Thank you very much for letting us stay in a non-smoking Room this time. The Room was spacious and the view was wonderful—everything was perfect. I also thought it was rare to have a foot bath, and it felt great. Everyone who assisted us made a great impression, and whenever we had questions, they kindly helped us, which we really appreciated. It’s close to the station and also near sightseeing spots, so the location was excellent. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity. We had a very comfortable stay—thank you so much!

From the moment we arrived until check-out, we felt truly satisfied throughout our stay. We have often stayed at The Kahala Hotel in Hawaii as well, and our children were excited, saying it smelled just like Hawaii, and they had a wonderful time. The staff’s thoughtfulness was outstanding; even though we were staying with a baby, they responded to every request with a smile and “Of course,” for which we were truly grateful. We had dinner at OZIO, and every dish was so wonderful it made us think it was French cuisine; we were genuinely impressed that there is no Italian dining of this level in Osaka—even at a Hotel. The breakfast buffet was also very clean, delicious, and high in quality item by item—we were completely satisfied. Whenever we visit Yokohama, this is the Hotel we will definitely choose again. It’s a clean and spacious Room. It’s not just simple—it’s stylish. I stayed in a twin Room. They lent us a bed guard, which was very helpful. They also offer various rental items, so it’s recommended for families with children. The large public bath was clean and nice as well. There weren’t many disposable amenities, though—maybe I just didn’t look for them properly. Overall, I was satisfied, and I’d choose this place again if staying around Yokohama.

I stayed here for a live show at Zepp Yokohama. The hospitality from the staff, the comfort of the Room, and the delicious breakfast—everything made for a truly satisfying night. After the show, I stopped by the bar and was captivated by the bartender’s skillful shaker work. She was lovely to talk with as well, making it a wonderful evening. I’d love to see her again. We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Everything was simply wonderful. The Room had a beautiful night view, and the Hotel was calm and relaxing. The location was great, and we were able to unwind. Having the bathroom and toilet separate was exactly what we wanted, and it really helped. My husband was very happy, and we were able to have the best celebration. We would love to stay again.

We stayed as a family of four. Since all Rooms for four were fully booked, we made Reservations for two Rooms. Although the Plan did not allow Room requests, we explained our situation and they kindly arranged adjacent Rooms for us. We had a very comfortable stay. We would like to stay again.

We stayed in a Premium Executive King on a high floor (39 m²). The spacious Room and high-quality, comfortable bedding made our stay in the guest Room exceptionally relaxing and pleasant. In addition, at the exclusive Executive Lounge on the 5th floor, we were able to unwind calmly during every service period—breakfast, tea time, and cocktail time—which left us feeling refreshed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I stayed here after a live event. It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel, and I was more satisfied than I expected! The check-in guidance was outstanding—far better than any other Hotel—so it deserves more than five stars. The Room was very clean, and the services were clearly explained as well; it really felt guest-first. Check-out was also super easy—I just returned the key and could leave right away. I will definitely stay at an APA Hotel again next time!!!! Thank you very much!!

Check-in was quick with almost no waiting, and both the Facility and the Room were clean, with new amenities. With a separate bath and toilet, I had a very comfortable stay. When not using the bathroom, you can leave the door open for an airy feel; when using it, you can close the door—very convenient. Also, when using the shower, hot water can sometimes splash quite far and wet the bath mat placed outside the door, but at this Hotel, even in similar situations, the bath mat did not get wet. It’s a modern Hotel designed in detail for a comfortable stay. I went to breakfast early so there was no line; there was a wide variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese options. Everything was delicious, and the fresh vegetables looked very fresh and clean. After checkout, I decided to have lunch at the 1F restaurant on short notice and ordered only pasta instead of a course meal; both the sauce and noodles were excellent. The Hotel staff and restaurant staff were efficient yet kind throughout—I never had any unpleasant experience.

As always, I was able to relax at a very leisurely pace. The Minato Mirai view from the Room and the lounge is truly the best. This time, I kept it light at the lounge and also used the restaurant. I was able to enjoy my meal quietly and unhurriedly. Personally, I love the lounge breakfast. To all the staff, thank you very much.

