We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Everything was simply wonderful. The Room had a beautiful night view, and the Hotel was calm and relaxing. The location was great, and we were able to unwind. Having the bathroom and toilet separate was exactly what we wanted, and it really helped. My husband was very happy, and we were able to have the best celebration. We would love to stay again.

I stayed with you during Golden Week, and I had been hoping to bring my mother next time. She was truly delighted as well. This time, thanks to IKYU’s Diamond benefits, we were able to spend an even more elegant and relaxing time. By chance, we stayed in the same Room as last time, and the Room number matched my eldest son’s birthday, which felt like a wonderful connection. We were also warmly welcomed back with “Welcome home,” which deeply moved us. Your wonderful Hotel and the hospitality of your staff always impress us. Everyone is friendly and easy to talk to with a smile, making our stay truly comfortable. I would love to visit again soon. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay for a live concert at Pia Arena. Since it’s right across the street, I could return immediately after the show, which was great. The bathroom had a separate washing area, breakfast was delicious, and even though it was raining I could still enjoy the view (it would have been perfect on a clear day). The staff were also excellent, so this has become a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. I’ll definitely come back even when there isn’t a concert. Thank you for your hospitality.

I stay at Business Hotels fairly often, and this time I chose the Richmond Hotel. It was even closer to the station than described on the Reservation site (using Kannai Station), which was very convenient. Above all, every staff member at reception was excellent and made me feel welcome. Their greetings and service attitude were great, and the in-room Facilities were clean and well maintained. I was also personally satisfied with the amenities. This is a Hotel I would like to use again. Thanks to such a pleasant stay, my trip turned out great. When staying in Yokohama, I will definitely return.

From the moment we arrived until check-out, we felt truly satisfied throughout our stay. We have often stayed at The Kahala Hotel in Hawaii as well, and our children were excited, saying it smelled just like Hawaii, and they had a wonderful time. The staff’s thoughtfulness was outstanding; even though we were staying with a baby, they responded to every request with a smile and “Of course,” for which we were truly grateful. We had dinner at OZIO, and every dish was so wonderful it made us think it was French cuisine; we were genuinely impressed that there is no Italian dining of this level in Osaka—even at a Hotel. The breakfast buffet was also very clean, delicious, and high in quality item by item—we were completely satisfied. Whenever we visit Yokohama, this is the Hotel we will definitely choose again. Thank you very much for such happy memories.

We stayed in a Premium Executive King on a high floor (39 m²). The spacious Room and high-quality, comfortable bedding made our stay in the guest Room exceptionally relaxing and pleasant. In addition, at the exclusive Executive Lounge on the 5th floor, we were able to unwind calmly during every service period—breakfast, tea time, and cocktail time—which left us feeling refreshed. A wonderful Room that’s perfect for a first trip to Yokohama. It’s close to Yamashita Park, so we went for walks at night and in the morning. I was looking forward to the Minato Mirai night view, but I ended up more intrigued by the rooftop of a nearby low-rise building with a real local feel. In the morning, I was thrilled to see Mt. Fuji in the distance. The bath was spacious, and the shower felt great—completely satisfying. The amenities and in-Room coffee were just as expected. Breakfast is buffet-style with a wide variety of options—it was hard to choose. I wanted to eat more, but my stomach couldn’t keep up. The parking is a tower system, but they guided us properly so we felt at ease. We were completely satisfied with everything—such a lovely Hotel!

I stayed here when attending a baseball game at Yokohama Stadium. The unit bath was quite compact, and honestly I was a bit surprised, but for this price and location (close to the station and Yokohama Stadium), it was not an issue at all. In fact, I think the value for money is excellent. All of the staff were kind, and what especially stood out was on the morning of checkout. When I left my Room, an employee who had been working a little distance away took the time to stand up and bow to me. That thoughtfulness made me very happy and gave me a pleasant start to the day. Not only is the location great, but I also think this Hotel’s warm hospitality is one of its best features. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Yokohama. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for a live show at Zepp Yokohama. The hospitality from the staff, the comfort of the Room, and the delicious breakfast—everything made for a truly satisfying night. After the show, I stopped by the bar and was captivated by the bartender’s skillful shaker work. She was lovely to talk with as well, making it a wonderful evening. I’d love to see her again. We stayed one night in an ocean-view Room with Club Lounge access. The Room was comfortable, the lounge food was delicious, and all the staff were kind—everything was excellent. In the evening, we visited Karyu for Chinese cuisine; it was also very delicious and a wonderful restaurant. Highly recommended.

