Zhongshan Station × Highly rated facilities at Hotel·Ryokan

This was my first stay. The Residence Twin room was very spacious, and the view was great—I could see the Skytree and the Shin-Yokohama area. The bathroom was also large and very comfortable, with a chair provided, which I really appreciated. It would have been nice to have a scale and some plastic wrap. I had a wonderful and relaxing three-night stay and was able to celebrate my birthday nicely. I was also very happy to receive a gift. Breakfast was delicious as well.\nNext time, I’d like to stay with my children too.

We stayed as a family of four. Since all Rooms for four were fully booked, we made Reservations for two Rooms. Although the Plan did not allow Room requests, we explained our situation and they kindly arranged adjacent Rooms for us. We had a very comfortable stay. We would like to stay again.

I stayed here for a live show at Zepp Yokohama. The hospitality from the staff, the comfort of the Room, and the delicious breakfast—everything made for a truly satisfying night. After the show, I stopped by the bar and was captivated by the bartender’s skillful shaker work. She was lovely to talk with as well, making it a wonderful evening. I’d love to see her again. We stayed in a Premium Executive King on a high floor (39 m²). The spacious Room and high-quality, comfortable bedding made our stay in the guest Room exceptionally relaxing and pleasant. In addition, at the exclusive Executive Lounge on the 5th floor, we were able to unwind calmly during every service period—breakfast, tea time, and cocktail time—which left us feeling refreshed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I stayed here for two days for an event at Yokohama Arena. Being located on the way from the station to the arena—and being able to return to my Room immediately after the show—was an irreplaceable advantage. I also really appreciated the check-in and check-out times, which allowed me to rest until the last minute. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, and the Room was comfortable. I wasn’t especially impressed by breakfast, but it was tasty. If I have a similar opportunity again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The area isn’t very safe due to the location, but once inside, it was so clean that I felt at ease. The bathtub was spacious, and it was fun being able to switch between different shower heads. The selectable bath salts and the POLA hand soap also smelled wonderful. There were blinds by the sink area in front of the bathroom, which made me feel more comfortable, and opening them made the Room look larger—really nice. I expected a typical business hotel, but it was very clean! I could watch lots of apps on the TV by logging in, and mirroring worked too. Also, I personally loved the drip bag coffee and lemon mint tea—they were delicious and made me happy. For eco reasons there wasn’t bottled water in the Room (it seems you can get some by following their Instagram), but there was a water dispenser system where you go fill up yourself, and it was great to have both room-temperature water and cold water. The BALMUDA electric kettle looked stylish too—big plus points. The Superior Double bed was extremely comfortable as well. I want to go to Royal Host next time! Very satisfied!

Stayed on the 11th-floor ladies-only floor. The view was great, and the Room had a calm atmosphere, so I had a very comfortable stay. The two paintings were lovely, and I felt the colors and materials of the furnishings, along with the soft warm lighting, were thoughtfully designed for women. The female staff member at the front desk was also very kind and helpful. This is a Hotel I would like to use again.

We stayed for two nights while sightseeing. We booked a Deluxe Twin room, which had a long sofa, and the sink, bath, and toilet were all separate, making it very comfortable. However, there was no hand-washing sink in the toilet area, so it was a bit inconvenient to go to the vanity. When we were confused during the self check-in process, a staff member quickly came over and helped us through it. It made us feel reassured that they were keeping an eye on everyone. Since our stay included breakfast, we had it at the cafe on the first floor. The toast bread was fluffy and very delicious. A Hotel I would recommend.

I stayed here for an event at K-Arena. It’s a walk from Yokohama Station, but since it’s a bit away from the station, it was relatively quiet, which I appreciated. I arrived at the Hotel at 11:00 PM after the event, and the staff member on duty at that time was extremely kind and greeted me with a smile without showing any displeasure. The room was clean and comfortable as well. It made for an amazing trip. If I have plans near Yokohama Station again, I’d like to stay at Hotel Mets Yokohama.

We stayed in a twin Room to celebrate a birthday. The Accommodation had a calm atmosphere, and the Room was comfortable with a generously sized sofa by the window where we could relax. There were several check-in terminals, and when we started using one, a front desk staff member quickly came over to assist us. It also has great access to Minato Mirai, Motomachi, and Chinatown, so we would definitely like to stay again.

I love Manyo-no-Yu’s hydrogen-rich water bath because it leaves my skin feeling silky smooth. Manyo-no-Yu also offers both Japanese and Western breakfast options, and during a Multiple Night Stay I enjoy choosing whichever I feel like each morning. I’d like to stay at more Manyo-no-Yu locations in the future.

This Hotel is conveniently located near Shin-Yokohama. I think it’s a very good Hotel. The shampoo and other amenities are high quality, and I have no complaints. If I had to mention any drawbacks, the shower temperature can be a bit tricky to adjust, and the TV is slightly small. Even then, those are only minor inconveniences if you really look for them. It’s an excellent Hotel for the price, so I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for business. I chose this Hotel because it’s close to my client’s company and the parking looked easy to use—and it was the perfect choice! The staff were kind, the food was delicious, and the Room was clean. I slept well and felt truly relaxed. I’ll definitely stay here again next time.

I stayed for two nights. It was a last-minute booking due to caring for my mother, but it was quiet and I was able to rest and recover. The staff were also kind. I’m glad I chose this place. Thank you very much.

I made a Reservation early because a family member was traveling on business. Although it was a Small Single room, there were no issues and the stay was comfortable. Breakfast is served quickly as a set menu, so it’s convenient and doesn’t take much time. When it comes to Shin-Yokohama, this is our go-to place, and we look forward to staying again.

I stayed for one night on 6/17. The Hotel is close to the station and easy to find, with izakayas, cafes, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby. The welcome drink right after arrival and the all-you-can-drink alcohol service were absolutely amazing! All the staff were very kind and polite, which made my stay truly pleasant. A passcode is required to enter the large public bath, and you receive a paper with it at check-in. I realized I had forgotten mine just before the entrance, and when I headed back toward the elevator, a staff member said, “Did you forget your paper? I’ll give it to you now.” I was so impressed by how attentive they were. Thank you so much! The Room was small due to the location, and the sink area was also compact, but that was about the only thing that stood out—overall it was a great Hotel. I’m glad my mother and I chose to stay here for our trip. If we have another chance, we’d love to stay again! *At check-in, we were assisted by someone on their first day who was giving their first explanation. I stay here regularly. I was very happy to see more in-room amenities, which made my stay even more convenient. The staff are always very courteous at any time, and I’m grateful every time. I made another Reservation.

This was a repeat stay. This time, I stayed in a Room with beds on tatami mats. The tatami showed slight signs of wear, but the Room was clean and I was able to relax. I was happy that the TV had BS channels. Nightwear was available to take from the elevator hall. The front desk staff were also very helpful. I would like to stay again when I have business in the area.
