We stayed one night in an ocean-view Room with Club Lounge access. The Room was comfortable, the lounge food was delicious, and all the staff were kind—everything was excellent. In the evening, we visited Karyu for Chinese cuisine; it was also very delicious and a wonderful restaurant. Highly recommended.

At the front desk, the staff kindly guided me through the procedures as I was unfamiliar with them. There was a complimentary coffee area and a reading corner behind the reception, and it felt like regular guests were enjoying a relaxed time. I also had breakfast; as someone who likes Japanese food, I was very satisfied with the buffet-style meal. The Hotel was also conveniently located near Kannai Station and very easy to use. Thank you for your hospitality.

Conveniently located within walking distance of both JR Sakuragicho Station and Keikyu Hinodecho Station, with easy access from Shinkansen stations and Haneda Airport. There are plenty of restaurants and izakayas nearby, so finding food is never a problem. The Hotel Room is small but clean, and amenities are well stocked, including shampoo, basic skincare items, and pajamas. Complimentary drinking water and ice cream bars are also a nice touch. I was slightly bothered by the sound of trains running until around midnight, but considering the location and services, it’s a minor issue.

It was a very comfortable stay. Located in the quiet atmosphere of Kita-Kamakura and close to the station, once we stepped into the Accommodation we were able to enjoy a calm, relaxing time that felt removed from everyday life. The building and Room were spotless, and you could feel the attention to detail in the interior design and amenities. With plenty of space to unwind, it’s perfect for not overpacking your sightseeing schedule and truly enjoying your time at the Accommodation itself. The irori sauna and bath were especially memorable, and spending time while taking in the garden greenery and birdsong felt truly luxurious. The staff were also attentive, so we could stay with peace of mind. It was a wonderful Accommodation where you can experience both Kamakura’s serene charm and the special feeling that comes with having it all to yourself. I’d love to visit again in a different season.

We stayed here to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. From before our stay, the team kindly helped us with menu requests and planning a surprise, which made us feel at ease and ready for the day. On the day, we were picked up at the nearest station with the Shuttle Service, and we felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The Room atmosphere was wonderful—an exceptional space that truly felt like an escape from everyday life. The food was absolutely delicious, and we could tell how much care went into every dish. The staff’s attentiveness was outstanding, and from our pre-stay communication through checkout, we were comfortable throughout. Our special anniversary became an unforgettable memory. We would love to stay again—this is an Accommodation we will definitely return to.

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday and visit Yokohama. Since I had mentioned it at check-in, the staff congratulated us with “Happy Birthday,” which made me very happy. Whenever I come to Yokohama these days, this is my favorite place because it’s close to the station, has a large public bath, and serves a delicious breakfast. Of course, the staff are always courteous as well—I’d definitely like to stay again.

I stayed here for a live concert. The room was clean, and even though the bed was a single, it was spacious and very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the front desk staff were friendly and left a good impression. The amenities were quite plentiful, so I was satisfied. However, I feel that the breakfast does not match the price. That was my only dissatisfaction. If I have the chance, I would like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

I stayed on a Multiple Night Stay Plan. I used it for a live concert, and the access to the venue was great. There are supermarkets and restaurants around the station, which was very convenient. In front of the station, I could see the Minato Mirai illuminations right in front of me—they were beautiful. There is also a ropeway station in front of the station, and loop buses that tour major sightseeing spots, which made getting around extremely easy. The Hotel Room was standard, but clean and calming with a simple design. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Yokohama.

Close to Sakuragicho Station and within walking distance of Minato Mirai and Chinatown, we were able to enjoy our stay entirely on foot. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom had a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The aroma oil service was also soothing. The staff were very kind and helpful, making it a wonderful Hotel. I stayed here on a business trip. The Hotel is a bit dated, but the service is excellent.

This is a clean, beautiful, and comfortable Room. The spacious bed is very comfortable, and on clear days you can even see Mt. Fuji. As train and car sounds can be heard nearby, guests who enjoy such ambience may appreciate it. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, including handmade rice balls, a Japanese-style omelet, Eggs Benedict, Greek yogurt, and more.

I stayed on the night of a live show and used the plan with No Meals Included just to sleep. It was a weekend when live events overlapped at multiple venues and Yokohama must have been extremely crowded, but everything from check-in to check-out was consistently smooth, making my stay very comfortable. There is everything you need nearby, and it’s a convenient location for getting anywhere. Still, it’s quiet at night. It’s also close to a Minatomirai Line station. The Facility and building do feel a bit old, but the bathroom area was easy to use and there were no issues at all. We stayed for one night with just one small suitcase, but since the Room is compact, it may feel cramped if you have large luggage. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

I honestly wondered if this price could really be right, but since it was through IKYU, I decided to go ahead and make a Reservation as part of the experience. We stayed here on the way back from an Odawara trip, and the next day we went on a shopping tour from Yokohama to Futako-Tamagawa. There were many foreign guests at the Hotel front desk, but the Room was comfortable. It was my birthday, so we toasted at a nearby no-frills yakitori place that opens early. As a couple, we were very satisfied with this Hotel. Thank you very much. We’d love to stay again.

