Great location close to the station, and all Facility were excellent. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

This was a repeat stay. This time, I stayed in a Room with beds on tatami mats. The tatami showed slight signs of wear, but the Room was clean and I was able to relax. I was happy that the TV had BS channels. Nightwear was available to take from the elevator hall. The front desk staff were also very helpful. I would like to stay again when I have business in the area.

This Hotel is conveniently located near Shin-Yokohama. I think it’s a very good Hotel. The shampoo and other amenities are high quality, and I have no complaints. If I had to mention any drawbacks, the shower temperature can be a bit tricky to adjust, and the TV is slightly small. Even then, those are only minor inconveniences if you really look for them. It’s an excellent Hotel for the price, so I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for the first time because I had a concert. The Room was more spacious than I expected, and the bed was very comfortable, so I had a pleasant stay. There were no particular inconveniences. The front desk staff were foreigners, but their Japanese was excellent and they assisted me politely with a wonderful smile. It’s a Hotel that made me want to make another Reservation.

I stayed here once quite a while ago and loved the location, so I booked again for a concert at K-Arena after not visiting for some time. As other Reviews mention, the building is old, but the Room was kept very clean. Above all, every staff member was kind and courteous—I was truly impressed. Even while simply doing their everyday work, each person’s words felt genuinely warm. Despite it being my first stay in a long time, they upgraded my Room, and I was able to enjoy a luxurious night in a twin Room. After the concert, I just picked up some food and relaxed at the Hotel for as long as I could. The expressway is right next door, but the soundproofing is excellent and I wasn’t bothered by outside noise. The rain made things difficult, but since you can get around through underground passages, I barely got wet. It was my first time back in Yokohama in a while, and it was truly comfortable. If I have another chance to visit Yokohama, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!

I stayed here for a concert at Yokohama Arena. It was close to both the station and Yokohama Arena, making it very convenient. Having a Doutor Coffee nearby was also a plus. I was happy that the front desk played songs by the artist performing at Yokohama Arena!

Both the front desk service and the pleasantly clean guest room were very comfortable. From now on, this will be my only choice when staying in Machida!

I stayed here when I attended a concert at Yokohama Arena, and it was very convenient because it’s close to the arena. I didn’t extend my checkout, but I thought the option to extend until noon for an additional 1,200 yen was a good deal. The Room was clean and even had that new-building smell (in a good way). The Facility is a bit old, but there were no issues. Breakfast was very delicious—I ended up eating too much. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying here. I was a little surprised that all the front desk staff were foreigners, but they assisted me politely and there were no problems at all. The cleaning staff were also foreigners, and they greeted me with a smile, which made for a pleasant departure. One minor drawback is that the air conditioning is hard to adjust. I tend to get hot easily, but even on the lowest setting it was cold, so I ended up turning it off. (Maybe it was set stronger because there had been Reviews saying the Room was hot?) Overall, I was satisfied and would like to stay here again when I come to Shin-Yokohama.

The Room was spacious and had a large vanity, which made it very convenient to spread out our belongings. The bed and pillows were excellent, and we had a very comfortable stay. We also appreciated being on the first floor, so there was no waiting for the elevator. Thank you very much.

It took more than 10 minutes to walk from Yokohama Station, partly because I had luggage. Also, it was my first time staying somewhere that did not offer luggage storage after check-out, so I should have confirmed this before making a Reservation. The unit bath in the Room was clean, but it felt quite small and not very easy to use.

I chose this hotel because I wanted to stay in Machida. It was convenient to visit places like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, and Machida Grandberry. Even after going to izakayas or restaurants at night, it was easy to return quickly, and there’s a convenience store downstairs. The room was equipped with a microwave and a humidifier, which was very convenient. Above all, the handmade rice ball bento and tea provided every morning were delicious and very helpful. Highly recommended accommodation!
