This is a clean, beautiful, and comfortable Room. The spacious bed is very comfortable, and on clear days you can even see Mt. Fuji. As train and car sounds can be heard nearby, guests who enjoy such ambience may appreciate it. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, including handmade rice balls, a Japanese-style omelet, Eggs Benedict, Greek yogurt, and more.

I have stayed here many times. The Facilities are excellent, the Room is clean, and I always enjoy a comfortable stay. As I often visit Chinatown and the Yamashita Park area, I chose this Hotel for its convenient access. I also really appreciate being able to use the ReFa hair dryer and hair iron. I would like to stay here again in the future.

It was a very comfortable stay. Located in the quiet atmosphere of Kita-Kamakura and close to the station, once we stepped into the Accommodation we were able to enjoy a calm, relaxing time that felt removed from everyday life. The building and Room were spotless, and you could feel the attention to detail in the interior design and amenities. With plenty of space to unwind, it’s perfect for not overpacking your sightseeing schedule and truly enjoying your time at the Accommodation itself. The irori sauna and bath were especially memorable, and spending time while taking in the garden greenery and birdsong felt truly luxurious. The staff were also attentive, so we could stay with peace of mind. It was a wonderful Accommodation where you can experience both Kamakura’s serene charm and the special feeling that comes with having it all to yourself. I’d love to visit again in a different season.

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday and visit Yokohama. Since I had mentioned it at check-in, the staff congratulated us with “Happy Birthday,” which made me very happy. Whenever I come to Yokohama these days, this is my favorite place because it’s close to the station, has a large public bath, and serves a delicious breakfast. Of course, the staff are always courteous as well—I’d definitely like to stay again.

I came to a live concert with my daughter, and on the last day we stayed at Manyo Club Minatomirai. It’s an Accommodation we always stay at whenever we visit Yokohama. This time it was also my daughter’s birthday, so we chose the Girls’ Trip Plan, which included dinner. We had a 2-hour seat Reservation and enjoyed our meal while taking in the night view of the Ferris wheel and more. The staff member who looked after us was very easy to talk to and provided attentive, thoughtful service. Every dish was delicious, and the sea bream carpaccio was especially tender and tasty. Since it was a Girls’ Trip Plan, the vegetable shabu-shabu was great too! We had a wonderful time chatting over delicious food with a beautiful view. I had pre-booked a surprise birthday cake in advance; the chef made it for us, and our staff member even sang “Happy Birthday.” My 26-year-old daughter got to blow out candles for the first time in ages! Thanks to everyone at the restaurant, the surprise was a success. We had such a lovely time—thank you to everyone at Manyo-an. It’s also great that you can go to the Onsen empty-handed. I also like that you can choose your yukata—I pick a different one every time. As someone who enjoys sauna sessions, both the sauna and Onsen were excellent. The sauna temperature is on the higher side—perfect!! I felt completely refreshed on the outdoor relaxation beds. I lost track of time and stayed in the Onsen for two hours. The rooftop footbath has different views at night and in the morning—both are wonderful. At night, especially, the Ferris wheel looks amazing. My daughter and I enjoyed it for about 30 minutes while chatting. Breakfast has so many options that it’s hard to choose. I’m happy you can select grilled items as well—and you can even have sushi or hot pot from early morning. Since it’s buffet-style, staff quickly refilled items that were running low. Everything tasted great. However, depending on timing there were people who couldn’t find seats; it gets especially crowded after 8:00. The coin laundry is close to our Room, and being able to wash and dry everything for 500 yen in two hours was very convenient. I started it before going to the Onsen and picked it up before returning to my Room afterward. At another Hotel there was a washer inside the changing area—I thought that setup would be nice too. It’s also conveniently located near CupNoodles Museum Yokohama (Cup Noodles Museum), Hammerhead (Yokohama Hammerhead), Cosmo World (Yokohama Cosmo World), Landmark Tower (Yokohama Landmark Tower), and more. We truly had an extremely comfortable stay this time. When we come back to Yokohama again, we will stay here. Thank you very much to all of your staff members.

Although the weather was unfortunate, there was a flat route from Ofuna Station and the bus stop was covered, so we were able to check in without getting wet. Many of the staff were very pleasant, and I was able to relax with my elderly mother. Thank you for preparing non-slip bath mats and a shower chair in advance. I also found the room temperature settings and the firmness of the bed mattress to be just right for me, making my stay very comfortable. I would like to stay again. I hesitated to write this in a Review, but as I have no other way to leave a message, please allow me to share a few requests for improvement here. In my past stays I have been assigned Room 804 or Room 604. In both rooms, the air-conditioning cooling temperature is limited to 23°C. This may not be an issue in midsummer when outdoor temperatures are high, but at this time of year the nighttime temperature drops and the cooling at 23°C was not very effective, making it uncomfortably warm and difficult to sleep. I understand the intention to reduce utility costs by narrowing the selectable temperature range and adjusting outdoor unit output; however, if that results in guests having to endure an uncomfortable room temperature, I believe it should be reconsidered. If possible, I would appreciate it if guests could set the temperature down to around 21°C. For reference, at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit, cooling can be set as low as 20°C. Next, regarding the TV: in every room I stayed in, Channel 5 (TV Asahi) does not appear on the program guide display, which is quite inconvenient. I would appreciate it if you could change the settings as soon as possible. I apologize for raising such detailed points like a nagging critic; aside from these matters there are many excellent aspects of your property. As I would like to continue staying with you in the future, these comments are offered with hopes for further improvements in convenience. I would be grateful if you could consider them positively.

The Room was clean, and above all, it had excellent access from the subway. I’d like to stay here again.

