Zhongshan Station × Accommodation With BarHighly rated for dining at Hotel·Ryokan

We stayed in a Premium Executive King Room on a high floor (39 m²). Thanks to the spacious Room and comfortable, high-quality bedding, our stay in the guest room was extremely pleasant and relaxing. In addition, at the exclusive Executive Lounge on the 5th floor, we were able to spend each time period—breakfast, tea time, and cocktail time—calmly and at ease, which left us feeling refreshed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stayed on the 11th-floor ladies-only floor. The view was great, and the Room had a calm atmosphere, so I had a very comfortable stay. The two paintings were lovely, and I felt the colors and materials of the furnishings, along with the soft warm lighting, were thoughtfully designed for women. The female staff member at the front desk was also very kind and helpful. This is a Hotel I would like to use again.

It had been a while since I last enjoyed a Hotel vacation. The heat had been lingering and I was tired from work, but I was able to refresh and feel back to normal. I love the Japanese-style breakfast in the morning. Sorry for spilling the soy sauce. I’ll be back again. Everyone, please be careful of heatstroke even while you’re at work.

I had plans in Yokohama over the weekend, and since there was a chance the Shinkansen might be suspended due to the typhoon, I made an Accommodation Reservation here for the night before, just in case. However, just minutes before Shin-Yokohama, an earthquake occurred along the line and the Shinkansen service was suspended. An announcement said there was no estimate for resumption, and it truly didn’t seem like we would be moving anytime soon. Thinking I might not arrive at the Hotel until late at night or even early morning, I contacted you to explain the situation. You kindly told me to take care and that arriving at any time would be fine, which really put my mind at ease. When I finally arrived and checked in, your warm words—“You must be tired; please rest well”—were truly comforting. Unfortunately, because of the weather I couldn’t enjoy the view from the Room on the 31st floor that you had prepared for me, but I’ll look forward to it next time I visit Yokohama.
