Thank you very much for letting us stay in a non-smoking Room this time. The Room was spacious and the view was wonderful—everything was perfect. I also thought it was rare to have a foot bath, and it felt great. Everyone who assisted us made a great impression, and whenever we had questions, they kindly helped us, which we really appreciated. It’s close to the station and also near sightseeing spots, so the location was excellent. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity. We had a very comfortable stay—thank you so much!

I have stayed here many times. This time, it was a Room with three beds. It would have been perfect if there had been a small folding table. There were plenty of amenities, and the welcome drink and breakfast were both very good. I would like to stay again.

Thank you for your continued support. Staying at this Hotel is a special pleasure for us as a couple. In summer, we stay here after SUP in Zushi, and in winter, around our wedding anniversary. The location is incredibly convenient—close to Kamakura Station and just steps away whether you want to shop for souvenirs or buy freshly harvested vegetables at Renbai. The moment we step into the Hotel entrance, that distinctive scent brings us back, and it makes us smile. All the staff are kind and provide truly pleasant service. That’s why we never feel like trying another Hotel (laugh). We’ve already made our winter Reservation! Until then, we’ll keep working hard.

I stayed with you during Golden Week, and I had been hoping to bring my mother next time. She was truly delighted as well. This time, thanks to IKYU’s Diamond benefits, we were able to spend an even more elegant and relaxing time. By chance, we stayed in the same Room as last time, and the Room number matched my eldest son’s birthday, which felt like a wonderful connection. We were also warmly welcomed back with “Welcome home,” which deeply moved us. Your wonderful Hotel and the hospitality of your staff always impress us. Everyone is friendly and easy to talk to with a smile, making our stay truly comfortable. I would love to visit again soon. Thank you very much.

Thank you as always. I really appreciate that the Room TV has been upgraded to a smart TV, making it possible to watch apps and WOWOW. The variety of bath salts has also increased, and the bath towels feel luxurious and are easy to use. Even in a single room, the Room is spacious enough for light stretching. Recently, prices have gone up and it’s been hard to stay as often, but I’d like to use it again during more affordable periods.

It was very convenient as it is close to the station and a great base for visiting sightseeing spots. The Room was not large, but it was clean and comfortable. Since check-out was at 11:00, I could enjoy the large public bath and breakfast in the morning and relax. The staff were also pleasant, so I would like to stay here again.

The man at the front desk was cheerful and had a wonderful smile. His explanations were easy to understand. The Room was clean and more spacious than I expected, so I could relax. The bath has a small changing area and washing space, but you can reserve it for private use, and the bathtub is large so you can soak and unwind. Even though it was inexpensive and I didn’t expect much, this was a Hotel I was truly very satisfied with.

As always, I was able to relax at a very leisurely pace. The Minato Mirai view from the Room and the lounge is truly the best. This time, I kept it light at the lounge and also used the restaurant. I was able to enjoy my meal quietly and unhurriedly. Personally, I love the lounge breakfast. To all the staff, thank you very much.

We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Everything was simply wonderful. The Room had a beautiful night view, and the Hotel was calm and relaxing. The location was great, and we were able to unwind. Having the bathroom and toilet separate was exactly what we wanted, and it really helped. My husband was very happy, and we were able to have the best celebration. We would love to stay again.

I stay at Business Hotels fairly often, and this time I chose the Richmond Hotel. It was even closer to the station than described on the Reservation site (using Kannai Station), which was very convenient. Above all, every staff member at reception was excellent and made me feel welcome. Their greetings and service attitude were great, and the in-room Facilities were clean and well maintained. I was also personally satisfied with the amenities. This is a Hotel I would like to use again. Thanks to such a pleasant stay, my trip turned out great. When staying in Yokohama, I will definitely return.

It was close to the station and the building was beautiful. The bath water was also very good. I was grateful to be able to use the bath on the floor near the bath. The location of the outlet next to the bed was hard to find, so it would be helpful if there was a mark somewhere. Day use was good, but I also wanted to stay overnight.

