Thank you very much for letting us stay in a non-smoking Room this time. The Room was spacious and the view was wonderful—everything was perfect. I also thought it was rare to have a foot bath, and it felt great. Everyone who assisted us made a great impression, and whenever we had questions, they kindly helped us, which we really appreciated. It’s close to the station and also near sightseeing spots, so the location was excellent. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity. We had a very comfortable stay—thank you so much!

The Hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The amenities were surprisingly extensive, and my wife and children were very happy. We could choose pillows to suit our preferences, and the pajamas provided had a wonderfully soft feel, so we were able to get a high-quality sleep. Access from the Hotel to the parking area, Yokohama Chinatown, and the Red Brick Warehouse is also within an easy walking distance. If we have another chance to visit Yokohama, we would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again.

Thank you for your continued support. Staying at this Hotel is a special pleasure for us as a couple. In summer, we stay here after SUP in Zushi, and in winter, around our wedding anniversary. The location is incredibly convenient—close to Kamakura Station and just steps away whether you want to shop for souvenirs or buy freshly harvested vegetables at Renbai. The moment we step into the Hotel entrance, that distinctive scent brings us back, and it makes us smile. All the staff are kind and provide truly pleasant service. That’s why we never feel like trying another Hotel (laugh). We’ve already made our winter Reservation! Until then, we’ll keep working hard.

I booked this Hotel to attend a funeral. It was clean and conveniently located near the station. The twin beds were large and very comfortable. It was convenient to pick up what I needed from the lobby myself. However, the water pressure felt weak. Maybe due to a water shortage? Thank you for your hospitality.

It’s a clean and spacious Room. It’s not just simple—it’s stylish. I stayed in a twin Room. They lent us a bed guard, which was very helpful. They also offer various rental items, so it’s recommended for families with children. The large public bath was clean and nice as well. There weren’t many disposable amenities, though—maybe I just didn’t look for them properly. Overall, I was satisfied, and I’d choose this place again if staying around Yokohama.

Thank you as always. I really appreciate that the Room TV has been upgraded to a smart TV, making it possible to watch apps and WOWOW. The variety of bath salts has also increased, and the bath towels feel luxurious and are easy to use. Even in a single room, the Room is spacious enough for light stretching. Recently, prices have gone up and it’s been hard to stay as often, but I’d like to use it again during more affordable periods.

We stayed for two nights while sightseeing. We booked a Deluxe Twin room, which had a long sofa, and the sink, bath, and toilet were all separate, making it very comfortable. However, there was no hand-washing sink in the toilet area, so it was a bit inconvenient to go to the vanity. When we were confused during the self check-in process, a staff member quickly came over and helped us through it. It made us feel reassured that they were keeping an eye on everyone. Since our stay included breakfast, we had it at the cafe on the first floor. The toast bread was fluffy and very delicious. A Hotel I would recommend.

The man at the front desk was cheerful and had a wonderful smile. His explanations were easy to understand. The Room was clean and more spacious than I expected, so I could relax. The bath has a small changing area and washing space, but you can reserve it for private use, and the bathtub is large so you can soak and unwind. Even though it was inexpensive and I didn’t expect much, this was a Hotel I was truly very satisfied with.

From the moment we arrived until check-out, we felt truly satisfied throughout our stay. We have often stayed at The Kahala Hotel in Hawaii as well, and our children were excited, saying it smelled just like Hawaii, and they had a wonderful time. The staff’s thoughtfulness was outstanding; even though we were staying with a baby, they responded to every request with a smile and “Of course,” for which we were truly grateful. We had dinner at OZIO, and every dish was so wonderful it made us think it was French cuisine; we were genuinely impressed that there is no Italian dining of this level in Osaka—even at a Hotel. The breakfast buffet was also very clean, delicious, and high in quality item by item—we were completely satisfied. Whenever we visit Yokohama, this is the Hotel we will definitely choose again. As always, I was able to relax at a very leisurely pace. The Minato Mirai view from the Room and the lounge is truly the best. This time, I kept it light at the lounge and also used the restaurant. I was able to enjoy my meal quietly and unhurriedly. Personally, I love the lounge breakfast. To all the staff, thank you very much.

I stay at Business Hotels fairly often, and this time I chose the Richmond Hotel. It was even closer to the station than described on the Reservation site (using Kannai Station), which was very convenient. Above all, every staff member at reception was excellent and made me feel welcome. Their greetings and service attitude were great, and the in-room Facilities were clean and well maintained. I was also personally satisfied with the amenities. This is a Hotel I would like to use again. Thanks to such a pleasant stay, my trip turned out great. When staying in Yokohama, I will definitely return.

We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Everything was simply wonderful. The Room had a beautiful night view, and the Hotel was calm and relaxing. The location was great, and we were able to unwind. Having the bathroom and toilet separate was exactly what we wanted, and it really helped. My husband was very happy, and we were able to have the best celebration. We would love to stay again.

It was close to the station and the building was beautiful. The bath water was also very good. I was grateful to be able to use the bath on the floor near the bath. The location of the outlet next to the bed was hard to find, so it would be helpful if there was a mark somewhere. Day use was good, but I also wanted to stay overnight.

From the hospitality and Facilities to the location and access, everything made for an exceptionally comfortable stay. They stored our luggage before check-in, and after check-in they carried it to our Room and guided us there—an especially appreciated service for elderly guests. We also received discount vouchers for Jukei Hanten, plus free-shipping tickets as a guest benefit, so we enjoyed both buying souvenirs at a great price and heading home hands-free. From the Room we could see Chinatown; the bathtub was generously sized; and there was an ice machine and water dispenser in the hallway, which made it easy to enjoy spending long hours in the Room without getting bored. Right in front of the Hotel there is also a stop for the paid bus to Haneda Airport, making access very convenient. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for the first time to attend a live concert. The Hotel is directly connected to the station, which was very convenient. There is also a convenience store at the station, so I could shop without getting wet in the rain. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The refrigerator was a two-door type with a separate freezer compartment. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming with smiles. If I had to mention one thing, I think it would be even better if the front desk area were a bit larger.

Excellent value for money. The Facility is new, and the Room is spacious, so I had a very comfortable stay. It’s a 5-minute walk to the station, with plenty of places to eat nearby and a convenience store as well—an ideal location.

I stayed here for a live show at Zepp Yokohama. The hospitality from the staff, the comfort of the Room, and the delicious breakfast—everything made for a truly satisfying night. After the show, I stopped by the bar and was captivated by the bartender’s skillful shaker work. She was lovely to talk with as well, making it a wonderful evening. I’d love to see her again. Close to Sakuragicho Station and within walking distance of Minato Mirai and Chinatown, we were able to enjoy our stay entirely on foot. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom had a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The aroma oil service was also soothing. The staff were very kind and helpful, making it a wonderful Hotel.
