We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Everything was simply wonderful. The Room had a beautiful night view, and the Hotel was calm and relaxing. The location was great, and we were able to unwind. Having the bathroom and toilet separate was exactly what we wanted, and it really helped. My husband was very happy, and we were able to have the best celebration. We would love to stay again.

It’s a clean and spacious Room. It’s not just simple—it’s stylish. I stayed in a twin Room. They lent us a bed guard, which was very helpful. They also offer various rental items, so it’s recommended for families with children. The large public bath was clean and nice as well. There weren’t many disposable amenities, though—maybe I just didn’t look for them properly. Overall, I was satisfied, and I’d choose this place again if staying around Yokohama.

From the moment we arrived until check-out, we felt truly satisfied throughout our stay. We have often stayed at The Kahala Hotel in Hawaii as well, and our children were excited, saying it smelled just like Hawaii, and they had a wonderful time. The staff’s thoughtfulness was outstanding; even though we were staying with a baby, they responded to every request with a smile and “Of course,” for which we were truly grateful. We had dinner at OZIO, and every dish was so wonderful it made us think it was French cuisine; we were genuinely impressed that there is no Italian dining of this level in Osaka—even at a Hotel. The breakfast buffet was also very clean, delicious, and high in quality item by item—we were completely satisfied. Whenever we visit Yokohama, this is the Hotel we will definitely choose again. Thank you very much for such happy memories.

We stayed for one night from June 13 to celebrate my son and his wife’s wedding anniversary. I requested a bouquet as a surprise, and it was even more wonderful than expected—they were absolutely delighted. Thank you very much. The Room was spotless and comfortable, and we were able to relax. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, making it hard to choose. The freshly made warm omelet cooked right in front of us was exceptionally delicious. When we visit Yokohama again, we would love to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.

I stayed here for the first time to attend a live concert. The Hotel is directly connected to the station, which was very convenient. There is also a convenience store at the station, so I could shop without getting wet in the rain. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The refrigerator was a two-door type with a separate freezer compartment. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming with smiles. If I had to mention one thing, I think it would be even better if the front desk area were a bit larger.

Thank you for your continued support. Staying at this Hotel is a special pleasure for us as a couple. In summer, we stay here after SUP in Zushi, and in winter, around our wedding anniversary. The location is incredibly convenient—close to Kamakura Station and just steps away whether you want to shop for souvenirs or buy freshly harvested vegetables at Renbai. The moment we step into the Hotel entrance, that distinctive scent brings us back, and it makes us smile. All the staff are kind and provide truly pleasant service. That’s why we never feel like trying another Hotel (laugh). We’ve already made our winter Reservation! Until then, we’ll keep working hard.

The Hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The amenities were surprisingly extensive, and my wife and children were very happy. We could choose pillows to suit our preferences, and the pajamas provided had a wonderfully soft feel, so we were able to get a high-quality sleep. Access from the Hotel to the parking area, Yokohama Chinatown, and the Red Brick Warehouse is also within an easy walking distance. If we have another chance to visit Yokohama, we would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again.

I booked this Hotel to attend a funeral. It was clean and conveniently located near the station. The twin beds were large and very comfortable. It was convenient to pick up what I needed from the lobby myself. However, the water pressure felt weak. Maybe due to a water shortage? Thank you for your hospitality.

From the hospitality and Facilities to the location and access, everything made for an exceptionally comfortable stay. They stored our luggage before check-in, and after check-in they carried it to our Room and guided us there—an especially appreciated service for elderly guests. We also received discount vouchers for Jukei Hanten, plus free-shipping tickets as a guest benefit, so we enjoyed both buying souvenirs at a great price and heading home hands-free. From the Room we could see Chinatown; the bathtub was generously sized; and there was an ice machine and water dispenser in the hallway, which made it easy to enjoy spending long hours in the Room without getting bored. Right in front of the Hotel there is also a stop for the paid bus to Haneda Airport, making access very convenient. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed on the night of a live show and used the plan with No Meals Included just to sleep. It was a weekend when live events overlapped at multiple venues and Yokohama must have been extremely crowded, but everything from check-in to check-out was consistently smooth, making my stay very comfortable. There is everything you need nearby, and it’s a convenient location for getting anywhere. Still, it’s quiet at night. It’s also close to a Minatomirai Line station. The Facility and building do feel a bit old, but the bathroom area was easy to use and there were no issues at all. We stayed for one night with just one small suitcase, but since the Room is compact, it may feel cramped if you have large luggage. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

