We stayed in a twin Room to celebrate a birthday. The Accommodation had a calm atmosphere, and the Room was comfortable with a generously sized sofa by the window where we could relax. There were several check-in terminals, and when we started using one, a front desk staff member quickly came over to assist us. It also has great access to Minato Mirai, Motomachi, and Chinatown, so we would definitely like to stay again.

We stayed for two nights while sightseeing. We booked a Deluxe Twin room, which had a long sofa, and the sink, bath, and toilet were all separate, making it very comfortable. However, there was no hand-washing sink in the toilet area, so it was a bit inconvenient to go to the vanity. When we were confused during the self check-in process, a staff member quickly came over and helped us through it. It made us feel reassured that they were keeping an eye on everyone. Since our stay included breakfast, we had it at the cafe on the first floor. The toast bread was fluffy and very delicious. A Hotel I would recommend.

I stayed here when attending a baseball game at Yokohama Stadium. The unit bath was quite compact, and honestly I was a bit surprised, but for this price and location (close to the station and Yokohama Stadium), it was not an issue at all. In fact, I think the value for money is excellent. All of the staff were kind, and what especially stood out was on the morning of checkout. When I left my Room, an employee who had been working a little distance away took the time to stand up and bow to me. That thoughtfulness made me very happy and gave me a pleasant start to the day. The location offers easy access to Minato Mirai and central Tokyo, and not only is the Room great, but the laundry facilities are convenient and easy to use—and I can’t resist the Komeda breakfast (lol). Close to Sakuragicho Station and within walking distance of Minato Mirai and Chinatown, we were able to enjoy our stay entirely on foot. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom had a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The aroma oil service was also soothing. The staff were very kind and helpful, making it a wonderful Hotel. Thank you as always. I really appreciate that the Room TV has been upgraded to a smart TV, making it possible to watch apps and WOWOW. The variety of bath salts has also increased, and the bath towels feel luxurious and are easy to use. Even in a single room, the Room is spacious enough for light stretching. Recently, prices have gone up and it’s been hard to stay as often, but I’d like to use it again during more affordable periods.

We stayed as a family of four. Since all Rooms for four were fully booked, we made Reservations for two Rooms. Although the Plan did not allow Room requests, we explained our situation and they kindly arranged adjacent Rooms for us. We had a very comfortable stay. We would like to stay again.

I stayed here to visit the Yokohama Dinosaur Expo. It was a bit far from Pacifico Yokohama, and traveling in midsummer was tough, but I made a Reservation because it seemed much more affordable than the Hotels around the bay area. Some Reviews felt a little harsh, but I assumed that was to be expected for a reasonably priced place. However, once I stayed there, it was better than I expected. The Japanese-Western style Room we used was very spacious and comfortable. The Room was generally clean, and the bathroom was also clean. Having the toilet and bath separated was very helpful. The lighting in the Room felt a bit dim, but I went to sleep quickly at night so it wasn’t an issue. Also, since this Hotel is located in an entertainment district with many bars, we could hear quite a lot of noise from outside late at night, but I fell asleep easily so it didn’t bother me. I would like to stay here again.
