Shin-Sugita Station × Accommodation With Bouquet ArrangementHighly rated for dining at Hotel·Ryokan

My wife said, “The best Hotel we’ve ever stayed at,” and I agree. We stayed to celebrate our eldest son’s birthday, and we had an incredibly comfortable stay with nothing to complain about. The Facility was spotless, the food was delicious, and every staff member was truly friendly and kind. While it has a luxurious atmosphere, there is also a dedicated route (private elevator) to the spa, so you can easily go from your Room in a bathrobe—something we really appreciated. Above all, the staff spoke to our birthday boy casually and with warm smiles, helping make wonderful memories for him as the star of the trip. The only downside is that it makes you really want to go to Hawaii (lol). Someday I’d love to stay at The Kahala Hotel in Hawaii as well.

My elderly parents stayed here, and they were able to spend their time comfortably without any issues. When I made the reservation, I requested a room close to the elevator, and you prepared a room right next to it as requested, which was very helpful. The staff were also courteous, so we felt at ease throughout our stay. I was also happy that pajamas were provided—I had assumed it would be yukata. Breakfast offered a great variety; everything was delicious and we enjoyed it. This time we booked a plan with Club Floor access. Last time there was cake provided, so I was a little disappointed it wasn’t available this time, but my parents were very pleased with the Club Floor experience and it became a wonderful memory. Thank you for your thoughtful care for my elderly parents. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

I finally stayed at the InterContinental Hotel, a striking, innovative building shaped like a yacht’s sail that I’d wanted to visit for a long time. The warm welcome at the entrance and the kind service made me very happy. This time I chose a harbor-view Room on the 27th floor. Since I had lounge access, I enjoyed a light drink before heading out. The staff are young, but their hospitality and manners were excellent. If you want ocean views, I don’t think there’s any other choice but this Hotel—you can truly enjoy both luxury and an extraordinary getaway experience. With the shower room and bath separated, my stay was very comfortable. Next time as well, I’ll come back to enjoy the harbor view from a high floor! Thank you very much.

The irori sauna was the best sauna I’ve ever experienced. The sushi for dinner was also very delicious. This is an Accommodation I’d love to visit again if I have the chance.

We stayed here to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. From before our stay, the team kindly helped us with menu requests and planning a surprise, which made us feel at ease and ready for the day. On the day, we were picked up at the nearest station with the Shuttle Service, and we felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The Room atmosphere was wonderful—an exceptional space that truly felt like an escape from everyday life. The food was absolutely delicious, and we could tell how much care went into every dish. The staff’s attentiveness was outstanding, and from our pre-stay communication through checkout, we were comfortable throughout. Our special anniversary became an unforgettable memory. We would love to stay again—this is an Accommodation we will definitely return to.
