Excellent value for money. The Facility is new, and the Room is spacious, so I had a very comfortable stay. It’s a 5-minute walk to the station, with plenty of places to eat nearby and a convenience store as well—an ideal location.

I stay at Business Hotels fairly often, and this time I chose the Richmond Hotel. It was even closer to the station than described on the Reservation site (using Kannai Station), which was very convenient. Above all, every staff member at reception was excellent and made me feel welcome. Their greetings and service attitude were great, and the in-room Facilities were clean and well maintained. I was also personally satisfied with the amenities. This is a Hotel I would like to use again. Thanks to such a pleasant stay, my trip turned out great. When staying in Yokohama, I will definitely return.

I stayed here for a hospital visit and a temporary move away from home. I plan to return in a few years, so I will continue visiting the same clinic. The location is excellent, with easy access to buses, the subway, and JR lines. The night view was amazing—I could see cruise ships at Osanbashi Pier and the Red Brick Warehouse nearby, making for a wonderful evening. I will stay here again on my next hospital visit. I only interacted with staff at the front desk, but their service was very satisfying.

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday and visit Yokohama. Since I had mentioned it at check-in, the staff congratulated us with “Happy Birthday,” which made me very happy. Whenever I come to Yokohama these days, this is my favorite place because it’s close to the station, has a large public bath, and serves a delicious breakfast. Of course, the staff are always courteous as well—I’d definitely like to stay again.

I have stayed here many times. This time, it was a Room with three beds. It would have been perfect if there had been a small folding table. There were plenty of amenities, and the welcome drink and breakfast were both very good. I would like to stay again.

Close to Sakuragicho Station and within walking distance of Minato Mirai and Chinatown, we were able to enjoy our stay entirely on foot. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom had a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The aroma oil service was also soothing. The staff were very kind and helpful, making it a wonderful Hotel. Conveniently located within walking distance of both JR Sakuragicho Station and Keikyu Hinodecho Station, with easy access from Shinkansen stations and Haneda Airport. There are plenty of restaurants and izakayas nearby, so finding food is never a problem. The Hotel Room is small but clean, and amenities are well stocked, including shampoo, basic skincare items, and pajamas. Complimentary drinking water and ice cream bars are also a nice touch. I was slightly bothered by the sound of trains running until around midnight, but considering the location and services, it’s a minor issue.

Although the weather was unfortunate, there was a flat route from Ofuna Station and the bus stop was covered, so we were able to check in without getting wet. Many of the staff were very pleasant, and I was able to relax with my elderly mother. Thank you for preparing non-slip bath mats and a shower chair in advance. I also found the room temperature settings and the firmness of the bed mattress to be just right for me, making my stay very comfortable. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

From the hospitality and Facilities to the location and access, everything made for an exceptionally comfortable stay. They stored our luggage before check-in, and after check-in they carried it to our Room and guided us there—an especially appreciated service for elderly guests. We also received discount vouchers for Jukei Hanten, plus free-shipping tickets as a guest benefit, so we enjoyed both buying souvenirs at a great price and heading home hands-free. From the Room we could see Chinatown; the bathtub was generously sized; and there was an ice machine and water dispenser in the hallway, which made it easy to enjoy spending long hours in the Room without getting bored. Right in front of the Hotel there is also a stop for the paid bus to Haneda Airport, making access very convenient. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

There is a convenience store right downstairs, which is very convenient. When I asked questions about things I didn’t understand, they answered politely. The Room was also very clean, and I was able to relax. If I have something to do nearby again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

This was my first time staying here. In the middle of the city in Yokohama Kannai, it felt like a mysterious otherworldly space, and the Japanese-style atmosphere was wonderful. The Room is not very spacious, so the air conditioner blew directly onto one side of the bed, which made it a little uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean, but the bathtub was small. Breakfast was very delicious; the croissant-style waffles and the local specialty shumai were especially excellent. I would like to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

I stayed on the night of a live show and used the plan with No Meals Included just to sleep. It was a weekend when live events overlapped at multiple venues and Yokohama must have been extremely crowded, but everything from check-in to check-out was consistently smooth, making my stay very comfortable. There is everything you need nearby, and it’s a convenient location for getting anywhere. Still, it’s quiet at night. It’s also close to a Minatomirai Line station. The Facility and building do feel a bit old, but the bathroom area was easy to use and there were no issues at all. We stayed for one night with just one small suitcase, but since the Room is compact, it may feel cramped if you have large luggage. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

At the front desk, the staff kindly guided me through the procedures as I was unfamiliar with them. There was a complimentary coffee area and a reading corner behind the reception, and it felt like regular guests were enjoying a relaxed time. I also had breakfast; as someone who likes Japanese food, I was very satisfied with the buffet-style meal. The Hotel was also conveniently located near Kannai Station and very easy to use. I stayed here once quite a while ago and loved the location, so I booked again for a concert at K-Arena after not visiting for some time. As other Reviews mention, the building is old, but the Room was kept very clean. Above all, every staff member was kind and courteous—I was truly impressed. Even while simply doing their everyday work, each person’s words felt genuinely warm. Despite it being my first stay in a long time, they upgraded my Room, and I was able to enjoy a luxurious night in a twin Room. After the concert, I just picked up some food and relaxed at the Hotel for as long as I could. The expressway is right next door, but the soundproofing is excellent and I wasn’t bothered by outside noise. The rain made things difficult, but since you can get around through underground passages, I barely got wet. It was my first time back in Yokohama in a while, and it was truly comfortable. If I have another chance to visit Yokohama, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!

I honestly wondered if this price could really be right, but since it was through IKYU, I decided to go ahead and make a Reservation as part of the experience. We stayed here on the way back from an Odawara trip, and the next day we went on a shopping tour from Yokohama to Futako-Tamagawa. There were many foreign guests at the Hotel front desk, but the Room was comfortable. It was my birthday, so we toasted at a nearby no-frills yakitori place that opens early. As a couple, we were very satisfied with this Hotel. Thank you very much. We’d love to stay again.

My stay was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. It’s right in the middle of a busy downtown area, so if you go out at night to buy snacks or drinks at a convenience store, you’ll see all kinds of people. It didn’t bother me at all. I’d like to stay here again.

It was a very simple and wonderful Hotel! The location was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the food was delicious! I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Kamakura!
