I’d only ever walked past thinking, “A stylish new Hotel has opened,” but when I happened to check IKYU and found a great deal, I made a spur-of-the-moment Reservation. I was surprised by how spacious the Room was—separate toilet, of course, plus a full bathroom, tasteful amenities and vanity area, and even a Nespresso machine. The open rooftop space was also beyond what I’d imagined. I was truly impressed by everything. I’ll definitely stay again. It also made me want to try the breakfast and afternoon tea! Thank you very much!!

I stayed with you during Golden Week, and I had been hoping to bring my mother next time. She was truly delighted as well. This time, thanks to IKYU’s Diamond benefits, we were able to spend an even more elegant and relaxing time. By chance, we stayed in the same Room as last time, and the Room number matched my eldest son’s birthday, which felt like a wonderful connection. We were also warmly welcomed back with “Welcome home,” which deeply moved us. Your wonderful Hotel and the hospitality of your staff always impress us. I stayed here after a live event. It was my first time staying at an APA Hotel, and I was more satisfied than I expected! The check-in guidance was outstanding—far better than any other Hotel—so it deserves more than five stars. The Room was very clean, and the services were clearly explained as well; it really felt guest-first. Check-out was also super easy—I just returned the key and could leave right away. I will definitely stay at an APA Hotel again next time!!!! Thank you very much!!

This was my first stay for a live concert at Pia Arena. Since it’s right across the street, I could return immediately after the show, which was great. The bathroom had a separate washing area, breakfast was delicious, and even though it was raining I could still enjoy the view (it would have been perfect on a clear day). The staff were also excellent, so this has become a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. I’ll definitely come back even when there isn’t a concert. Thank you for your hospitality.

From the moment we arrived until check-out, we felt truly satisfied throughout our stay. We have often stayed at The Kahala Hotel in Hawaii as well, and our children were excited, saying it smelled just like Hawaii, and they had a wonderful time. The staff’s thoughtfulness was outstanding; even though we were staying with a baby, they responded to every request with a smile and “Of course,” for which we were truly grateful. We had dinner at OZIO, and every dish was so wonderful it made us think it was French cuisine; we were genuinely impressed that there is no Italian dining of this level in Osaka—even at a Hotel. The breakfast buffet was also very clean, delicious, and high in quality item by item—we were completely satisfied. Whenever we visit Yokohama, this is the Hotel we will definitely choose again. Thank you very much for such happy memories.

There is a convenience store right downstairs, which is very convenient. When I asked questions about things I didn’t understand, they answered politely. The Room was also very clean, and I was able to relax. If I have something to do nearby again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

We stayed in a Premium Executive King on a high floor (39 m²). The spacious Room and high-quality, comfortable bedding made our stay in the guest Room exceptionally relaxing and pleasant. In addition, at the exclusive Executive Lounge on the 5th floor, we were able to unwind calmly during every service period—breakfast, tea time, and cocktail time—which left us feeling refreshed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

As always, I was able to relax at a very leisurely pace. The Minato Mirai view from the Room and the lounge is truly the best. This time, I kept it light at the lounge and also used the restaurant. I was able to enjoy my meal quietly and unhurriedly. Personally, I love the lounge breakfast. To all the staff, thank you very much.

This was my first time staying here. From check-in, I was welcomed with a wonderful smile, which raised my expectations. The Room was a twin—spotlessly clean! Perfect for relaxing in a spacious setting on my own. The amenities were great, including cleansing oil that women will appreciate. The shampoo also had a lovely scent. I was able to borrow an air purifier and a hair iron for free! The lounge chair was extremely comfortable as well. Since this stay was for enjoying some solo time, I ordered room service at night: a delicious burger and the dessert of the day. I don’t like truffle fries, so I asked to switch to regular fries, and they happily accommodated my request—I really appreciated it. I definitely want to stay again. Next time, I plan to book with breakfast included. Even during the busy checkout period, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently! If there’s one thing I could ask for, it would be an even better experience if there were a late check-out Plan!

I booked this Hotel to attend a funeral. It was clean and conveniently located near the station. The twin beds were large and very comfortable. It was convenient to pick up what I needed from the lobby myself. However, the water pressure felt weak. Maybe due to a water shortage? Thank you for your hospitality.