I stayed here last year and had such a great experience that I came back again. The location offers easy access to Minato Mirai and central Tokyo, and not only is the Room great, but the laundry facilities are convenient and easy to use—and I can’t resist the Komeda breakfast (lol). Next month, I’ll be staying again with my grandchild during summer vacation. Thank you very much!

This is my favorite Hotel in Yokohama. The interior is truly beautiful, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Minato Mirai view is like a painting. Everyone at the front desk was gentle and courteous, which made me feel very welcome. Thank you for the wonderful Room. We didn’t add breakfast this time, but the room service curry was outstanding. The restaurant is great too, but enjoying a meal in the Room while relaxing and taking in the night view feels like a real luxury. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much. I will definitely return.

I stayed here for a hospital visit and a temporary move away from home. I plan to return in a few years, so I will continue visiting the same clinic. The location is excellent, with easy access to buses, the subway, and JR lines. The night view was amazing—I could see cruise ships at Osanbashi Pier and the Red Brick Warehouse nearby, making for a wonderful evening. I will stay here again on my next hospital visit. I only interacted with staff at the front desk, but their service was very satisfying.

I stayed here to visit the Yokohama Dinosaur Expo. It was a bit far from Pacifico Yokohama, and traveling in midsummer was tough, but I made a Reservation because it seemed much more affordable than the Hotels around the bay area. Some Reviews felt a little harsh, but I assumed that was to be expected for a reasonably priced place. However, once I stayed there, it was better than I expected. The Japanese-Western style Room we used was very spacious and comfortable. The Room was generally clean, and the bathroom was also clean. Having the toilet and bath separated was very helpful. The lighting in the Room felt a bit dim, but I went to sleep quickly at night so it wasn’t an issue. Also, since this Hotel is located in an entertainment district with many bars, we could hear quite a lot of noise from outside late at night, but I fell asleep easily so it didn’t bother me. I would like to stay here again.

This is a clean, beautiful, and comfortable Room. The spacious bed is very comfortable, and on clear days you can even see Mt. Fuji. As train and car sounds can be heard nearby, guests who enjoy such ambience may appreciate it. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, including handmade rice balls, a Japanese-style omelet, Eggs Benedict, Greek yogurt, and more.

This was a very modern and comfortable Hotel, close to the station and located right in Chinatown. The service felt compact but more than sufficient. There were no excessive facilities or services (a large public bath, lobby space, views, room service, tea other than the in-room mineral water, skincare-type amenities, etc.), but everything we wanted was available: a later check-in time, accommodation for groups of four or more, luggage storage after check-out, a spacious bathtub separate from the toilet area, a cafe lounge where you can get light meals until late, guest rooms without any sense of crampedness or noise issues, and overall cleanliness. We had a very comfortable stay. The mist sauna that’s one of the highlights was wonderful—so relaxing. I’d honestly come back just for that. However, perhaps because it’s popular, it was hard to book the sauna if your time at the Hotel is tight. It was also a bit disappointing that this wasn’t mentioned at the time of Reservation. Without a Multiple Night Stay, we wouldn’t have been able to use it. Breakfast was delicious and we were happy with it (the tea was great too), but if you have a Multiple Night Stay please note that the menu is simple and feels mostly the same each day. (It was so good I didn’t mind at all.) It was also disappointing that kids could no longer choose their toy from the children’s menu (they seemed to be looking forward to it). Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. We’d like to stay here again when visiting Yokohama. Thank you!

It was a very simple and wonderful Hotel! The location was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the food was delicious! I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Kamakura!

Excellent value for money. The Facility is new, and the Room is spacious, so I had a very comfortable stay. It’s a 5-minute walk to the station, with plenty of places to eat nearby and a convenience store as well—an ideal location.

Conveniently located within walking distance of both JR Sakuragicho Station and Keikyu Hinodecho Station, with easy access from Shinkansen stations and Haneda Airport. There are plenty of restaurants and izakayas nearby, so finding food is never a problem. The Hotel Room is small but clean, and amenities are well stocked, including shampoo, basic skincare items, and pajamas. Complimentary drinking water and ice cream bars are also a nice touch. I was slightly bothered by the sound of trains running until around midnight, but considering the location and services, it’s a minor issue.

My stay was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. It’s right in the middle of a busy downtown area, so if you go out at night to buy snacks or drinks at a convenience store, you’ll see all kinds of people. It didn’t bother me at all. I’d like to stay here again.
