Thank you for your continued support. Staying at this Hotel is a special pleasure for us as a couple. In summer, we stay here after SUP in Zushi, and in winter, around our wedding anniversary. The location is incredibly convenient—close to Kamakura Station and just steps away whether you want to shop for souvenirs or buy freshly harvested vegetables at Renbai. The moment we step into the Hotel entrance, that distinctive scent brings us back, and it makes us smile. All the staff are kind and provide truly pleasant service. That’s why we never feel like trying another Hotel (laugh). We’ve already made our winter Reservation! Until then, we’ll keep working hard.

From the moment we arrived until check-out, we felt truly satisfied throughout our stay. We have often stayed at The Kahala Hotel in Hawaii as well, and our children were excited, saying it smelled just like Hawaii, and they had a wonderful time. The staff’s thoughtfulness was outstanding; even though we were staying with a baby, they responded to every request with a smile and “Of course,” for which we were truly grateful. We had dinner at OZIO, and every dish was so wonderful it made us think it was French cuisine; we were genuinely impressed that there is no Italian dining of this level in Osaka—even at a Hotel. The breakfast buffet was also very clean, delicious, and high in quality item by item—we were completely satisfied. Whenever we visit Yokohama, this is the Hotel we will definitely choose again. We stayed in a Premium Executive King on a high floor (39 m²). The spacious Room and high-quality, comfortable bedding made our stay in the guest Room exceptionally relaxing and pleasant. In addition, at the exclusive Executive Lounge on the 5th floor, we were able to unwind calmly during every service period—breakfast, tea time, and cocktail time—which left us feeling refreshed. As it’s a new Hotel, it was very clean, the Facility was well equipped, and it was comfortable to stay there! I was also very satisfied with the separate roomwear. However, the convenience store is a bit far, and depending on which ticket gate you exit at Yokohama Station, the route can be hard to find.

It was my first time staying here, and it was convenient because I didn’t get wet in the rain. The Room was spacious, and the coffee in the lobby was delicious. I’d like to stay here again.

We stayed to celebrate a family birthday. The view from the window was amazing, and our whole family was thrilled from the moment we entered the Room. The view from the 12th-floor front desk was also wonderful, and the night scenery was truly beautiful. The drinks we enjoyed in the lounge while watching the night view, as part of the Diamond member benefits, became one of the best gifts for our family birthday celebration. The Room had two sinks, and the bathroom had a washing area, which made it easy for me to bathe together with my elderly mother—something we really appreciated. The staff were very kind, and breakfast was delicious; it was a thoroughly satisfying stay. Chinatown is very close by, and we also walked around nearby spots such as Hotel New Grand next door, Yamashita Park, and Honmoku. However, because of the heat, we often returned to the Hotel to rest soon after. Everyone kept saying during our stay that we would like to come back and stay at this Hotel again in a season other than summer. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

This was my first time staying here. From check-in, I was welcomed with a wonderful smile, which raised my expectations. The Room was a twin—spotlessly clean! Perfect for relaxing in a spacious setting on my own. The amenities were great, including cleansing oil that women will appreciate. The shampoo also had a lovely scent. I was able to borrow an air purifier and a hair iron for free! The lounge chair was extremely comfortable as well. Since this stay was for enjoying some solo time, I ordered room service at night: a delicious burger and the dessert of the day. I don’t like truffle fries, so I asked to switch to regular fries, and they happily accommodated my request—I really appreciated it. I definitely want to stay again. Next time, I plan to book with breakfast included. Even during the busy checkout period, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently! If there’s one thing I could ask for, it would be an even better experience if there were a late check-out Plan!

The area isn’t very safe due to the location, but once inside, it was so clean that I felt at ease. The bathtub was spacious, and it was fun being able to switch between different shower heads. The selectable bath salts and the POLA hand soap also smelled wonderful. There were blinds by the sink area in front of the bathroom, which made me feel more comfortable, and opening them made the Room look larger—really nice. I expected a typical business hotel, but it was very clean! I could watch lots of apps on the TV by logging in, and mirroring worked too. Also, I personally loved the drip bag coffee and lemon mint tea—they were delicious and made me happy. For eco reasons there wasn’t bottled water in the Room (it seems you can get some by following their Instagram), but there was a water dispenser system where you go fill up yourself, and it was great to have both room-temperature water and cold water. The BALMUDA electric kettle looked stylish too—big plus points. The Superior Double bed was extremely comfortable as well. I want to go to Royal Host next time! Very satisfied!

I was very satisfied because the complimentary amenities suited my skin type. The staff were excellent, and since I had some time before check-in, I waited in the lobby and they kindly offered an early check-in. Their explanations were clear and very helpful. It was also very convenient to be able to check the coin laundry availability on the Room TV.

