This was my first stay here. The front desk staff greeted us with a smile and kindly answered all of our questions in detail. Our connecting rooms were very spacious, and the bathroom was larger than the one at home, so we could relax and had a very comfortable stay. Because the hotel is located up a hill, getting to Sakuragicho Station can be a bit challenging, but there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which makes it easy to get around. We also booked an additional single room—thank you for placing it close to our room. I would love to stay here again when visiting Yokohama.

It was close to the station and the building was beautiful. The bath water was also very good. I was grateful to be able to use the bath on the floor near the bath. The location of the outlet next to the bed was hard to find, so it would be helpful if there was a mark somewhere. Day use was good, but I also wanted to stay overnight.

As I did last year, I stayed one night at the Rose Hotel while tidying up my parents’ home. After finishing, I checked in at 3:00 PM. This time again, I was upgraded and stayed in a Room on the 9th floor. I was able to take a relaxing walk around Chinatown and Yamashita Park and do some sightseeing as well—it was incredibly comfortable. The in-Room coffee, made with portion pods, was delicious. Breakfast was a bit busy, but there were no long lines. The food was easy to pick up, and everything I tried tasted great—especially the shumai dumplings and rice porridge. I’d love to stay again.

We stayed as a family and chose the loft-style room, and the area with the table was spacious, so we were able to spend our time comfortably. The location was also great, and we would like to stay again.

I stayed here for a live show at Pia Arena MM. I wasn’t sure which Hotel to choose, but picking this Richmond Hotel was absolutely the right decision! Bashamichi Station is close by, so I reached my destination quickly on the Minatomirai Line. It was also a typhoon day, and I really appreciated not getting too wet in the rain. The room is very simple, but it was comfortable and there was no trouble finding space for my luggage. The mattress was excellent and I slept very well. The amenities were also great—toner, emulsion, face masks, etc.—and I liked the system of picking them up in the lobby. Just one thing: the shower curtain had a bit of an odor. Other than that, I was very satisfied! The shower water pressure was fantastic. Since it was for a live show, I planned to bring my own hair iron, but when I checked with the Hotel in advance they lent me one. It’s an iron that can do both straightening and curls with one unit—and it worked really well. The staff and front desk team were very kind, and I had a pleasant stay. I’d like to use this Accommodation again.

First of all, the view from the Room was wonderful (Ferris wheel side). The Room was also clean, and I was able to stay very comfortably. At the front desk, the courteous service, clear explanations, and friendly smiles made check-in very pleasant. At checkout as well, the simple “Take care” was a really nice touch. This time I used it for day use due to work, but next time I would like to stay overnight.

Great location close to the station, and all Facility were excellent. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

There is a convenience store right downstairs, which is very convenient. When I asked questions about things I didn’t understand, they answered politely. The Room was also very clean, and I was able to relax. If I have something to do nearby again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

Despite being in a prime location right in the heart of Minato Mirai, we were able to stay at the very affordable rate of 33,148 yen for 2 guests for 2 nights with breakfast included. We were given a Room with a wonderful view, and since it was our honeymoon, it became a great memory. Thank you very much.

Stayed here for a live concert trip to Yokohama. It’s convenient—about a 5-minute walk from Kannai Station, which is easy to reach from Yokohama Station. There’s a 7-Eleven and Sukiya nearby, so I had no trouble finding what I needed. The room was clean and made for a comfortable stay. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Yokohama.

The Room isn’t very large, but it has been renovated and is clean. It’s nice that the bath and toilet are separate, but the toilet was even smaller than I expected and made me laugh. Since there is a sink in the bathroom, my feet got wet right after using the bath, but I was glad the flooring dried quickly. The front desk staff are very kind. Personally, I don’t need Room cleaning during a Multiple Night Stay, so I was satisfied with picking up what I needed (such as towels) at the front desk. I also enjoyed choosing from the shampoo bar and being able to use products I don’t normally use. I used the laundry as well, and it was properly managed. I would like to stay here again.

I finally stayed at the InterContinental Hotel, a striking, innovative building shaped like a yacht’s sail that I’d wanted to visit for a long time. The warm welcome at the entrance and the kind service made me very happy. This time I chose a harbor-view Room on the 27th floor. Since I had lounge access, I enjoyed a light drink before heading out. The staff are young, but their hospitality and manners were excellent. If you want ocean views, I don’t think there’s any other choice but this Hotel—you can truly enjoy both luxury and an extraordinary getaway experience. With the shower room and bath separated, my stay was very comfortable. Next time as well, I’ll come back to enjoy the harbor view from a high floor! Thank you very much.

The 6-tatami Japanese-style room was on the second floor, and both the bath and the breakfast venue were very convenient. The air conditioning was just right, and I slept well.

It was truly wonderful. We checked in after dinner, but there were welcome drinks and even snacks, and the front desk staff were very friendly, making our stay comfortable. In the morning, we walked past Yokohama Stadium to Chinatown for breakfast porridge. The location is excellent, and I would love to stay again.

The location made it easy to reach Kamakura and Enoshima in a short time, allowing us to get around without stress. The surrounding area is well equipped with essential amenities for daily life, including dining options, so you won’t have any trouble. The service was kind and attentive, and we were very satisfied. The amenities were more than sufficient, and although early booking is recommended, you can stay at a reasonable price. We will definitely stay here again next time.

This is a hotel I’d like to stay at every time I visit Yokohama. Since it can be fully booked, I try to finalize my plans early and adjust my schedule so I can stay here.

I really like the relaxed schedule with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM. In addition, Please Bay Hotel offers great value, with spacious areas throughout—the lobby, corridors, and every Room. The open atrium space with an elevator gives it a luxurious bubble-era design. It’s also very quiet, and you can hardly hear any noise inside the Hotel.

I stayed here when attending a baseball game at Yokohama Stadium. The unit bath was quite compact, and honestly I was a bit surprised, but for this price and location (close to the station and Yokohama Stadium), it was not an issue at all. In fact, I think the value for money is excellent. All of the staff were kind, and what especially stood out was on the morning of checkout. When I left my Room, an employee who had been working a little distance away took the time to stand up and bow to me. That thoughtfulness made me very happy and gave me a pleasant start to the day. Not only is the location great, but I also think this Hotel’s warm hospitality is one of its best features. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Yokohama. Thank you very much.
