Shin-Sugita Station × Accommodation Near The Botanical GardenHighly rated for customer service and hospitality at Hotel·Ryokan

I booked this Hotel to attend a funeral. It was clean and conveniently located near the station. The twin beds were large and very comfortable. It was convenient to pick up what I needed from the lobby myself. However, the water pressure felt weak. Maybe due to a water shortage? Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed the night before a memorial service in Kamakura. The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, and we also enjoyed exploring around Ofuna Station. The Hotel was clean, the staff greeted us warmly, and they kindly assisted us with the check-in and check-out machines. The amenity bar offered a wide variety of bath salts, which was fun to choose from, and there were many thoughtful touches throughout. Breakfast was delicious as well. We were just talking as a family about staying at Mets again the next time we come for a memorial service.

The location offers quick access to Kamakura and Enoshima, making it easy to get around without stress. The surrounding area has plenty of essential amenities for daily life, including dining options, so you won’t have any trouble. The service was also kind and attentive, and I was very satisfied. The amenities were more than sufficient, and although early Reservation is available, you can stay at a reasonable price. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality! Everyone’s smiles were truly lovely. It was clear that you were always attentive to your guests—something I don’t think you find at Hotels in central Tokyo. Thank you again!

The staff were also very kind.

We stayed for two nights while sightseeing in Kamakura! Just as we expected from the Reviews before making our Reservation, the front desk staff were polite and helpful. The Facility itself feels a bit old, but it was very clean and well maintained. It was also convenient being a 2-minute walk from the station. We considered other Hotels, but chose this one for the price, and it turned out to be a great choice. The complimentary tea and snacks were also a nice touch!
