Higashi-Matsudo Station × Highly rated Hotel·Ryokan

This time, my parents and I stayed here. We’ve stayed about four times, but it had been a while since our last visit. The staff’s service here is truly outstanding. I’ve stayed at many Accommodations, and this ranks among the top one or two. Thank you very much.

My wife had long wanted to stay at this Hotel, so we were glad we could make a Reservation this time. The Room was beautifully maintained, and we had a very comfortable stay. We also appreciate your kind guidance about the breakfast option, which we hadn’t planned on— the portion size was just right. It’s close to Ichikawa Station, and it has become one of the Hotels we would definitely like to use again.

Upon entering the lobby, we were welcomed by a large aquarium and a spacious lobby, which felt wonderful. I stayed in a universal room with my mother, who has difficulty walking, and she was happy that she could relax and bathe comfortably. The staff were also courteous and attentive, making our stay very pleasant.

I couldn't have breakfast due to my early departure, but I appreciated the nutritional drink and nougat provided.

We stayed here for a Disney trip with our grandchildren—8 people in 4 rooms. What we liked - The beds were very comfortable. - The Room was clean and we were satisfied. - Breakfast, just as rumored, was excellent. Coffee could also be taken back to the Room. - The late-night snack time (22:00–23:00) was nice. There weren’t many soba noodles and they ran out, and no staff were present. What concerned us - The parking lot was hard to find. - Some aging of the Facility is unavoidable. - The male front desk staff member seemed lacking in energy. Overall, we were satisfied. We would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

It was a clean and relaxing Business Hotel single room, with both a spacious bed and a large desk. The staff were kind and helpful, making my stay very comfortable. The sauna and large public bath also helped me unwind. The Accommodation Fee was reasonable, offering excellent value for money.

This was my second stay, following last year. Thank you for kindly addressing my concerns. You even upgraded me to a larger Room than I had reserved. Unfortunately, a typhoon and heavy rain hit on the day of my stay and my plans were canceled, but I bought some face masks at a nearby drugstore, picked up dinner and snacks at a convenience store, and spent the time relaxing with self-care and reading. At the breakfast buffet, items often weren’t replenished quickly enough, which was the only thing that concerned me. I’d love to stay again next time!

The breakfast, welcome drink, and other services were excellent, and the Hotel staff assisted us with smiles throughout our stay. The downtown area was nearby, and since there was a pachinko parlor on the first floor I was worried about noise, but I was able to rest comfortably. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Free unlimited drinks. The amenities are well stocked. The Hotel is quiet, so it’s great for a solo stay! Men are on the 8th floor and women are on the 9th floor. Both floors require a wrist key to enter, so it’s safe even for women traveling alone. There is also a smoking area on the 7th floor where the front desk is located. The capsule area is quiet and dark, so I slept well. I’d like to stay here again.

Close to the station, and both the building and the Room were clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was a toothbrush, but no toothpaste, so I had to run out to buy some. The towels developed an odor after use, which was a bit disappointing. But I’d like to stay here again!

I stayed here on a business trip. I drove, and there was a large parking lot about a 3-minute walk away where I could park for 900 yen. In the morning, Nakau is located in the same Facility, and I ate around 5:30 a.m. There is a dedicated door from the Hotel, and the meal ticket vending machine is immediately on the right after you enter, so it doesn’t take much time. The building itself feels like it’s from the Heisei era, but the interior has been renovated and feels modern. There are power outlets at both the desk and the bed, plus one USB charging port. The bathroom didn’t seem to have been renovated, but it didn’t feel particularly old. Amenities are near reception, and you take only what you need—something that’s becoming rare these days. I appreciated that. There’s also a convenience store nearby, so for this price range I think it offers good value.

These days, I was really glad to find a smoking Room. No matter which Hotel you stay at, you usually have to change clothes and go all the way to the smoking area. I’ve stayed in smoking Rooms before, but in many Hotels the smell is so trapped in the walls that even smokers think “ugh” the moment they open the door—this Room was clean. Non-smokers might not feel it that way; you may still notice an odor. This Hotel is truly smoker-friendly. I’ll definitely use it again—unless I quit smoking, haha.

I have stayed at this Accommodation many times—before, during, and after COVID. Breakfast, the welcome drink, and other services have been thoughtfully adjusted over time, and I have always been very satisfied. However, on this visit there were issues with the facilities. The first Room I was shown had a toilet where water kept running continuously, and the noise was very bothersome. I asked the front desk to change Rooms; the next Room had a broken refrigerator. They kindly moved me again, but that Room had very loud mechanical noise as well. At that point I was too tired to request another change and stayed in that Room. I would like to continue staying here about once or twice a year. Even if some facilities are getting older, I believe that frequent repairs and replacements will resolve these inconveniences and restore the comfortable environment you used to provide. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This is my usual Accommodation, and it feels very comfortable. Both the bed and the Room are great. I even did some laundry. I’ll stay here again in the future.

This was my first time staying here. It was truly impressive! It felt more like a luxury hotel than a Business Hotel. The location, parking, and Room were undoubtedly top-class. Thank you very much!

My husband stayed here with a last-minute same-day Reservation just before midnight. The price was surprisingly good, so we wondered what it would be like, but it was very clean and comfortable. It also had a washlet (often not available at this price range), which he really appreciated. We would love to stay again if we have the chance.

I had made a Reservation as a remnant of an event I didn’t win the lottery for. It’s normally very convenient with a direct line to Makuhari, and the Accommodation itself was so comfortable that I almost extended my stay. If I had to mention any drawbacks, it would be that I wished there were a mop to clean the shower room (I ended up looking around for one after using it), and that there are only a few basic shops nearby. If you need anything beyond the amenities, it may be best to prepare in advance before you arrive. In any case, I’m grateful to have started the day feeling refreshed. I’ll consider this Hotel for my next stay!

Although we arrived late at night for check-in, we were grateful that you welcomed us warmly. The Room and washroom were very clean and well maintained. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

Just about a 2-minute walk from the station, making it very convenient for sightseeing in Tokyo. Although it is along the railway tracks, we couldn’t hear any noise at all. The Room was spacious and the bed was large. The bathtub was small, so it may be difficult for larger men to use, but there is also a public bathhouse nearby. Amenities are not well stocked, so women should be sure to bring essentials such as facial cleanser. You can see Tokyo Skytree and Mt. Fuji. Unfortunately, it was hazy this time, so Mt. Fuji was only faintly visible. There is also parking available, and overall satisfaction is high!

Recently, I had some business in Tokyo and stayed here several times in a row. All the staff were very courteous, and I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also very delicious and gave me energy for the day. The Room was kept very clean, and everything was comfortable. The Hotel is close to the station, with easy access to Tokyo, which is truly convenient and appreciated. When returning from Tokyo, it felt relaxing in a way, and I was able to appreciate the charm of Matsudo City as well. I look forward to staying again.