I came to a live concert with my daughter, and on the last day we stayed at Manyo Club Minatomirai. It’s an Accommodation we always stay at whenever we visit Yokohama. This time it was also my daughter’s birthday, so we chose the Girls’ Trip Plan, which included dinner. We had a 2-hour seat Reservation and enjoyed our meal while taking in the night view of the Ferris wheel and more. The staff member who looked after us was very easy to talk to and provided attentive, thoughtful service. Every dish was delicious, and the sea bream carpaccio was especially tender and tasty. Since it was a Girls’ Trip Plan, the vegetable shabu-shabu was great too! We had a wonderful time chatting over delicious food with a beautiful view. I had pre-booked a surprise birthday cake in advance; the chef made it for us, and our staff member even sang “Happy Birthday.” My 26-year-old daughter got to blow out candles for the first time in ages! Thanks to everyone at the restaurant, the surprise was a success. We had such a lovely time—thank you to everyone at Manyo-an. It’s also great that you can go to the Onsen empty-handed. I also like that you can choose your yukata—I pick a different one every time. As someone who enjoys sauna sessions, both the sauna and Onsen were excellent. The sauna temperature is on the higher side—perfect!! I felt completely refreshed on the outdoor relaxation beds. I lost track of time and stayed in the Onsen for two hours. The rooftop footbath has different views at night and in the morning—both are wonderful. At night, especially, the Ferris wheel looks amazing. My daughter and I enjoyed it for about 30 minutes while chatting. Breakfast has so many options that it’s hard to choose. I’m happy you can select grilled items as well—and you can even have sushi or hot pot from early morning. Since it’s buffet-style, staff quickly refilled items that were running low. Everything tasted great. However, depending on timing there were people who couldn’t find seats; it gets especially crowded after 8:00. The coin laundry is close to our Room, and being able to wash and dry everything for 500 yen in two hours was very convenient. I started it before going to the Onsen and picked it up before returning to my Room afterward. At another Hotel there was a washer inside the changing area—I thought that setup would be nice too. It’s also conveniently located near CupNoodles Museum Yokohama (Cup Noodles Museum), Hammerhead (Yokohama Hammerhead), Cosmo World (Yokohama Cosmo World), Landmark Tower (Yokohama Landmark Tower), and more. We truly had an extremely comfortable stay this time. When we come back to Yokohama again, we will stay here. Thank you very much to all of your staff members.

I stayed here once quite a while ago and loved the location, so I booked again for a concert at K-Arena after not visiting for some time. As other Reviews mention, the building is old, but the Room was kept very clean. Above all, every staff member was kind and courteous—I was truly impressed. Even while simply doing their everyday work, each person’s words felt genuinely warm. Despite it being my first stay in a long time, they upgraded my Room, and I was able to enjoy a luxurious night in a twin Room. After the concert, I just picked up some food and relaxed at the Hotel for as long as I could. The expressway is right next door, but the soundproofing is excellent and I wasn’t bothered by outside noise. The rain made things difficult, but since you can get around through underground passages, I barely got wet. It was my first time back in Yokohama in a while, and it was truly comfortable. If I have another chance to visit Yokohama, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!

My stay was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. It’s right in the middle of a busy downtown area, so if you go out at night to buy snacks or drinks at a convenience store, you’ll see all kinds of people. It didn’t bother me at all. I’d like to stay here again.

I stayed here to attend a live concert at Yokohama Arena.\nSince this was also a family trip, I chose this Hotel one stop from Yokohama Station so my family could spend time comfortably while I was at the concert.\nWe selected a slightly larger Room with two beds plus a Japanese-style tatami area for relaxing together, and it was excellent.\nThe price was reasonable, and we enjoyed the breakfast as well.\nThe front desk staff member who assisted us was not Japanese, but their Japanese was very fluent—more so than some foreign colleagues at my workplace—which impressed me.\nI would love to stay here again when visiting the Yokohama area.

I stayed here when attending a baseball game at Yokohama Stadium. The unit bath was quite compact, and honestly I was a bit surprised, but for this price and location (close to the station and Yokohama Stadium), it was not an issue at all. In fact, I think the value for money is excellent. All of the staff were kind, and what especially stood out was on the morning of checkout. When I left my Room, an employee who had been working a little distance away took the time to stand up and bow to me. That thoughtfulness made me very happy and gave me a pleasant start to the day. Not only is the location great, but I also think this Hotel’s warm hospitality is one of its best features. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Yokohama. Thank you very much.
