From the moment we arrived until check-out, we felt truly satisfied throughout our stay. We have often stayed at The Kahala Hotel in Hawaii as well, and our children were excited, saying it smelled just like Hawaii, and they had a wonderful time. The staff’s thoughtfulness was outstanding; even though we were staying with a baby, they responded to every request with a smile and “Of course,” for which we were truly grateful. We had dinner at OZIO, and every dish was so wonderful it made us think it was French cuisine; we were genuinely impressed that there is no Italian dining of this level in Osaka—even at a Hotel. The breakfast buffet was also very clean, delicious, and high in quality item by item—we were completely satisfied. Whenever we visit Yokohama, this is the Hotel we will definitely choose again. We stayed in a Premium Executive King on a high floor (39 m²). The spacious Room and high-quality, comfortable bedding made our stay in the guest Room exceptionally relaxing and pleasant. In addition, at the exclusive Executive Lounge on the 5th floor, we were able to unwind calmly during every service period—breakfast, tea time, and cocktail time—which left us feeling refreshed. As always, I was able to relax at a very leisurely pace. The Minato Mirai view from the Room and the lounge is truly the best. This time, I kept it light at the lounge and also used the restaurant. I was able to enjoy my meal quietly and unhurriedly. Personally, I love the lounge breakfast. To all the staff, thank you very much.

This was my first time staying here. From check-in, I was welcomed with a wonderful smile, which raised my expectations. The Room was a twin—spotlessly clean! Perfect for relaxing in a spacious setting on my own. The amenities were great, including cleansing oil that women will appreciate. The shampoo also had a lovely scent. I was able to borrow an air purifier and a hair iron for free! The lounge chair was extremely comfortable as well. Since this stay was for enjoying some solo time, I ordered room service at night: a delicious burger and the dessert of the day. I don’t like truffle fries, so I asked to switch to regular fries, and they happily accommodated my request—I really appreciated it. I definitely want to stay again. Next time, I plan to book with breakfast included. Even during the busy checkout period, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently! If there’s one thing I could ask for, it would be an even better experience if there were a late check-out Plan!

Thank you for your continued support. Staying at this Hotel is a special pleasure for us as a couple. In summer, we stay here after SUP in Zushi, and in winter, around our wedding anniversary. The location is incredibly convenient—close to Kamakura Station and just steps away whether you want to shop for souvenirs or buy freshly harvested vegetables at Renbai. The moment we step into the Hotel entrance, that distinctive scent brings us back, and it makes us smile. All the staff are kind and provide truly pleasant service. That’s why we never feel like trying another Hotel (laugh). We’ve already made our winter Reservation! Until then, we’ll keep working hard.

I have stayed here many times. This time, it was a Room with three beds. It would have been perfect if there had been a small folding table. There were plenty of amenities, and the welcome drink and breakfast were both very good. I would like to stay again.

Ofuna Station offered great train access to Fujisawa and Kamakura, making it a convenient base for sightseeing. I left my luggage at the Hotel in the morning, so I could get around easily. I also checked in at 3:00 PM and still made it to a live show in Shin-Yokohama shortly

As I did last year, I stayed one night at the Rose Hotel while tidying up my parents’ home. After finishing, I checked in at 3:00 PM. This time again, I was upgraded and stayed in a Room on the 9th floor. I was able to take a relaxing walk around Chinatown and Yamashita Park and do some sightseeing as well—it was incredibly comfortable. The in-Room coffee, made with portion pods, was delicious. Breakfast was a bit busy, but there were no long lines. The food was easy to pick up, and everything I tried tasted great—especially the shumai dumplings and rice porridge. I’d love to stay again.

There is a supermarket and other shops within the Facility, which is very convenient. We stayed here because it was easy to access for sightseeing in Yokohama. If you enjoy walking around, Chinatown and Yamashita Park are within walking distance, and Noge is also close by. The night view was even better than in the photos and never got old. The soundproofing was excellent, and we could hardly hear any noise from outside.
