I stayed here for business. I chose this Hotel because it’s close to my client’s company and the parking looked easy to use—and it was the perfect choice! The staff were kind, the food was delicious, and the Room was clean. I slept well and felt truly relaxed. I’ll definitely stay here again next time.

I stayed at Yokohama Tokyu REI Hotel! This was my second time! All the staff responded quickly and courteously, and I was able to spend my time here very comfortably. The Room was also very clean, carefully cleaned down to every detail—perfect! There was an earthquake in the middle of the night and I felt a bit uneasy, but there was clear guidance on what to do in an emergency, so I could respond with peace of mind, thinking “I’ll be okay here.” I really felt their attentive care for guests, which was very reassuring. Once again, I had a safe and comfortable stay. Thank you for a wonderful time and great memories! When I come to Yokohama again for fan activities, I would definitely like to stay here.

As it’s a new Hotel, it was very clean, the Facility was well equipped, and it was comfortable to stay there! I was also very satisfied with the separate roomwear. However, the convenience store is a bit far, and depending on which ticket gate you exit at Yokohama Station, the route can be hard to find.

I was very satisfied because the complimentary amenities suited my skin type. The staff were excellent, and since I had some time before check-in, I waited in the lobby and they kindly offered an early check-in. Their explanations were clear and very helpful. It was also very convenient to be able to check the coin laundry availability on the Room TV.

When making my Reservation, I called the Hotel with a question, and the female staff member at the front desk was very pleasant and kind. Thank you very much. The Room number on the paper sleeve for the key card was handwritten, and I misread it. (I mistook a 3 for a 5 and couldn’t open the door because I went to the wrong Room. A housekeeping staff member kindly told me that I had the wrong Room number.) This has never happened to me before, so I surprised myself. I’m sorry, but handwritten numbers can be hard to read depending on who writes them. It may have been my eyesight as well, but I would appreciate it if the Room number could be clearly printed. As rumored, the breakfast buffet had a great variety and was delicious. The freshly made French toast and shabu-shabu were especially good. The French toast was popular, and even when it ran out, it was quickly refilled. It’s a convenient Hotel close to the station. There are many shops nearby, so we enjoyed our stay. When I go to Tokyo again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Because the bathroom and toilet are in one unit, ventilation didn’t seem great and I noticed black mold near the top of the door. Also, it was hard to figure out how to run hot water for both the shower and bathtub (there were instructions if you looked closely, but it still wasn’t easy), so I’m giving 4 stars.

Stayed on the 11th-floor ladies-only floor. The view was great, and the Room had a calm atmosphere, so I had a very comfortable stay. The two paintings were lovely, and I felt the colors and materials of the furnishings, along with the soft warm lighting, were thoughtfully designed for women. The female staff member at the front desk was also very kind and helpful. This is a Hotel I would like to use again.

The area isn’t very safe due to the location, but once inside, it was so clean that I felt at ease. The bathtub was spacious, and it was fun being able to switch between different shower heads. The selectable bath salts and the POLA hand soap also smelled wonderful. There were blinds by the sink area in front of the bathroom, which made me feel more comfortable, and opening them made the Room look larger—really nice. I expected a typical business hotel, but it was very clean! I could watch lots of apps on the TV by logging in, and mirroring worked too. Also, I personally loved the drip bag coffee and lemon mint tea—they were delicious and made me happy. For eco reasons there wasn’t bottled water in the Room (it seems you can get some by following their Instagram), but there was a water dispenser system where you go fill up yourself, and it was great to have both room-temperature water and cold water. The BALMUDA electric kettle looked stylish too—big plus points. The Superior Double bed was extremely comfortable as well. I want to go to Royal Host next time! Very satisfied!