We stayed with our 4-year-old child, and the room and bathtub were spacious and comfortable. Our child also says they want to stay again. The hotel is directly connected to Nihon-Odori Station, and tourist spots are nearby, making it easy to get around. We would like to use this

I stayed with you during Golden Week, and I had been hoping to bring my mother next time. She was truly delighted as well. This time, thanks to IKYU’s Diamond benefits, we were able to spend an even more elegant and relaxing time. By chance, we stayed in the same Room as last time, and the Room number matched my eldest son’s birthday, which felt like a wonderful connection. We were also warmly welcomed back with “Welcome home,” which deeply moved us. Your wonderful Hotel and the hospitality of your staff always impress us. The view from the Room is wonderful. Since the Room was right in front of the elevator, I worried it might be noisy, but it didn’t bother me at all. The Room was also new, with a minimalist design and very stylish. The Room has only a shower. It seems there is a large public bath available, but it was crowded the whole time so I gave up. However, I liked that you can check how crowded it is on the TV in the Room. It’s one stop from Yokohama Station, but it’s close enough to walk to places like Sogo and Bay Quarter. Because it’s not directly at Yokohama Station, it doesn’t feel overly crowded, which I personally like. I’d love to stay again if I have the chance.

The Room has been renovated and is very clean. A DVD player was provided in advance, and there’s a 50-inch TV with a large screen where I watched my own DVD—Monteverdi's opera "The Coronation of Poppea." It was enjoyable even from bed! The bathroom features ReFa showerheads

This was my first stay for a live concert at Pia Arena. Since it’s right across the street, I could return immediately after the show, which was great. The bathroom had a separate washing area, breakfast was delicious, and even though it was raining I could still enjoy the view (it would have been perfect on a clear day). The staff were also excellent, so this has become a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. I’ll definitely come back even when there isn’t a concert. Thank you for your hospitality.

This is my favorite Hotel in Yokohama. The interior is truly beautiful, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The Minato Mirai view is like a painting. Everyone at the front desk was gentle and courteous, which made me feel very welcome. Thank you for the wonderful Room. We didn’t add breakfast this time, but the room service curry was outstanding. The restaurant is great too, but enjoying a meal in the Room while relaxing and taking in the night view feels like a real luxury. I had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much. It had been a while since I last enjoyed a Hotel vacation. The heat had been lingering and I was tired from work, but I was able to refresh and feel back to normal. I love the Japanese-style breakfast in the morning. Sorry for spilling the soy sauce. I’ll be back again. Everyone, please be careful of heatstroke even while you’re at work.

I stayed at Yokohama Tokyu REI Hotel! This was my second time! All the staff responded quickly and courteously, and I was able to spend my time here very comfortably. The Room was also very clean, carefully cleaned down to every detail—perfect! There was an earthquake in the middle of the night and I felt a bit uneasy, but there was clear guidance on what to do in an emergency, so I could respond with peace of mind, thinking “I’ll be okay here.” I really felt their attentive care for guests, which was very reassuring. Once again, I had a safe and comfortable stay. Thank you for a wonderful time and great memories! When I come to Yokohama again for fan activities, I would definitely like to stay here.

Thank you very much for your hospitality on this occasion. There were no major issues, and I am grateful that I was able to enjoy a generally comfortable stay. I hesitated to write this in a Review, but as I have no other way to convey my message, please allow me to share a few requests for improvement here. I am usually assigned Room 820, but this time I was shown to Room 620 for the first time. A common issue in both rooms is that the air-conditioning temperature setting is limited to a minimum of 23°C. This may not be a problem in midsummer when outdoor temperatures are high, but at this time of year the nighttime temperature drops, and at 23°C the cooling does not work well enough; each time, it becomes uncomfortably warm and makes it difficult to sleep. I understand the intention of narrowing the selectable temperature range and adjusting output at the outdoor cooling tower unit in order to reduce utility costs; however, if that results in guests having to endure an uncomfortable room temperature, I feel that is problematic. If possible, I would appreciate it if guests could select down to around 21°C. For reference, at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit, cooling can be set down to 20°C. In addition, compared with before the renovation, removing the working desk space and also removing the two towel hooks that were on the wall to its left has been inconvenient—there is now nowhere suitable to hang used bath towels to dry. Even in a twin room, there should be other guests besides myself who work in their rooms; having only a small table in front of a small high sofa is inconvenient. Also, leaving two chairs sitting by themselves where the desk area used to be seems like wasted floor space—and even on the lighting switch it still says “desk.” For your reference, I have attached an image of bath towel hooks installed in the full changing area at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit. Regarding Facility items specific to Room 620: The screw on the right-side bracket of the face-towel hook by the sink is loose and wobbles; please tighten it. Also, as for wall-mounted TV set: it tilts downward by about 7 mm on its left side; if possible, I would appreciate it if you could correct this. I sincerely apologize for raising such detailed points like an overly picky guest; however, there are many excellent aspects otherwise. As I would like continue staying with you going forward as well، these comments are offered with hopes for further improvements in convenience. I would be grateful if you could consider them positively.
