My 88-year-old mother, my sister and I, my daughter, and my two grandchildren (six of us across four generations) stayed at Atami Korakuen Hotel for one night and two days. Although we were a group with a wide range of ages, everyone was comfortable, and we were very satisfied with our stay. The Shuttle Service bus from Atami Station to the Hotel was extremely helpful. Our Room was an 18-tatami Japanese-style room with large windows, so we could also enjoy the beautiful nighttime view of Atami town. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a great variety—from dishes my mother enjoys to kid-friendly options—so everyone could enjoy the meals together regardless of age. The freshly grilled dried horse mackerel was especially delicious. The large public bath was equipped with a baby bath and baby soap, so we felt at ease bathing even with our young grandchildren. We truly appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail. When we asked the front desk to arrange a taxi for getting around, they responded quickly, which helped us a lot. This is a Hotel I can wholeheartedly recommend to families traveling with babies or elderly relatives. We would love to stay again as a family. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

We were talking with friends about wanting to see the Atami fireworks, and that’s how we found Atami Terrace. We’d often seen it on Instagram, so although it was a bit pricey for us, we decided to make the Reservation since it was a special occasion—and we were absolutely thrilled! Nothing blocked the view: an amazing collaboration of the sea, illuminations, and fireworks right in front of us. The powerful sound that you could feel in your stomach was truly moving. The service was just as impressive as the fireworks. The buffet meals—both dinner and breakfast—offered great variety, and unlike many Hotels like this, there was hardly any waiting in line. For my friend who has trouble walking and uses a cane, there was a cart that could carry a tray while moving around, and she seemed happy to be able to choose as much as she wanted. We were also surprised by the all-you-can-drink beer. We also enjoyed plenty inside the Hotel—late-night soba noodles, plus tea and sweets in the lounge. And with the beach right in front of you, I think it would be perfect for swimming too. It’s beautiful overall, and the Room is compact but well organized—we felt relaxed throughout our stay. We’ve already made another Reservation for the November fireworks festival. We’re really looking forward to it.

We stayed as three generations. We made a Reservation for three Rooms: a baby Room for our young grandchild, a Room with an open-air bath for us grandparents, and twin Rooms for our two daughters. There happened to be a fireworks festival during our stay, and we were able to enjoy an amazing display—such a wonderful memory. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was replenished quickly so nothing ran out. We love traveling and have stayed at many Hotels, but this Hotel is one I would definitely recommend. Free baby food was available, and there was also a kids’ buffet set up so small children could easily help themselves. I think it’s a Hotel where both adults and children can have a great time. During the Reservation process, I made a mistake that caused trouble for the Hotel, but they supported us in many ways and we truly appreciate it. Thank you very much. We would love to visit again.

We stayed just after the Golden Week holidays. With a private open-air bath in the Room, it was by far the most affordable Accommodation we’ve ever stayed at! The location is right in front of the ocean, and the view from the rooftop is amazing. Even though it’s a business hotel, the amenities were excellent, and the hot spring bath was free-flowing from the source—everything was great. It was May, but it was very hot, and we were able to use the rooftop pool too, so I wish I had brought a swimsuit!

I booked this Hotel after seeing it on YouTube, and it exceeded my expectations—it was a wonderful Hotel with a nostalgic charm that still retains the atmosphere of Japan’s Showa-era bubble period. There are many stunning scenic spots both inside and outside the building, and the meals offered a wide variety of dishes and were very delicious. I will never forget the breathtaking view of Sagami Bay from the large public bath, Spa Rium Nishiki. We stayed in an Ocean Wing Room, which was also clean. However, there was only one towel in the washroom, so I would have appreciated having face towels provided for each guest. Thanks to you, our Atami trip became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much to all the staff!

