Thank you as always. I really appreciate that the Room TV has been upgraded to a smart TV, making it possible to watch apps and WOWOW. The variety of bath salts has also increased, and the bath towels feel luxurious and are easy to use. Even in a single room, the Room is spacious enough for light stretching. Recently, prices have gone up and it’s been hard to stay as often, but I’d like to use it again during more affordable periods.

The location of Hotel Metropolitan Kamakura was excellent! Right in front of Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment facilities nearby!

We stayed in a Premium Executive King on a high floor (39 m²). The spacious Room and high-quality, comfortable bedding made our stay in the guest Room exceptionally relaxing and pleasant. In addition, at the exclusive Executive Lounge on the 5th floor, we were able to unwind calmly during every service period—breakfast, tea time, and cocktail time—which left us feeling refreshed. The location offers easy access to Minato Mirai and central Tokyo, and not only is the Room great, but the laundry facilities are convenient and easy to use—and I can’t resist the Komeda breakfast (lol). We stayed for two nights while sightseeing. We booked a Deluxe Twin room, which had a long sofa, and the sink, bath, and toilet were all separate, making it very comfortable. However, there was no hand-washing sink in the toilet area, so it was a bit inconvenient to go to the vanity. When we were confused during the self check-in process, a staff member quickly came over and helped us through it. It made us feel reassured that they were keeping an eye on everyone. Since our stay included breakfast, we had it at the cafe on the first floor. The toast bread was fluffy and very delicious. A Hotel I would recommend.

We stayed as a family of four. Since all Rooms for four were fully booked, we made Reservations for two Rooms. Although the Plan did not allow Room requests, we explained our situation and they kindly arranged adjacent Rooms for us. We had a very comfortable stay. We would like to stay again.

We stayed in a twin Room to celebrate a birthday. The Accommodation had a calm atmosphere, and the Room was comfortable with a generously sized sofa by the window where we could relax. There were several check-in terminals, and when we started using one, a front desk staff member quickly came over to assist us. It also has great access to Minato Mirai, Motomachi, and Chinatown, so we would definitely like to stay again.

Although the weather was unfortunate, there was a flat route from Ofuna Station and the bus stop was covered, so we were able to check in without getting wet. Many of the staff were very pleasant, and I was able to relax with my elderly mother. Thank you for preparing non-slip bath mats and a shower chair in advance. I also found the room temperature settings and the firmness of the bed mattress to be just right for me, making my stay very comfortable. I would like to stay again. I stayed here when attending a baseball game at Yokohama Stadium. The unit bath was quite compact, and honestly I was a bit surprised, but for this price and location (close to the station and Yokohama Stadium), it was not an issue at all. In fact, I think the value for money is excellent. All of the staff were kind, and what especially stood out was on the morning of checkout. When I left my Room, an employee who had been working a little distance away took the time to stand up and bow to me. That thoughtfulness made me very happy and gave me a pleasant start to the day. Not only is the location great, but I also think this Hotel’s warm hospitality is one of its best features. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Yokohama. Thank you very much.
