepp Yokohama. The hospitality from the staff, the comfort of the Room, and the delicious breakfast—everything made for a truly satisfying night. After the show, I stopped by the bar and was captivated by the bartender’s skillful shaker work. She was lovely to talk with as well, making it a wonderful evening. I’d love to see her again. We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Everything was simply wonderful. The Room had a beautiful night view, and the Hotel was calm and relaxing. The location was great, and we were able to unwind. Having the bathroom and toilet separate was exactly what we wanted, and it really helped. My husband was very happy, and we were able to have the best celebration. We would love to stay again.

We stayed as a family of four. Since all Rooms for four were fully booked, we made Reservations for two Rooms. Although the Plan did not allow Room requests, we explained our situation and they kindly arranged adjacent Rooms for us. We had a very comfortable stay. We would like to stay again.

We stayed for one night from June 13 to celebrate my son and his wife’s wedding anniversary. I requested a bouquet as a surprise, and it was even more wonderful than expected—they were absolutely delighted. Thank you very much. The Room was spotless and comfortable, and we were able to relax. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, making it hard to choose. The freshly made warm omelet cooked right in front of us was exceptionally delicious. When we visit Yokohama again, we would love to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

As always, I was able to relax at a very leisurely pace. The Minato Mirai view from the Room and the lounge is truly the best. This time, I kept it light at the lounge and also used the restaurant. I was able to enjoy my meal quietly and unhurriedly. Personally, I love the lounge breakfast. To all the staff, thank you very much.

This is my favorite Hotel in Yokohama. The interior is truly beautiful, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Minato Mirai view is like a painting. Everyone at the front desk was gentle and courteous, which made me feel very welcome. Thank you for the wonderful Room. We didn’t add breakfast this time, but the room service curry was outstanding. The restaurant is great too, but enjoying a meal in the Room while relaxing and taking in the night view feels like a real luxury. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much. This is a clean, beautiful, and comfortable Room. The spacious bed is very comfortable, and on clear days you can even see Mt. Fuji. As train and car sounds can be heard nearby, guests who enjoy such ambience may appreciate it. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, including handmade rice balls, a Japanese-style omelet, Eggs Benedict, Greek yogurt, and more.

I stayed here for the first time to attend a live concert. The Hotel is directly connected to the station, which was very convenient. There is also a convenience store at the station, so I could shop without getting wet in the rain. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The refrigerator was a two-door type with a separate freezer compartment. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming with smiles. If I had to mention one thing, I think it would be even better if the front desk area were a bit larger.

I stayed here once last year as well. This time, I stayed again to attend the same event in Shibuya. Minatomirai Line Bashamichi Station is right in front of the Accommodation—I didn’t realize it before (lol). Last time I kept going back and forth to Sakuragicho Station. This time I used it properly. With the direct express, it’s about 45 minutes? I got back before 11 p.m., and since it’s close from the station exit, I felt safe. Thank you for assigning me a higher-floor Room. Maybe because it was a weekday, I was able to stay at a good price, which really helped. The bathroom area and the Room were both clean, and the service was great—the female front desk staff were very pleasant. I’d definitely like to stay again.

We stayed in a twin Room to celebrate a birthday. The Accommodation had a calm atmosphere, and the Room was comfortable with a generously sized sofa by the window where we could relax. There were several check-in terminals, and when we started using one, a front desk staff member quickly came over to assist us. It also has great access to Minato Mirai, Motomachi, and Chinatown, so we would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed on a Multiple Night Stay Plan. I used it for a live concert, and the access to the venue was great. There are supermarkets and restaurants around the station, which was very convenient. In front of the station, I could see the Minato Mirai illuminations right in front of me—they were beautiful. There is also a ropeway station in front of the station, and loop buses that tour major sightseeing spots, which made getting around extremely easy. The Hotel Room was standard, but clean and calming with a simple design. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Yokohama.

We stayed one night in an ocean-view Room with Club Lounge access. The Room was comfortable, the lounge food was delicious, and all the staff were kind—everything was excellent. In the evening, we visited Karyu for Chinese cuisine; it was also very delicious and a wonderful restaurant. Highly recommended.

From the hospitality and Facilities to the location and access, everything made for an exceptionally comfortable stay. They stored our luggage before check-in, and after check-in they carried it to our Room and guided us there—an especially appreciated service for elderly guests. We also received discount vouchers for Jukei Hanten, plus free-shipping tickets as a guest benefit, so we enjoyed both buying souvenirs at a great price and heading home hands-free. From the Room we could see Chinatown; the bathtub was generously sized; and there was an ice machine and water dispenser in the hallway, which made it easy to enjoy spending long hours in the Room without getting bored. Right in front of the Hotel there is also a stop for the paid bus to Haneda Airport, making access very convenient. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

The Hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The amenities were surprisingly extensive, and my wife and children were very happy. We could choose pillows to suit our preferences, and the pajamas provided had a wonderfully soft feel, so we were able to get a high-quality sleep. Access from the Hotel to the parking area, Yokohama Chinatown, and the Red Brick Warehouse is also within an easy walking distance. If we have another chance to visit Yokohama, we would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again.

I stayed on the night of a live show and used the plan with No Meals Included just to sleep. It was a weekend when live events overlapped at multiple venues and Yokohama must have been extremely crowded, but everything from check-in to check-out was consistently smooth, making my stay very comfortable. There is everything you need nearby, and it’s a convenient location for getting anywhere. Still, it’s quiet at night. It’s also close to a Minatomirai Line station. The Facility and building do feel a bit old, but the bathroom area was easy to use and there were no issues at all. We stayed for one night with just one small suitcase, but since the Room is compact, it may feel cramped if you have large luggage. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

At the front desk, the staff kindly guided me through the procedures as I was unfamiliar with them. There was a complimentary coffee area and a reading corner behind the reception, and it felt like regular guests were enjoying a relaxed time. I also had breakfast; as someone who likes Japanese food, I was very satisfied with the buffet-style meal. The Hotel was also conveniently located near Kannai Station and very easy to use. I stayed here to attend a live concert at Yokohama Arena.\nSince this was also a family trip, I chose this Hotel one stop from Yokohama Station so my family could spend time comfortably while I was at the concert.\nWe selected a slightly larger Room with two beds plus a Japanese-style tatami area for relaxing together, and it was excellent.\nThe price was reasonable, and we enjoyed the breakfast as well.\nThe front desk staff member who assisted us was not Japanese, but their Japanese was very fluent—more so than some foreign colleagues at my workplace—which impressed me.\nI would love to stay here again when visiting the Yokohama area.
