Stayed on the 11th-floor ladies-only floor. The view was great, and the Room had a calm atmosphere, so I had a very comfortable stay. The two paintings were lovely, and I felt the colors and materials of the furnishings, along with the soft warm lighting, were thoughtfully designed for women. The female staff member at the front desk was also very kind and helpful. This is a Hotel I would like to use again.

I stayed here for an event at K-Arena. It’s a walk from Yokohama Station, but since it’s a bit away from the station, it was relatively quiet, which I appreciated. I arrived at the Hotel at 11:00 PM after the event, and the staff member on duty at that time was extremely kind and greeted me with a smile without showing any displeasure. The room was clean and comfortable as well. It made for an amazing trip. If I have plans near Yokohama Station again, I’d like to stay at Hotel Mets Yokohama.

Both the Room and the bath were clean and comfortable. The bath is available not only at night but also in the morning. Dinner included sushi, tempura, soba, and sukiyaki; the sukiyaki beef was delicious, and we were very satisfied with everything. We recommend using the Shuttle