At the front desk, the staff kindly guided me through the procedures as I was unfamiliar with them. There was a complimentary coffee area and a reading corner behind the reception, and it felt like regular guests were enjoying a relaxed time. I also had breakfast; as someone who likes Japanese food, I was very satisfied with the buffet-style meal. The Hotel was also conveniently located near Kannai Station and very easy to use. On the day, we were picked up at the nearest station with the Shuttle Service, and we felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The Room atmosphere was wonderful—an exceptional space that truly felt like an escape from everyday life. The food was absolutely delicious, and we could tell how much care went into every dish. The staff’s attentiveness was outstanding, and from our pre-stay communication through checkout, we were comfortable throughout. Our special anniversary became an unforgettable memory. We would love to stay again—this is an Accommodation we will definitely return to.

I have stayed here many times. The Facilities are excellent, the Room is clean, and I always enjoy a comfortable stay. As I often visit Chinatown and the Yamashita Park area, I chose this Hotel for its convenient access. I also really appreciate being able to use the ReFa hair dryer and hair iron. I would like to stay here again in the future.

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday and visit Yokohama. Since I had mentioned it at check-in, the staff congratulated us with “Happy Birthday,” which made me very happy. Whenever I come to Yokohama these days, this is my favorite place because it’s close to the station, has a large public bath, and serves a delicious breakfast. Of course, the staff are always courteous as well—I’d definitely like to stay again.

It was a very comfortable stay. Located in the quiet atmosphere of Kita-Kamakura and close to the station, once we stepped into the Accommodation we were able to enjoy a calm, relaxing time that felt removed from everyday life. The building and Room were spotless, and you could feel the attention to detail in the interior design and amenities. With plenty of space to unwind, it’s perfect for not overpacking your sightseeing schedule and truly enjoying your time at the Accommodation itself. The irori sauna and bath were especially memorable, and spending time while taking in the garden greenery and birdsong felt truly luxurious. The staff were also attentive, so we could stay with peace of mind. It was a wonderful Accommodation where you can experience both Kamakura’s serene charm and the special feeling that comes with having it all to yourself. I’d love to visit again in a different season.

Although the weather was unfortunate, there was a flat route from Ofuna Station and the bus stop was covered, so we were able to check in without getting wet. Many of the staff were very pleasant, and I was able to relax with my elderly mother. Thank you for preparing non-slip bath mats and a shower chair in advance. I also found the room temperature settings and the firmness of the bed mattress to be just right for me, making my stay very comfortable. I would like to stay again. It was a very simple and wonderful Hotel! The location was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the food was delicious! I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Kamakura!

I honestly wondered if this price could really be right, but since it was through IKYU, I decided to go ahead and make a Reservation as part of the experience. We stayed here on the way back from an Odawara trip, and the next day we went on a shopping tour from Yokohama to Futako-Tamagawa. There were many foreign guests at the Hotel front desk, but the Room was comfortable. It was my birthday, so we toasted at a nearby no-frills yakitori place that opens early. As a couple, we were very satisfied with this Hotel. Thank you very much. We’d love to stay again.

There weren’t many Reviews, and it was a bit hard to find on the map, but if you’re just looking for a place to sleep after enjoying Minato Mirai and Chinatown, this was a great-value Room thanks to its proximity to Chinatown. It had all the essentials, and I stayed comfortably without any inconvenience. However, you can hear voices from the neighboring Room. Still, for this price, I think it’s totally worth it.