I stayed for one night on 6/17. The Hotel is close to the station and easy to find, with izakayas, cafes, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby. The welcome drink right after arrival and the all-you-can-drink alcohol service were absolutely amazing! All the staff were very kind and polite, which made my stay truly pleasant. A passcode is required to enter the large public bath, and you receive a paper with it at check-in. I realized I had forgotten mine just before the entrance, and when I headed back toward the elevator, a staff member said, “Did you forget your paper? I’ll give it to you now.” I was so impressed by how attentive they were. Thank you so much! The Room was small due to the location, and the sink area was also compact, but that was about the only thing that stood out—overall it was a great Hotel. I’m glad my mother and I chose to stay here for our trip. If we have another chance, we’d love to stay again! *At check-in, we were assisted by someone on their first day who was giving their first explanation. I had plans in Yokohama over the weekend, and since there was a chance the Shinkansen might be suspended due to the typhoon, I made an Accommodation Reservation here for the night before, just in case. However, just minutes before Shin-Yokohama, an earthquake occurred along the line and the Shinkansen service was suspended. An announcement said there was no estimate for resumption, and it truly didn’t seem like we would be moving anytime soon. Thinking I might not arrive at the Hotel until late at night or even early morning, I contacted you to explain the situation. You kindly told me to take care and that arriving at any time would be fine, which really put my mind at ease. When I finally arrived and checked in, your warm words—“You must be tired; please rest well”—were truly comforting. Unfortunately, because of the weather I couldn’t enjoy the view from the Room on the 31st floor that you had prepared for me, but I’ll look forward to it next time I visit Yokohama. Thank you very much for your courteous service.

I can’t visit very often, but thank you as always. The Onsen was especially amazing—I felt truly refreshed and all my fatigue melted away. I spent two relaxing hours alternating between the Onsen and the cold bath, and the time flew by. The meal, with its small side dishes, was more than enough for me. I especially loved the curry with zucchini—it’s my absolute favorite. I’ll be back again, and I’m looking forward to my next visit. Thank you in advance.

I stayed here for the first time because I had a concert. The Room was more spacious than I expected, and the bed was very comfortable, so I had a pleasant stay. There were no particular inconveniences. The front desk staff were foreigners, but their Japanese was excellent and they assisted me politely with a wonderful smile. It’s a Hotel that made me want to make another Reservation.

I had reserved a single Room, but due to an issue with the Room, I was offered a larger twin Room instead. It felt almost too spacious for one person, but the extra space was very helpful for everything. It felt more like being at home than staying at a Hotel. The bathroom was also large, and although it was just one night, I was able to relax. The items in the Room were simple and included only what I needed, which suited me perfectly. The Hotel is also very close to the station, and there are several convenience stores and restaurants along the way, making it a convenient location. If I have another opportunity, I would be happy to stay again. Thank you very much.

I was a little surprised that all the front desk staff were foreigners, but they assisted me politely and there were no problems at all. The cleaning staff were also foreigners, and they greeted me with a smile, which made for a pleasant departure. One minor drawback is that the air conditioning is hard to adjust. I tend to get hot easily, but even on the lowest setting it was cold, so I ended up turning it off. (Maybe it was set stronger because there had been Reviews saying the Room was hot?) Overall, I was satisfied and would like to stay here again when I come to Shin-Yokohama.

I stayed here for a concert trip. I came back late at night and left early in the morning, so I only needed a place to sleep, but it was very convenient—close to the JR station and right in front of the subway station. There was a convenience store next door and a Doutor Coffee on the first floor, so I’d like to stay here again next time. The Room felt a bit dated, but it was clean, and the bed was spacious so I could rest comfortably.

Both the front desk service and the pleasantly clean guest room were very comfortable. From now on, this will be my only choice when staying in Machida!

It took more than 10 minutes to walk from Yokohama Station, partly because I had luggage. Also, it was my first time staying somewhere that did not offer luggage storage after check-out, so I should have confirmed this before making a Reservation. The unit bath in the Room was clean, but it felt quite small and not very easy to use.

I chose this hotel because I wanted to stay in Machida. It was convenient to visit places like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, and Machida Grandberry. Even after going to izakayas or restaurants at night, it was easy to return quickly, and there’s a convenience store downstairs. The room was equipped with a microwave and a humidifier, which was very convenient. Above all, the handmade rice ball bento and tea provided every morning were delicious and very helpful. Highly recommended accommodation!
