This Hotel is conveniently located near Shin-Yokohama. I think it’s a very good Hotel. The shampoo and other amenities are high quality, and I have no complaints. If I had to mention any drawbacks, the shower temperature can be a bit tricky to adjust, and the TV is slightly small. Even then, those are only minor inconveniences if you really look for them. It’s an excellent Hotel for the price, so I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed on the 11th-floor ladies-only floor. The view was great, and the Room had a calm atmosphere, so I had a very comfortable stay. The two paintings were lovely, and I felt the colors and materials of the furnishings, along with the soft warm lighting, were thoughtfully designed for women. The female staff member at the front desk was also very kind and helpful. This is a Hotel I would like to use again.

It had been a while since I last enjoyed a Hotel vacation. The heat had been lingering and I was tired from work, but I was able to refresh and feel back to normal. I love the Japanese-style breakfast in the morning. Sorry for spilling the soy sauce. I’ll be back again. Everyone, please be careful of heatstroke even while you’re at work.

The area isn’t very safe due to the location, but once inside, it was so clean that I felt at ease. The bathtub was spacious, and it was fun being able to switch between different shower heads. The selectable bath salts and the POLA hand soap also smelled wonderful. There were blinds by the sink area in front of the bathroom, which made me feel more comfortable, and opening them made the Room look larger—really nice. I expected a typical business hotel, but it was very clean! I could watch lots of apps on the TV by logging in, and mirroring worked too. Also, I personally loved the drip bag coffee and lemon mint tea—they were delicious and made me happy. For eco reasons there wasn’t bottled water in the Room (it seems you can get some by following their Instagram), but there was a water dispenser system where you go fill up yourself, and it was great to have both room-temperature water and cold water. The BALMUDA electric kettle looked stylish too—big plus points. The Superior Double bed was extremely comfortable as well. I want to go to Royal Host next time! Very satisfied!

I stayed here with my elderly mother. We used a universal Room, and it was very easy for her to use, so she seemed to enjoy staying overnight for the first time in a while. I stayed here once quite a while ago and loved the location, so I booked again for a concert at K-Arena after not visiting for some time. As other Reviews mention, the building is old, but the Room was kept very clean. Above all, every staff member was kind and courteous—I was truly impressed. Even while simply doing their everyday work, each person’s words felt genuinely warm. Despite it being my first stay in a long time, they upgraded my Room, and I was able to enjoy a luxurious night in a twin Room. After the concert, I just picked up some food and relaxed at the Hotel for as long as I could. The expressway is right next door, but the soundproofing is excellent and I wasn’t bothered by outside noise. The rain made things difficult, but since you can get around through underground passages, I barely got wet. It was my first time back in Yokohama in a while, and it was truly comfortable. If I have another chance to visit Yokohama, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!

I can’t visit very often, but thank you as always. The Onsen was especially amazing—I felt truly refreshed and all my fatigue melted away. I spent two relaxing hours alternating between the Onsen and the cold bath, and the time flew by. The meal, with its small side dishes, was more than enough for me. I especially loved the curry with zucchini—it’s my absolute favorite. I’ll be back again, and I’m looking forward to my next visit. Thank you in advance.