From the hospitality and Facilities to the location and access, everything made for an exceptionally comfortable stay. They stored our luggage before check-in, and after check-in they carried it to our Room and guided us there—an especially appreciated service for elderly guests. We also received discount vouchers for Jukei Hanten, plus free-shipping tickets as a guest benefit, so we enjoyed both buying souvenirs at a great price and heading home hands-free. From the Room we could see Chinatown; the bathtub was generously sized; and there was an ice machine and water dispenser in the hallway, which made it easy to enjoy spending long hours in the Room without getting bored. Right in front of the Hotel there is also a stop for the paid bus to Haneda Airport, making access very convenient. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here as my base for a 3-day, 2-night trip. The location is extremely convenient, with direct access to a Minatomirai Line station, and it’s also a big plus that major attractions such as Yokohama Chinatown, the Red Brick Warehouse, and Yamashita Park are within walking distance. I booked a Room with panoramic views of Yokohama Port, and since there was availability, I was upgraded free of charge. The Facility was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable—I was able to relax and recover from travel fatigue. This Hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting the Minatomirai area.

Excellent value for money. The Facility is new, and the Room is spacious, so I had a very comfortable stay. It’s a 5-minute walk to the station, with plenty of places to eat nearby and a convenience store as well—an ideal location.

I stayed here last year and had such a great experience that I came back again. The location offers easy access to Minato Mirai and central Tokyo, and not only is the Room great, but the laundry facilities are convenient and easy to use—and I can’t resist the Komeda breakfast (lol). Next month, I’ll be staying again with my grandchild during summer vacation. Thank you very much!

Although the weather was unfortunate, there was a flat route from Ofuna Station and the bus stop was covered, so we were able to check in without getting wet. Many of the staff were very pleasant, and I was able to relax with my elderly mother. Thank you for preparing non-slip bath mats and a shower chair in advance. I also found the room temperature settings and the firmness of the bed mattress to be just right for me, making my stay very comfortable. I would like to stay again. I stayed here for an event at K-Arena. It’s a walk from Yokohama Station, but since it’s a bit away from the station, it was relatively quiet, which I appreciated. I arrived at the Hotel at 11:00 PM after the event, and the staff member on duty at that time was extremely kind and greeted me with a smile without showing any displeasure. The room was clean and comfortable as well. It made for an amazing trip. If I have plans near Yokohama Station again, I’d like to stay at Hotel Mets Yokohama.

This was my first stay. The Residence Twin room was very spacious, and the view was great—I could see the Skytree and the Shin-Yokohama area. The bathroom was also large and very comfortable, with a chair provided, which I really appreciated. It would have been nice to have a scale and some plastic wrap. I had a wonderful and relaxing three-night stay and was able to celebrate my birthday nicely. I was also very happy to receive a gift. Breakfast was delicious as well.\nNext time, I’d like to stay with my children too.

We stayed in a Premium Executive King on a high floor (39 m²). The spacious Room and high-quality, comfortable bedding made our stay in the guest Room exceptionally relaxing and pleasant. In addition, at the exclusive Executive Lounge on the 5th floor, we were able to unwind calmly during every service period—breakfast, tea time, and cocktail time—which left us feeling refreshed. A wonderful Room that’s perfect for a first trip to Yokohama. It’s close to Yamashita Park, so we went for walks at night and in the morning. I was looking forward to the Minato Mirai night view, but I ended up more intrigued by the rooftop of a nearby low-rise building with a real local feel. In the morning, I was thrilled to see Mt. Fuji in the distance. The bath was spacious, and the shower felt great—completely satisfying. The amenities and in-Room coffee were just as expected. Breakfast is buffet-style with a wide variety of options—it was hard to choose. I wanted to eat more, but my stomach couldn’t keep up. The parking is a tower system, but they guided us properly so we felt at ease. We were completely satisfied with everything—such a lovely Hotel!
