It’s a clean and spacious Room. It’s not just simple—it’s stylish. I stayed in a twin Room. They lent us a bed guard, which was very helpful. They also offer various rental items, so it’s recommended for families with children. The large public bath was clean and nice as well. There weren’t many disposable amenities, though—maybe I just didn’t look for them properly. Overall, I was satisfied, and I’d choose this place again if staying around Yokohama.

I stayed here for a live show at Zepp Yokohama. The hospitality from the staff, the comfort of the Room, and the delicious breakfast—everything made for a truly satisfying night. After the show, I stopped by the bar and was captivated by the bartender’s skillful shaker work. She was lovely to talk with as well, making it a wonderful evening. I’d love to see her again. This was my first stay. The Residence Twin room was very spacious, and the view was great—I could see the Skytree and the Shin-Yokohama area. The bathroom was also large and very comfortable, with a chair provided, which I really appreciated. It would have been nice to have a scale and some plastic wrap. I had a wonderful and relaxing three-night stay and was able to celebrate my birthday nicely. I was also very happy to receive a gift. Breakfast was delicious as well.\nNext time, I’d like to stay with my children too.

As always, I was able to relax at a very leisurely pace. The Minato Mirai view from the Room and the lounge is truly the best. This time, I kept it light at the lounge and also used the restaurant. I was able to enjoy my meal quietly and unhurriedly. Personally, I love the lounge breakfast. To all the staff, thank you very much.

We stayed as a family of four. Since all Rooms for four were fully booked, we made Reservations for two Rooms. Although the Plan did not allow Room requests, we explained our situation and they kindly arranged adjacent Rooms for us. We had a very comfortable stay. We would like to stay again.

This was my first stay for a live concert at Pia Arena. Since it’s right across the street, I could return immediately after the show, which was great. The bathroom had a separate washing area, breakfast was delicious, and even though it was raining I could still enjoy the view (it would have been perfect on a clear day). The staff were also excellent, so this has become a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. I’ll definitely come back even when there isn’t a concert. Thank you for your hospitality.

I stayed here last year and had such a great experience that I came back again. The location offers easy access to Minato Mirai and central Tokyo, and not only is the Room great, but the laundry facilities are convenient and easy to use—and I can’t resist the Komeda breakfast (lol). Next month, I’ll be staying again with my grandchild during summer vacation. Thank you very much!

We stayed in a twin Room to celebrate a birthday. The Accommodation had a calm atmosphere, and the Room was comfortable with a generously sized sofa by the window where we could relax. There were several check-in terminals, and when we started using one, a front desk staff member quickly came over to assist us. It also has great access to Minato Mirai, Motomachi, and Chinatown, so we would definitely like to stay again.

I stayed here for an event at K-Arena. It’s a walk from Yokohama Station, but since it’s a bit away from the station, it was relatively quiet, which I appreciated. I arrived at the Hotel at 11:00 PM after the event, and the staff member on duty at that time was extremely kind and greeted me with a smile without showing any displeasure. The room was clean and comfortable as well. It made for an amazing trip. If I have plans near Yokohama Station again, I’d like to stay at Hotel Mets Yokohama.

Excellent value for money. The Facility is new, and the Room is spacious, so I had a very comfortable stay. It’s a 5-minute walk to the station, with plenty of places to eat nearby and a convenience store as well—an ideal location.

I stayed here after a live event. It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel, and I was more satisfied than I expected! The check-in guidance was outstanding—far better than any other Hotel—so it deserves more than five stars. The Room was very clean, and the services were clearly explained as well; it really felt guest-first. Check-out was also super easy—I just returned the key and could leave right away. I will definitely stay at an APA Hotel again next time!!!! Thank you very much!!

This is my favorite Hotel in Yokohama. The interior is truly beautiful, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Minato Mirai view is like a painting. Everyone at the front desk was gentle and courteous, which made me feel very welcome. Thank you for the wonderful Room. We didn’t add breakfast this time, but the room service curry was outstanding. The restaurant is great too, but enjoying a meal in the Room while relaxing and taking in the night view feels like a real luxury. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much. It was close to the station and the building was beautiful. The bath water was also very good. I was grateful to be able to use the bath on the floor near the bath. The location of the outlet next to the bed was hard to find, so it would be helpful if there was a mark somewhere. Day use was good, but I also wanted to stay overnight.

I stay at Business Hotels fairly often, and this time I chose the Richmond Hotel. It was even closer to the station than described on the Reservation site (using Kannai Station), which was very convenient. Above all, every staff member at reception was excellent and made me feel welcome. Their greetings and service attitude were great, and the in-room Facilities were clean and well maintained. I was also personally satisfied with the amenities. This is a Hotel I would like to use again. Thanks to such a pleasant stay, my trip turned out great. When staying in Yokohama, I will definitely return.

It was a reunion with colleagues from my first job after 30 years. We enjoyed the beautiful night view, and in the morning we woke up to the sunrise over the sea. The half-board dinner was delicious, featuring plenty of fresh vegetables—perfect for women—and there was a great variety of desserts, which felt like an excellent value. For breakfast, they also had whitebait with grated daikon and grated yam, so even though we kept saying it was healthy, we ended up eating too much. Thank you very much. It would be even better if there were a large public bath.

I stayed here for a hospital visit and a temporary move away from home. I plan to return in a few years, so I will continue visiting the same clinic. The location is excellent, with easy access to buses, the subway, and JR lines. The night view was amazing—I could see cruise ships at Osanbashi Pier and the Red Brick Warehouse nearby, making for a wonderful evening. I will stay here again on my next hospital visit. I only interacted with staff at the front desk, but their service was very satisfying.

We stayed one night in an ocean-view Room with Club Lounge access. The Room was comfortable, the lounge food was delicious, and all the staff were kind—everything was excellent. In the evening, we visited Karyu for Chinese cuisine; it was also very delicious and a wonderful restaurant. Highly recommended.

At the front desk, the staff kindly guided me through the procedures as I was unfamiliar with them. There was a complimentary coffee area and a reading corner behind the reception, and it felt like regular guests were enjoying a relaxed time. I also had breakfast; as someone who likes Japanese food, I was very satisfied with the buffet-style meal. The Hotel was also conveniently located near Kannai Station and very easy to use.