As I did last year, I stayed one night at the Rose Hotel while tidying up my parents’ home. After finishing, I checked in at 3:00 PM. This time again, I was upgraded and stayed in a Room on the 9th floor. I was able to take a relaxing walk around Chinatown and Yamashita Park and do some sightseeing as well—it was incredibly comfortable. The in-Room coffee, made with portion pods, was delicious. Breakfast was a bit busy, but there were no long lines. The food was easy to pick up, and everything I tried tasted great—especially the shumai dumplings and rice porridge. I’d love to stay again.

It had been a while since I last enjoyed a Hotel vacation. The heat had been lingering and I was tired from work, but I was able to refresh and feel back to normal. I love the Japanese-style breakfast in the morning. Sorry for spilling the soy sauce. I’ll be back again. Everyone, please be careful of heatstroke even while you’re at work.

This is my favorite Hotel in Yokohama. The interior is truly beautiful, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Minato Mirai view is like a painting. Everyone at the front desk was gentle and courteous, which made me feel very welcome. Thank you for the wonderful Room. We didn’t add breakfast this time, but the room service curry was outstanding. The restaurant is great too, but enjoying a meal in the Room while relaxing and taking in the night view feels like a real luxury. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much. We stayed in an ocean-view Room as a family of three. The Room was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. The unit bath was also spacious. The Hotel was quiet throughout and felt luxurious. The view faced the sea, and at night the lights of the Bay Bridge and yakatabune boats were soothing. The next morning, a stunning orange sunrise rose directly in front of our window, with a sparkling orange line across the surface of the water. We’d love to stay again on a fireworks day. Amazing!

I stayed on the night of a live show and used the plan with No Meals Included just to sleep. It was a weekend when live events overlapped at multiple venues and Yokohama must have been extremely crowded, but everything from check-in to check-out was consistently smooth, making my stay very comfortable. There is everything you need nearby, and it’s a convenient location for getting anywhere. Still, it’s quiet at night. It’s also close to a Minatomirai Line station. The Facility and building do feel a bit old, but the bathroom area was easy to use and there were no issues at all. We stayed for one night with just one small suitcase, but since the Room is compact, it may feel cramped if you have large luggage. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Thank you as always. I really appreciate that the Room TV has been upgraded to a smart TV, making it possible to watch apps and WOWOW. The variety of bath salts has also increased, and the bath towels feel luxurious and are easy to use. Even in a single room, the Room is spacious enough for light stretching. Recently, prices have gone up and it’s been hard to stay as often, but I’d like to use it again during more affordable periods.

I stayed for two nights. The Hotel is located less than a 10-minute walk from Sakuragicho Station, so access was very convenient. As it is a relatively new Hotel, the Room was clean and well maintained, and I had a comfortable stay. What I especially liked was the lobby lounge. It had a calm, café-like atmosphere where I could relax with a drink, making it perfect for short breaks during my stay. Skincare amenities were not provided in the Room, but they were available upon request at reception, which was helpful. The TV was larger than expected and I was satisfied with it, but it did not support casting or smart TV functions. Breakfast included some Singapore-style dishes as well, which were delicious and a nice change from the usual options. Regarding noise, I had read in other Reviews about train sounds, so I expected some noise. In fact, I could hear the trains, but perhaps because my Room was on a relatively high floor this time, it didn’t bother me much. Even for two nights, the price was very reasonable compared to nearby Hotels, and overall it was a highly satisfying stay. The location, cleanliness of the Hotel and Room(s), and the lounge atmosphere were all great, so I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

Despite being in a prime location right in the heart of Minato Mirai, we were able to stay at the very affordable rate of 33,148 yen for 2 guests for 2 nights with breakfast included. We were given a Room with a wonderful view, and since it was our honeymoon, it became a great memory. Thank you very much.

We stayed here to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. From before our stay, the team kindly helped us with menu requests and planning a surprise, which made us feel at ease and ready for the day. On the day, we were picked up at the nearest station with the Shuttle Service, and we felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The Room atmosphere was wonderful—an exceptional space that truly felt like an escape from everyday life. The food was absolutely delicious, and we could tell how much care went into every dish. The staff’s attentiveness was outstanding, and from our pre-stay communication through checkout, we were comfortable throughout. Our special anniversary became an unforgettable memory. We would love to stay again—this is an Accommodation we will definitely return to.