This is my favorite Hotel in Yokohama. The interior is truly beautiful, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Minato Mirai view is like a painting. Everyone at the front desk was gentle and courteous, which made me feel very welcome. Thank you for the wonderful Room. We didn’t add breakfast this time, but the room service curry was outstanding. The restaurant is great too, but enjoying a meal in the Room while relaxing and taking in the night view feels like a real luxury. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much. I came to a live concert with my daughter, and on the last day we stayed at Manyo Club Minatomirai. It’s an Accommodation we always stay at whenever we visit Yokohama. This time it was also my daughter’s birthday, so we chose the Girls’ Trip Plan, which included dinner. We had a 2-hour seat Reservation and enjoyed our meal while taking in the night view of the Ferris wheel and more. The staff member who looked after us was very easy to talk to and provided attentive, thoughtful service. Every dish was delicious, and the sea bream carpaccio was especially tender and tasty. Since it was a Girls’ Trip Plan, the vegetable shabu-shabu was great too! We had a wonderful time chatting over delicious food with a beautiful view. I had pre-booked a surprise birthday cake in advance; the chef made it for us, and our staff member even sang “Happy Birthday.” My 26-year-old daughter got to blow out candles for the first time in ages! Thanks to everyone at the restaurant, the surprise was a success. We had such a lovely time—thank you to everyone at Manyo-an. It’s also great that you can go to the Onsen empty-handed. I also like that you can choose your yukata—I pick a different one every time. As someone who enjoys sauna sessions, both the sauna and Onsen were excellent. The sauna temperature is on the higher side—perfect!! I felt completely refreshed on the outdoor relaxation beds. I lost track of time and stayed in the Onsen for two hours. The rooftop footbath has different views at night and in the morning—both are wonderful. At night, especially, the Ferris wheel looks amazing. My daughter and I enjoyed it for about 30 minutes while chatting. Breakfast has so many options that it’s hard to choose. I’m happy you can select grilled items as well—and you can even have sushi or hot pot from early morning. Since it’s buffet-style, staff quickly refilled items that were running low. Everything tasted great. However, depending on timing there were people who couldn’t find seats; it gets especially crowded after 8:00. The coin laundry is close to our Room, and being able to wash and dry everything for 500 yen in two hours was very convenient. I started it before going to the Onsen and picked it up before returning to my Room afterward. At another Hotel there was a washer inside the changing area—I thought that setup would be nice too. It’s also conveniently located near CupNoodles Museum Yokohama (Cup Noodles Museum), Hammerhead (Yokohama Hammerhead), Cosmo World (Yokohama Cosmo World), Landmark Tower (Yokohama Landmark Tower), and more. We truly had an extremely comfortable stay this time. When we come back to Yokohama again, we will stay here. Thank you very much to all of your staff members.

This is a clean, beautiful, and comfortable Room. The spacious bed is very comfortable, and on clear days you can even see Mt. Fuji. As train and car sounds can be heard nearby, guests who enjoy such ambience may appreciate it. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, including handmade rice balls, a Japanese-style omelet, Eggs Benedict, Greek yogurt, and more.

I stayed here once last year as well. This time, I stayed again to attend the same event in Shibuya. Minatomirai Line Bashamichi Station is right in front of the Accommodation—I didn’t realize it before (lol). Last time I kept going back and forth to Sakuragicho Station. This time I used it properly. With the direct express, it’s about 45 minutes? I got back before 11 p.m., and since it’s close from the station exit, I felt safe. Thank you for assigning me a higher-floor Room. Maybe because it was a weekday, I was able to stay at a good price, which really helped. The bathroom area and the Room were both clean, and the service was great—the female front desk staff were very pleasant. I’d definitely like to stay again.

We stayed in a twin Room to celebrate a birthday. The Accommodation had a calm atmosphere, and the Room was comfortable with a generously sized sofa by the window where we could relax. There were several check-in terminals, and when we started using one, a front desk staff member quickly came over to assist us. It also has great access to Minato Mirai, Motomachi, and Chinatown, so we would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed with you during Golden Week, and I had been hoping to bring my mother next time. She was truly delighted as well. This time, thanks to IKYU’s Diamond benefits, we were able to spend an even more elegant and relaxing time. By chance, we stayed in the same Room as last time, and the Room number matched my eldest son’s birthday, which felt like a wonderful connection. We were also warmly welcomed back with “Welcome home,” which deeply moved us. Your wonderful Hotel and the hospitality of your staff always impress us. Everyone is friendly and easy to talk to with a smile, making our stay truly comfortable. I would love to visit again soon. Thank you very much.

We stayed one night in an ocean-view Room with Club Lounge access. The Room was comfortable, the lounge food was delicious, and all the staff were kind—everything was excellent. In the evening, we visited Karyu for Chinese cuisine; it was also very delicious and a wonderful restaurant. Highly recommended.

I have stayed here many times. This time, it was a Room with three beds. It would have been perfect if there had been a small folding table. There were plenty of amenities, and the welcome drink and breakfast were both very good. I would like to stay again.

From the hospitality and Facilities to the location and access, everything made for an exceptionally comfortable stay. They stored our luggage before check-in, and after check-in they carried it to our Room and guided us there—an especially appreciated service for elderly guests. We also received discount vouchers for Jukei Hanten, plus free-shipping tickets as a guest benefit, so we enjoyed both buying souvenirs at a great price and heading home hands-free. From the Room we could see Chinatown; the bathtub was generously sized; and there was an ice machine and water dispenser in the hallway, which made it easy to enjoy spending long hours in the Room without getting bored. Right in front of the Hotel there is also a stop for the paid bus to Haneda Airport, making access very convenient. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.