Thank you very much for letting us stay in a non-smoking Room this time. The Room was spacious and the view was wonderful—everything was perfect. I also thought it was rare to have a foot bath, and it felt great. Everyone who assisted us made a great impression, and whenever we had questions, they kindly helped us, which we really appreciated. It’s close to the station and also near sightseeing spots, so the location was excellent. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity. We had a very comfortable stay—thank you so much!

The staff provided clear explanations and guidance, and the view from the Room was beautiful. It was still warm even with the heater turned off, so bringing a short-sleeve shirt to sleep in was the right choice!! Since it was affordable, I wasn’t expecting much for breakfast, but there was a wide variety and we ate a lot with our child! Being able to relax and eat while watching the monorail made it the best morning.

This was a very modern and comfortable Hotel, close to the station and located right in Chinatown. The service felt compact but more than sufficient. There were no excessive facilities or services (a large public bath, lobby space, views, room service, tea other than the in-room mineral water, skincare-type amenities, etc.), but everything we wanted was available: a later check-in time, accommodation for groups of four or more, luggage storage after check-out, a spacious bathtub separate from the toilet area, a cafe lounge where you can get light meals until late, guest rooms without any sense of crampedness or noise issues, and overall cleanliness. We had a very comfortable stay. The mist sauna that’s one of the highlights was wonderful—so relaxing. I’d honestly come back just for that. However, perhaps because it’s popular, it was hard to book the sauna if your time at the Hotel is tight. It was also a bit disappointing that this wasn’t mentioned at the time of Reservation. Without a Multiple Night Stay, we wouldn’t have been able to use it. Breakfast was delicious and we were happy with it (the tea was great too), but if you have a Multiple Night Stay please note that the menu is simple and feels mostly the same each day. (It was so good I didn’t mind at all.) It was also disappointing that kids could no longer choose their toy from the children’s menu (they seemed to be looking forward to it). Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. We’d like to stay here again when visiting Yokohama. Thank you!

A common issue in both rooms is that the air-conditioning temperature setting is limited to a minimum of 23°C. This may not be a problem in midsummer when outdoor temperatures are high, but at this time of year the nighttime temperature drops, and at 23°C the cooling does not work well enough; each time, it becomes uncomfortably warm and makes it difficult to sleep. I understand the intention of narrowing the selectable temperature range and adjusting output at the outdoor cooling tower unit in order to reduce utility costs; however, if that results in guests having to endure an uncomfortable room temperature, I feel that is problematic. If possible, I would appreciate it if guests could select down to around 21°C. For reference, at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit, cooling can be set down to 20°C. In addition, compared with before the renovation, removing the working desk space and also removing the two towel hooks that were on the wall to its left has been inconvenient—there is now nowhere suitable to hang used bath towels to dry. Even in a twin room, there should be other guests besides myself who work in their rooms; having only a small table in front of a small high sofa is inconvenient. Also, leaving two chairs sitting by themselves where the desk area used to be seems like wasted floor space—and even on the lighting switch it still says “desk.” For your reference, I have attached an image of bath towel hooks installed in the full changing area at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yokohama Station East Exit. Regarding Facility items specific to Room 620: The screw on the right-side bracket of the face-towel hook by the sink is loose and wobbles; please tighten it. Also, as for wall-mounted TV set: it tilts downward by about 7 mm on its left side; if possible, I would appreciate it if you could correct this. I sincerely apologize for raising such detailed points like an overly picky guest; however, there are many excellent aspects otherwise. As I would like continue staying with you going forward as well، these comments are offered with hopes for further improvements in convenience. I would be grateful if you could consider them positively.

It was a very simple and wonderful Hotel! The location was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the food was delicious! I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Kamakura!

The Hotel had a soft ambiance with a space resembling indirect lighting. The smell around the water area was slightly noticeable, but everything else was comfortable.

This was my first time staying here. In the middle of the city in Yokohama Kannai, it felt like a mysterious otherworldly space, and the Japanese-style atmosphere was wonderful. The Room is not very spacious, so the air conditioner blew directly onto one side of the bed, which made it a little uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean, but the bathtub was small. Breakfast was very delicious; the croissant-style waffles and the local specialty shumai were especially excellent. I would like to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

Excellent value for money. The Facility is new, and the Room is spacious, so I had a very comfortable stay. It’s a 5-minute walk to the station, with plenty of places to eat nearby and a convenience store as well—an ideal location.

I honestly wondered if this price could really be right, but since it was through IKYU, I decided to go ahead and make a Reservation as part of the experience. We stayed here on the way back from an Odawara trip, and the next day we went on a shopping tour from Yokohama to Futako-Tamagawa. There were many foreign guests at the Hotel front desk, but the Room was comfortable. It was my birthday, so we toasted at a nearby no-frills yakitori place that opens early. As a couple, we were very satisfied with this Hotel. Thank you very much. We’d love to stay again.

I stayed here once quite a while ago and loved the location, so I booked again for a concert at K-Arena after not visiting for some time. As other Reviews mention, the building is old, but the Room was kept very clean. Above all, every staff member was kind and courteous—I was truly impressed. Even while simply doing their everyday work, each person’s words felt genuinely warm. Despite it being my first stay in a long time, they upgraded my Room, and I was able to enjoy a luxurious night in a twin Room. After the concert, I just picked up some food and relaxed at the Hotel for as long as I could. The expressway is right next door, but the soundproofing is excellent and I wasn’t bothered by outside noise. The rain made things difficult, but since you can get around through underground passages, I barely got wet. It was my first time back in Yokohama in a while, and it was truly comfortable. If I have another chance to visit Yokohama, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!