I had wanted to stay here for a long time. The Room was spacious and very clean, with a great view. The meals were delicious, and since the restaurant is large, even at the buffet there was no congestion when serving food, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. The Onsen was wonderful, the Shuttle Service was courteous, and all the staff were kind with excellent hospitality. It’s also great value for money, so we were very satisfied. We would like to make this our regular Accommodation in Atami. Thank you very much.

The complimentary drinks and soft-serve ice cream after check-in were a nice touch. There was also bread at breakfast, but it ran out quickly and wasn’t replenished afterward. There were no skincare items like toner, so be sure to bring your own! Great value with no unnecessary frills or extravagance, so I could relax without feeling self-conscious. The meals were pretty good as well. I’d like to visit again if I have the chance.

The renovated Onsen had a wonderful view, and I was able to relax. The dining area also had spacious seating, so it wasn’t crowded and I could enjoy the meal comfortably. However, the light snacks in the lobby were chaotic, with no seats available and a line for check-in, which felt tiring right after arriving. It would be nice if it were more spacious, but I suppose that may not be possible...

Located near Yugawara’s Manyo Park, the Hotel is a comfortable size and it was enjoyable to walk around inside. Dinner was a course meal served at the table, and the staff were efficient, allowing us to relax. It was great to enjoy both the open-air bath for Hotel guests and the one for general visitors. The front desk staff were also very courteous.

My family often stays at Itoen Hotel in the Izu area, and this time I stayed alone in the Atami area. At check-in, the front desk staff provided a very polite explanation and made a great impression. Even though I was traveling solo, they suggested karaoke, and when I couldn’t find the parking lot and used a nearby paid parking lot instead, they came outside to explain where it was—truly guest-focused service that I really appreciated. Despite my last-minute Reservation, they accommodated my requests, and I was able to enjoy stunning views of Atami from my Room. While the Room does show its age, it was well cleaned and comfortable for resting. I also used two baths—one in the South Wing and one in the Main Building—and both had great views that washed away my daily fatigue. In the dining area, it left a good impression that staff would say things like “Thank you for waiting—○○ is ready,” as they replenished items that had run out. The food was consistently good in a reassuring way, and I enjoyed everything—including the all-you-can-drink option. Next time, I’d like to visit with my family again. This is our annual summer family trip with three generations. We book two Rooms, and we truly appreciate that you arrange them next to each other. The baths are amazing—wonderful Onsen! The food is delicious with a wide variety of options, and all the staff are so kind and helpful. It’s an outstanding Hotel. My mother was left partially paralyzed after a cerebral hemorrhage and has limited mobility, so we wondered if this might be our last trip together—but this year again, our whole family was able to come. We hope my mother and father stay healthy so we can all return next year as well. This is the best Hotel for creating wonderful memories on our yearly family trips. Please take care of yourselves, and keep up the great work. I’ll be visiting with friends in October too, and I’m looking forward to coming back again. Unlimited free access to the game arcade, table tennis, Go and shogi, karaoke, and more. It felt like I finally had time to relax again after a long while, and I made wonderful memories. The shared karaoke turned into a nostalgic sing-off of classic Japanese songs, and I truly enjoyed the fun, one-time-only atmosphere with people I had just met. Thank you very much!

We stayed to coincide with the Atami fireworks. We were able to watch from the rooftop with an unobstructed view and fully enjoy the beautiful fireworks. All of the meals were delicious, especially the squid sushi and sweet shrimp. The bath was also clean and nice. The front desk staff were kind and courteous, making this trip a wonderful memory. We stayed here with 12 family members and relatives. Our biggest concern was whether we could find seats at dinner and breakfast, but the front desk staff coordinated everything so we could all sit together, which made it stress-free and greatly appreciated. Everyone was able to bring back the dishes they liked, and we were all very happy with the food. Since we had a Multiple Night Stay for two nights, each of us could enjoy what we wanted—table tennis, mahjong, the beach, the pool, and fishing—making it a meaningful stay. It was a hot summer, so we were also grateful to be able to relax inside the Hotel. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.
